[Resolved]  Indane Gas — gas leakage complaint not taken

I received my cylinder 2 days back and realised that it was leaking. Since that moment i have been trying to call up my supply agency (Dwarka Indane Service, Dwarka, New Delhi) but phones are continuously busy. Even the emergency and the Indane helpline numbers are not being answered.
Once someone did answer on an emergency number but disconnected the call by saying that this doesn't fall under his department. Firstly he was very rude to talk and then if this is not under him then why was his numder given on the slip.
Indane has the worst costumer care and service department.

Indane Gas — Leakage Cylinder not replaced

I had complain for the Leakage of cylinder.

The Serviceman came and told little bit leakage can used because a bulk of cylinder are came to them and on some have problem like this.

Serviceman Name - Sushil.

Still now I am having that leakage cylinder,
Please take a correct step for your valuable customers, If company can give value to the customers.

Indane Gas Complaints - gas leakage complaint no action taken.
I am the customer of Indane LPG Distributor, namely 'Rama Indane', SCO- 144, Sector 21-C, First Floor, Faridabad(Haryana).
I received my LPG cylinder 2 days back and realised that it was leaking, a complaint was made immediately to 'Rama Indane' but after 2 days a person has been send by the said distributor today who has checked the system and found that the gas Regulator is not properly functioning and it should be changed immediately. I have send my person immediately with Rs.250/- the cost of new Regulator and the LPG papers to the said Distributor but it was not given to him without assigning any reason any my person came back.

Since that moment I have been trying to call up the distributor namely 'Rama Indane' but phones are continuously found busy. The Moblie phone has also been switched off by him. Generally 'Rama Indane' phones are always found busy after 12:30 pm and after lunch period they are either found busy or not picking the phones.

Even in the emergency like gas leakege 'Rama Indane ' is not taking care and the Indane helpline numbers are not being answered. On line Customer Care number is not being displayed on distribution slip or supply book.

Idane (Indian Oil) — gas leakage complaint no. not picked

this is a complaint regarding gas leakage . I am a customer of Indane gas. my customer no. is 26304. of Vijay Ratan Gas Karkardooma, in name of Mansa Ram. (Add : S-280, School Block, shakarpur, Delhi 92). gas agency has given many ph. no. on you gas slip. but no body is picking the phone. there is on emergency mobile no. [protected] but the no. is switched off. one another no. [protected]. I have called the no. but the person who have reecived the call has refused to book the complaint. even he has not talked in a mannerful style. this is a critical issue. that in case of leakage customer has no option to contact pls take this issue as a serious complaint. pls give us the reply on the action taken by you.my contact no. is as below:we are trying to open the site but the site is not opening.

I am a cosumer of indane gas service agencies name archana gas hata kushinagar service they do not supply cylender in time .Only blackier geting cylender with acces charge 50/-rupees.

INDANE SERVICES — CONTINUOUS LEAKAGE OF GAS

I(Mr A.K Verma)My consumer no.11108 and I am a resident of RZ-215B dada chatri wala marg part -1 gali no 10 Rajnagar-I,Palam Colony, New Delhi (My cell No. is [protected]) Gauri Enterprises (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection.On 7th july2010 i recieved delivery of my gas cylinder,since that day the cylinder which has been dispatched to me its CONTINOUS LEAKING.Flow of leakage is very high and GAS HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT FROM CYLINDER.From last two days im trying to contact GAURI ENTERPRISES,about 40 times i have tried to call EMERGENCY NUMBERS([protected] [protected] ) and even customer service numbers.Customer service remains busy and on emergency number nobody is receiving my call. Infact i have proof to validate my point.But I am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them.NOW THIS IS VERY SERIOUS ISSUE,BECAUSE IF SOMETHING WRONG HAPPEN WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.THIS IS VERY CRITICAL ISSUE CONSIDERING THE SAFETY OF CUSTOMER.WE ARE PAYING FOR THE SERVICES THEN ALSO WE ARE NOT RECEIVING THE SERVICES IN TERMS OF QUALITY AND QUANTITY.

The same problems we are also undergoing. Kept calling the gas agency noone takes the phone; if they take also no response. Highly irresponsible. Emergency number is a total waste. Either no one pick the call or nobody gives proper answer. Tired of complaining. Very difficult to get the replacement for gas leak. For us the suppliers are Urvashi Gas Agency. There is no use of mentioning emergency number, waste of time and energy.

Indane Gas — Gas leakage complaint not being taken up

Our gas cylinder is having leakage. We tried to contact guruprasad indane gas agency but phone lines are always busy. I tried to contact on mobile number but the person is not receving the call.
We don't have any other cylinder so working with same faulty cylinder which is quite risky for us and entire building. please take necessary action ASAP.

We have booked the cylinder on 15 April, Booking No.[protected], they have delivered leakage cylinder to us against this booking, we have Immediately complaint with the gas agency (Leela Gas Services) complaint no. 154274 on 23 April, but after this complaint no response from the gas agency, we did another complaint to the gas agency for leakage cylinder, complaint no. 162874, still we have not received any response from gas agency and we try to talk with them by telephone but they are not pick up the phone, we are little bit bother about this situation, so please attained the our complaint.

SO FAR MY CYLINDER HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED.I AND MY FAMILY IS LIVING IN SUCH A DANGEROUS STATE WITH THE LEAKING CYLINDER AT MY RESIDENCE FOR THE LAST 5-6 DAYS. I CONTACTED PUNEET GAS AGENCY ALSO AND THEIR REPLY IS THAT THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING NOW, THEIR ONLY DUTY IS TO GET THE COMPLAINT REGISTERED.PLEASE HELP
