I have been registered a complaint with IFB customer-care about malfunction of microwave oven (model 25SC3). The complaint No. is 10085150 of dated 07/09/2012. On 10/09/2012 one technician attend the problem and tell me that an unit has to be changed and made the machine completely dead (initially the convention and grill mod was working). From the next day I am calling the service center every day and every day they are telling me that "service engineer is going to visit your place today". But none has attend the complaint till date.
I have bought the product on 25/02/2012 and it was costly in response to other band available in the market. My experience about after sell service is telling me that I have made a mistake on choosing IFB over other brand and I must take care not to repeat the mistake. Was this information helpful? |
Please ask the local service centre to be more compassionate in future.
