IFB SENORITA PLUS — w/m MALFUNCTION

IFB is the most dissappointing product i have bought thus far. Have taken an Amc from the time i have bought the machine but the franchisee company Classic Enterprises have not been able to solve my problem. When i wash the clothes the machine gives out a greasy substance which spoils the clothes. The manager says to give them one more chance but I have come to the end of my endurance. Every time sa different service engineer comes and it is back to square one in a few days. After surfing the net have found your address. after spending so much money have been disillusioned. This is the last time any IFB product is coming into my house.

it was months back I booked the complaint still it is'nt rectified .I feel a company like IFB it is not fair to.correct the mistakes .I am very sorry to mention to YOu Sir I personally represented to your office thrice on e with my family in regular intervals and appealed them to come and do the corections, but still it is longnig if things are developing like this how could I extend my AMC further,
First time they told me they are waiting for the coil second time they told me boys are on training third time tomorrow they will come even today it is like "Ganapathy Wedding "

IFB SENORITA PLUS — less water sucking for detergent tank

Sir, Water pressure is ok.But machine is sucking less water to fill detergent compartment.A comlaint was lodged 4 days back.One rep. called that he will be comming on monday 2 dec.2008, but no one turned up. Kindly depute ser. engineer at the earliest. Machine was purchased 8 years back is not in AMC.

HIGH NOISE AT WASHING AND HIGH SPEED. COMPLAINT REGISTERED ON 10.12.2008 AND COMPLAINT NO IS 2524678. YET NOT ATTENDED.

IFB SENORITA PLUS — while running stopped

washing machine is not functining for last two days. suddenly stopped. i do not know the reason. please come and service our machine as soon as possible.

I had a w/machine from IFB -senorita plus.It was idle from november 2008.when i call the technician he doesn't bothered any thing.go and complaint the company and i am not able to do anything.his answer will be treated oppose of the company. so please to do the needful thing for me.thank you.

I have complained on 18th Mar 09. Mob no [protected] n ticket no 2831154. But there is no response till now.
I have repeatedly followed up with Customer care & they gave Bangalore manger Mob no. Srinivas is not at all responding. he will fixed the appoinment & will never turned up.If we shout at him he will techinician no.
& 2 days back they send a msg that the case is resolved without doing any thing & asking about opionin.
he again told he will make sure the techinician will resolve ur problem.
Please do sum thing..
