IFB WASHING MACHINE — repair under AMC
I am retaired bank officer from Audhyanagar vijayawada. My IFB washing mechine is under AMC till 19/01/2010. The mechine is under repair and same has been informed to service center. they have taken it to service center and informed that it will be repaired with in 3 days, After 3 days when we telephoned he said that he is not having perticuler part it will take 15 days. I am 65 years old and my wife is 60 years old and we are fully dependent on the mechine. At this age we have no energy to go to sevice center oftenly. we have come on posting from mangalore to goa hence shifted mechine ( washing mechine ),under supervision of your representive ,on reaching goa that is 02 july we requested your office for instalation of mechine vide comlaint no 4728150 dt july ,mr neshesh your repesentativeis promising us every to come but more then 15days hv passeddo u treat customers like this .

IFB — Washing machine repair / AMC
Washing machine repair. We have AMC for the IFB washing machine. For the last one week no response from IFBS. Gobinath, Mobile No. [protected]
I totally agree that the service personnel in coimbatore is very reluctant towards their service and the company IFB does not have any alternate nor taking any serious about it.
I am having IFB fully auotomatic 6 kg digital model, washing machine, which is under AMC for two years from 17 Dec 2010 to 16 Dec 2012 and I have paid Rs 5073/- for AMC. I had registered a complaint with IFB call centre ( tele:[protected] that my machine is getting overheated and its door lock is also not working. My complaint number is 8141762 dated 24 Jan 2012. Thereafter I have made numerous calls to the call center as well as to the IFB service centers at Moga and Ludhiana, however till date NO action has been taken by the company to get it repaired.
IFB WASHING MACHINE ^ KG DIGITAL — NON REPAIR
My washing machine developed noise in the rinse and spin cycles. I lodged a complaint with customer care complaint No 8680857 on 18 Apr 2012. The mechanic came and took a look on 19 Apr 2012 and said a part was to be replaced. Today is 30 Apr the part has not been repaired. The service franchise Mr Hari said the part is coming from GOA. After a week it didn't reach there was no communication from IFB so I called again. This time A Ms Deepika spoke and promised action in four days. Today is the fourth day and I was directed to Ms geetanjali who says the part is not available in the factory. I have not heard anything more absurd. Is it that the machine is off the production line because part is not available. If the production line is on then why can't the part be made available even after 11 days. IF there is a problem at the factory end they should give me a machine to use till they can repair the one I have. Or remove the part ofrom a new machine in stock and repair my machine and let the company equipment suffer the downtime. Having bought the costliest machine in the market this is not the kind of services I expected. Please help I have IFB washing machine, which is under AMC till 2015. My customer Id is 1394063. My complain no is 11325691.I have always had AMC since I bought my machine & never was charged for any parts that were replaced. All of a sudden the company has started to ask for money even it is under AMC !! How is this possible by a company to change its conditions in the middle of any contract?? Is this not breach of trust? I cannot get out of the AMC contract till 2015 and my machine is not getting repaired !! I surely do not feel like paying on top of the AMC charges, which I have already paid. I was never informed anything by the company about this change of condition at the time of renewing my AMC.
How can the company change the coditions before the tenure of the AMC finishes ?? I am thinking of taking this to the COnsumer Affairs department !!

VERY-VERY POOR SERVICE AND PRODUCT

IFB WASHING MACHINE — NON COMPLIANCE TO SPECIFICATION
We have purchased the machine on 15 aug 2008 from a NEXT Lajpatnagar outlet.The machine is rated for 5kg load. but donot perform at rated load. when comlained the service engineer come and advice us to load it uoto 3.5 kg only. the company should deliver us a machine with rated capacity.
