Idea Prepaid — Over Deactivation of Prepaid No. [protected]

Dear Sir,
I Ajay Gupta S/o Sh. Arvind Kumar Gupta R/o House No. 1, Pocket A – 2, Sector – 5, Rohini, Delhi – 110085 is using a prepaid No. [protected] from very long time. I have submitted its documents so many times earlier also. But I am total unable to understand why each and every alternate year I have to submit my documents again & again.
Even if you will check your record book / log book of complaints I have submitted my documents in 2007 around 6 times with in 6 months. And company’s senior executive has assured me that I will not have to face this problem again ever.
Now after 2 years again I am getting the same problem that I am receiving the same message again “Please submit your documents”. When I contact in the customer care of Idea at 4444 the executive has told me that they did not have any proof regarding my connection and they have not received any proof till now and during recent verification they found that some unknown person is using it. I am totally unable to understand if the company does not have any proof till now then how my connection is running. And if any executive has made any verification by any way i.e. physically or telephonically during last few days. I have a right to know that when he did that and what reply did he receive and from whom?
Your company just cant harass to any customer over a issue again & again.
even after all this i have submitted my residence proof (photocopy of Voter ID Card No. KSP1714930) along with a passport size recent photograph and filled a form properly including Form 60 at JAY DEE COMMUNICATION (TFR246, MY IDEA), Sector - 3, Rohini, Delhi - 110085 on 5th may 2009 and the Request Number of the same is 75980310.
And the form collection executive has checked both the documents (form & residence proof) and did not point out any mistake or any other problem in the filled form and residence proof.
and now on 8th May 2009 the Idea company has barred the services on the issue of non submission of documents. I am totally unable to understand what to do now.
I just request you to reply me a satisfactory answer that how many option i have and what can i do.
