[Resolved]  Ignou — Why most of students of IGNOU leave their course before completion.

I agree with the Fact that IGNOU BCA Syllabus is way to Huge to be easily covered durying the Exams.

I feel, students good in studies should only enrol in such courses. I've been trying to complete my BCA since the last 5 years.

I still hav Maths & a few other subjects which I am finding Immpossible to clear.

CAN NE1 TELL ME IF I CAN SHIFT FROM ignou BCA-TO- IGNOU-BA(for example) considering the credits i hav scored from clearing other Papers. PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I feel I can atleast clear BA exams. Atleast I'll get a graduation degree.

IGNOU — goof-ups in admission process

For course PGDHHM, I applied first in Nov, 2007 for Jan 2008 batch. When after waiting for several months, I didn’t get any communication; I sent IGNOU Ahmedabad Regional centre a letter. I got a reply dated July 11, 2008(F. No.70/ RCA/ 5184) that I was selected and given enrollment no.[protected]. They sent me letter by speed post on[protected], WHICH NEVER REACHED ME. The funniest part is they didn’t care to assure that their letter reached me by any means- speed post receipt, e-mail or phone-GIVEN in application form.

MY ENTIRE YEAR WAS LOST for no fault of mine.

I again applied in June 2008 for Jan 2009 batch for the same course (Appl. No. A-091133). I received acceptance form on the evening of 6 Jan, 2009 by speed post (dated 31/12/2008, posted by them on 2/1/2009) that I should pay my fees by draft before 6 Jan, 2009 otherwise my admission will be summarily rejected. How preposterous. I live in a city 300 km away from their regional centre.

They gave me enrollment no[protected], by which I lodged a complaint on IGNOU website, but after typing all details when I submitted, the site told me that no. is not valid.

HOW CAN THEY MAKE SUCH A JOKE OF THE ADMISSION PROCESS?

i havnt got my BPP result, and i just got the information from net...whn i will recieve and
i havnt got my BA books and id card though other student got it ...So when i will recieve it plz do tell me fast i relly need to study...

i am pursuing bca from ignou since 5 years .i have completed most of paper but cs 76 i have submitted project but i cant attend viva so whether i have to resubmiit the whole project next time or i can give viva only.plse ans me i am in 7th heaven dippression.

4. In view of the above, I humbly request you to look into my matter and take appropriate action to enable me in getting my B. Com. Degree at the earliest.

I was given exam of phe-11 in dec2007 at nsic okhla centre. the result of phe-11 is not updated till now. what the problem. I wrote many complaints letters but no further action is taken. Please update my result and update in my gradecard

I am student of[protected] and I have completed the MCA in the year June, 2006. I have not received the MCA degree certificate yet.

Can you please tell the procedure for the same?
Is there any possilities to get the certificate in IGNOU convocation 2009.

I have completed all 21 subjects of my MBA degree, however still my degree certificate not issued by the department. I have informed the concern regional center in Bangalore (13) about my change of address, though it has not been given to me. Please do the needful to obtain the same. I have to produce this wherever I go for interviews.

I had posted one document from Goudiya Madh Road Post Office in Chennai(Pin 600 014) on 17/02/2009 with the number "RL A 5131"

I am not at all able to trace it now. Please note that it has a very important document in it and needs to be delivered at the earliest to Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
