IDEA mobile service provider — Deduction from prepaid recharge

Sir, Idea cellular mobile is deducting Rs. 100/- for every free SMS sent. Even though it is not opened the money is deducted. On travel, for ladies there is no sufficient charge to make calls which is very embarrasing. Kindly do the needful. Inspite of assurances that they would give credit for the amount deducted, so far no action has been taken in this regard. Thank you, Latha

IDEA mobile service provider — Deduction of GPRS rental without activating

In my mobile GPRS Net 20 plan got activated without my knowledge. Executive from Idea care spoke to me to give information about the plan and asked me send SMS for activation on 23rd of sepetember , which was not done from my side. They started deducting 20/- rupees on daily basis. On my suspection on 26th of september, when I spoke to customer care & came to know just because of talking initially plan got actevated. Then I asked to deactivate it, Inspite of deactivation they still deducted money upto 28th of sepetmber.

I am one of the reliance sim card holder having no. is[protected] from Orissa. I recharged my mobile on 11th December through internet banking of Rs 100 from my own ICICI Bank account. my reference no was BIL[protected]/1101/[protected]/91969. It was showing that my mobile is recharged, but when I checked my mobile it was not recharged and till now it is not recharged and 100 rupee is already deducted from my account. So my request you to consider this matter seriously and take necessary action.

Idea — GPRS service activate without my knowledge.

Rs.20 is getting deducted everyday from my idea prepaid account for some GPRS service "which I had never enabled at first place". I have deactivated it thrice but still the amount continues to get deducted. it`s been 15 day since I`m having this problem. and each time the custmorcare guy says that the deactivation request never gets submitted.

My last request no with IDEA is #[protected]

Can I get some help here???

IDEA mobile service provider — JUST COLLECT THE MONEY

MYSELF RAJESH AND I TAKE A IDEA POSTPAID CONNECTION THROUGH DSA IN 07-01-10....AND STILL TODAY THEY ARE NOT ACTIVATED MY NUMBER,
AT THE GIVING TIME OF SIMCARD THEY WILL CHARGE ME 500/- RUPEES
ON THE SAME DATE OF NEXT MONTH THEY SENDING ME A BILL.
EVERY TIME RESPONSE FROM CUSOMER CERE THAT :" YOUR NUMBER WILL BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 2 HRS / 24 HRS.....
IF I MOVE ANY IDEA SHOP THEY TOLD ME THAT WE HAVE PROCEESS BUT NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE IN IDEA.
I AM ALSO HAVING THE EVERY DOCUMENY.

Idea — deduction of balance from prepaid account

This is in regards to unintimated deduction of balance from my prepaid account of mobile phone having no [protected]. This deduction according to the customer service executive has started from 7th sep 2010 till date untill I called the customer care centre today.
This deduction according to the customer service executive is for some monsoon offer at the rate of Rs.5 per day about which I was totally unaware till I had 1ps balance in my cell phone today and could not even make a call.
This is not the first time I have this problem with Idea. Earlier also I had a deduction of Rs.45 for some ringtone and before that Rs.2 per day fpr some call rate pack.
It is just suprising that such a big brand has been negligent to such customer complaints.
Inspite of me denying, the customer service executive is insisting on his say that I have activated the service and that my balance can not be refunded.
We are working class and do not have the time to check balance after every call. Atleast 5 times a day we receive these irritating idea calls from innumerable different numbers and on top of that we have to face such situations.
The issue is not of the money but of the kind of service that is being offered to the customers who trust this brand.

I have recharged my mobile No. [protected] for Rs. 75/- (Seventy Five) & got message that recharge successfully completed but actually when I checked my balance it is not showing 75/- Rs. recharge, Idea e-recharge done by one shop keeper & in his mobile also 75/- rs deducted. SR No. 1-[protected]. Please resolve my complaint & give me Rs, 75/- recharge as soon as possible

I called up 198 for complaint >6 times, the cse was so harsh and rude, very imcompetant after taking all my details , he asked me to call 12345….

I did called 12345 they asked me to call 198. no one is really willing to help or to check if there was any system error.

I am feed up with Idea…………

Almost 5 days (120+ hours) has already been passed. Still I am not getting any reply to my complain from idea help desk or from any other idea care.

I am claiming, below cheating made with me:
1) Dummy calls from idea office from ([protected] number) that informed me about the 75 Rs. full talk time offer.
2) After dialling call to 198 number (paid service) people are not registering my complain rather they disconnect me from the phone line without registering complain
3) almost 4-5 months before I have registered for DND service. Still in today I am getting many calls from various companies.

I want to claim for Rs. 10, 000 for wasting of my time and not able to concentrate me on my work due to rude talk from idea customer care representatives and their help desk guys.

Actual number was: [protected]. Few hours back I got a call from Mr. Ravindra (+91-[protected]) conveying that your account will be recharged with due amount 75 in next 24 hours (till tomorrow 2:00 PM) .

I am keenly waiting for tomorrow for amount to be credited.

I am here to claim for my remaining amount of Rs. 10, 000 from Idea.

Consumer forum Kindly help me in this regards.

IDEA cellular prepaid SIM — deducting balance

VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE WITHOUT INFORME DEDUCTING THE BALACE NO RESPONED FOR CUSTOMER COMPLANTS THIS COMPANY IS VERY FRAUD COMPANY THIS COMPANY IS CHEATING CUSTOMER THIS IS COMPANY IS UNFIT TO GIVEN A CUSTOMER SERVICE. FINALY THIS BAD SERVICE TO CUSTOMER

As per my experience of Porting from Airtel to Idea, this (IDEA) is a worst company regarding solving the customers problem. Customer Care Executive always says "Sir, It will take some time", no care of customer. I will opt for Airtel again after 90 days.
