IFB Industries — Replacement of Dishwasher

I purchased IFB dishwasher 3 years back with 4 years warranty. Since last two months there is a problem with water pump, not lifting water, after making repeated complaints (Call center keep on giving promise your compliant will attend with 24 hours, most of the time phone number gets busy) service engineer who visited us twice is unable to repair it because he brought same wrong motor thrice and Mahindra Park, Delhi, service center don't have correct spare parts with them. The day the this problem was solved, new problem of water leakage started. After weeks, again the day this problem was solved, machine stopped taking any water inside. I am highly frustrated on this kind of service, when the product is still under warranty. I want my dishwasher to be replaced, as IFB engineers are unable to repair the product. and I am suffering due to their incapability.
