[Resolved]  Income Tax India — MY PAN DETAILS

My name is Neha Naaz Siddiqui and my DOB is[protected]. I have lost my pan card and want to know my pan number.The form asks for my first name, middle name, surname and date of birth but when I have given all the informations correct it replys me that the record is not matching.How do I know my pan number.

i have applied pan card in the year of 1999 and i have got pancard from IT dept, madras vide their ref:9601/328094/20 dated on 14/1/1999.But they sent it wrongly mentioned my name as JAYARAJAN instead of JAYARAMAN.i saw my name mismatch now only.i i have submitted form16 for the past 13 years to IT dept.in my form16 my employeer denotes my name as JAYARAMAN only.i have sent all required documents by speed post as well as mail on 21.05.2012 and 11.06.2012.but my status is under PPC objection.so kindly send new corrected pan card for my urgent requirement as soon as possible .

i have been applied for Correction in PAN Data. and the acknowledgement no. is [protected]. after feq days i got a letter from NSDL for Proof of identity and Address. and the same was sent by me to your noida office by speed post dated 06/09/2012 vide R.no. ER[protected]IN. But still I hav enot received My Pan card. Kindly look in the matter and sent the reply at my mail id [protected]@hotmail.com.

HELLO SIR,
my name is k.p.goswami & my pan no. is AUEPG3864E. i want to verify my pan card . I verify the online but this is not the verify .

My mail Id is: [protected]@yahoo.co.in
Initially I hired a CA for e-filing of my IT Return and he registered my IT account with my PAN No and CA"s Mail id as primary id but CA did't put alternate mail id.in registration. Now, I changed my CA and he may be changed my password intentionly.
Password change information is going to CA primary mail id.
What is the procedure to add my mail id and remove CA's mail id so in future he can not change password.
Please help me to give correct information.
