Dear Sir:
My father is one of the customer in your agency we are living a village(SEELIAPATTY) nearby ATTUR(T.K), SALEM(D.T)
while the distributor cannot delivery the cylinders properly because of they put sl.no in the books and also they need the same empty cylinder incase we are not able to taken the cylinder please get the anyone of your company empty cylinder and delivery the load cylinder I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay.
They also harass
me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond
positively.i think the people
in dev agency may selling the gas outside, pls take immidiate action.

Else it may be continue we are change the connections to the other company

Indane Gas Agency — gas leakage problem

i am a customer of the narayan gas agency vadodara. my cosumer no. is 7529.i have indane gas connection.the last cylinder i received is defective.the leakage problem is there.since i was tryiing to call the emergency no. i didn't get response. i hav to face life threat, please sort out my problem immidiately.

i am also a regular consumer of Chetna Gas Agency i Shastri Nagar. But these people are not satisfying their customers.They are not supplying the cylinders to our addresses, we have to go to the agency and bring our cylinder ourselves. This is not right.We keep waiting for the gas but they are not supplying to us.

why it is cancelled even not delevered to my house.

Sir , I am complaining against Kasna indane gas agency ,Noida ,UttarPradesh. I applied for cylinder refill on 3rd Jan 2012 .But it is still not delivered to me.

I am Birendra singh. and i am customer of Chandani gas Service, My Consumer No. C 4620, . and Agency office near Mahaveer Enclage, New Delhi. Sir, I have booked my sylender dated form 24.01.2012. but till date my sylender not delivered. I have also talked to Chandani gas agency but he talked to me that sylender delived approximately two weak..and weight not 15 kg. 2 or 3 kg gas always less taken delivery. please take action immediately.

I had applied for refill of cylinder on 21st March, booking no. 17743 (consumer no. 45061) but the gas has not been delievered till date[protected]. When i contacted my gas agency Jai Jawan Gas Agency in Dwarka, New Delhi, the response was that they donot accept bookings before 21 days from last delievery done. 2. After 21st day they accept the booking 3. they will then take 10-15 days to deliver the cylinder.
I have not read any of such norms in any of Indane Gas website. Above all the toll free complaint no.[protected] is another pain area. You will never ever get through this no.

Would appreciate if something can be done against such useless gas agency people who are good for nothing.

I am Santosh Kumar Parida having consumer no : 8905 of Dealer "Seetharama Indane Gas Agency", Bangalore. I had booked gas on[protected]. Till today[protected] I have not received anything. Not even a phone call from the Dealer. When I did call them they are telling me your gas is booked on[protected] and you will get that on next week.

Please check this, why this things are happening.

I have double cylinder, I booked a cylinder on 27/05/12, booking no. is 17075, still now I hadn't got the new cylinder till date 24/06/12.Also he booked the next cylinder after 21 days and it will provide gas after at least 24 days, total time to provide cylinder at home after 46 days but the one cylinder in one spouse(Five member in home) consumed in 35 days.

So, sir rest days we are survive very critical situtation.

please help me. I am in a awful situation. They use to sell in black market think so, please kindly help me to get the refill cylinder, and this my hearty request to the authority.

i have a gas connection of indane gas with single cylinder, at siliguri, dist. Darjeeling, West Bengal. Now i wish to avail double cylinder facility for which they told me to wait for another two months. I would like to know what are the documents required for double cylinder and the actual amount.

these indane people are ed...ts.their complaint no is always bust, their agency people always do not deliver the clyiunder even after booking no is sent to the mobile.they do not generate the slip and say that the booking is cancled.AWFUL behaviour.Especiall this KItchen queen in phool bagan, Kolkata.

i am venkatesh from urapakkam, i am long customer to Indane more than 12 years, my old residence in Chrompet now i am shifted my house in urapakkam, my consumer no 46257, TAS agency chrompet, TAS agency told u surrender the gas cylinder to chrompet branch and take the new connection in perungulathur. i am go to perungulathur he is told service not there in urapakkam u go to HP gas office guduvancherry, HP Gas office told connection come to after 60days. meantime i am very big trouble to my handle this situation, so i request you to kindly release the gas cylinder Indane near by perungulathur or Vandalur Mookambiga agncy earilest as possible.

I would like to draw your kind attention to the following disorder / irregularities in respect of supply of gas cylinder to me for the last two occasions :

1] I booked for my cylinder of 16/10/12 through your phone no. [protected] and the booking no. was 414733. But it was unfortunate that till 14/11/12 i.e. after one month I have not received my gas. On visiting your office on 15/11/12 I received my Gas on 16/11/12.

But I have observed some discrepancies in the printed receipt. The receipt was “DUPLICATE” and the Order no 9865 date 3/11/12. I am enclosing the Xerox copy of the above receipt. I could not understand the reason of mentioning “Duplicate”. Would you kindly clarify this to me over phone son that I can book for my next cylinder in time ? Is it that this time also my cylinder has been delivered to some other person like last time ?

2] On last occasion I booked on 13/09/12 for cylinder from my mobile to your phone [protected] being booking no. 401544. But surprisingly I received a SMS on 4/10/12 mentioning that my cylinder has been delivered on 4/10/12 although on that date I have not received any cylinder. On 7/10/12 In contacted your complain desk [protected] and they asked me to contact my dealer office. On visiting gas office on 8/10/12 I was told by your Officer (Mr. Das) that my cylinder has been mis-delivered to some other person and assured me that the cylinder will be delivered on 9/10/12 which I received but this time asked me to sign on a white paper without any printed receipt, which I did.

My question is in the circumstances why I have been harassed by this way.

I would request you earnestly to kindly rectify this so that I can keep proper record about the consumption of cylinder.

Kindly instruct your dealer man to supply my cylinder in proper time after receiving receipt from your Dealer.

Dear sir, o My indane gas costumer id is 109086, madhavi gas agency, hyderabad. I had given my adhaar card details to the agency and also to my ICCI bank where my account is.Its been 2months now i still didnot get my subsidy amount in bank.Please do the needful sir as soon as possible.thank you..
