[Resolved]  Income Tax Refund — Income tax refund not recd since 2005

Income Tax — Not received refund for A.Y. 2004-2005

Hi,

I had not received refund for A.Y.[protected] even after many follow up with income tax department, i had also send a reminder notice about the same to income tax department on 6th Feb 2009, however till today there is no response on this from income tax office.

Can you please suggest me what should i do to get my money from income tax department? i had waited for many years but still nothing happening.

I had not received refund for assesment year[protected] even after many fallow up with incomtax deparment, however till today there is noresponce from ward 2 incomtax office warangal.

With reference to the captioned subject matter, I have to state that I have filed my Income Tax Returns for the aforesaid Assessment Years in your Ward claiming Income Tax Refund of Rs.21241/- for AY.2004-05, Rs.24459/-for AY.2005-06 & Rs.25851/- for AY.2006-07 respectively. But so far I have not received the same. The Details of my submission are as follows:

I have also same issue, but I am not able to locate where to see the response from income tax dept.Is your issue resolved?Did you get any reply back from ITD(income tax dept) ?

The above statement is captured in the website mentioning the address is incorrect;
