[Resolved]  Indane Gas Cylinder — Gas leakage complaint

Sir,
my cust no. 10053. Gas is leaking from the cylinder supplied to us once we put in the regulator for consumption. we have been trying to reach the supplier (ren agency, Mysore) but no one would pick up the phone on the 30th April and the 1st May 2009. This morning (2nd May) some one did respond on the telephone and a complaint was given at 10am. Inspite of repeated request for a complaint number none was given. We waited till 4.45pm and again called the agency. Their only response is "our staff will come and attend" Again our request for a complaint number was unanswered. How do we sort out this problem.

Indane Gas Cylinder — Gas booked on 01.06.09 but delivery not recd

I am consumer of " Indane Gas " since 20 years and as I am in private service so I am in jabalpur . M.P right now.and residing in RANJHI, JABALPUR, M.P.

My consumer no is 4439 and I have booked for refill cylender on 01.06.09 and called on Indane gas at their no[protected] so many times but still I have not recd cylender...last time I talked on 22.06.09 at 1:00 pm and the gentle man promished me that you will get the same in 48 hrs...But I am sorry to say another commitment has been failed...Due to the same I am facing lots of problem and taking relatives help even begging for cylender...

Very poor service ...

Pls help.

Indane Gas — Leakage in gas cylider

When I put new gas cylinder for use it had some leakage after making two or theree complaints to my gas agency which is Shubh laxmi gas agency, my complaint was not attended by the agency. My consumer number with agency is 4066.

Indane Gas Cylinder — Non delivery within 30 days from date of booking and non response over telephone

My consumer no is 19785 of Nabarun Gas service, burnpur road, asansol, Ph[protected].
I booked for cylinder on 21.06.2009 but tii 24/07/2009 i have not received the same. They also donot like to respond over phone.

May i hold any attention of any competent/concern authority to intervene.

Indane Gas — No One responds to leakage

I am surprised to know that the Indane Gas Emergency contact (In Gurgaon) does not respond to serious problem such as leakage immediately. I reported leakage from my cylinder on 14th Aug 2009 at 8pm and they said they will send the person immediately however the person did not turn up till not i.e. 15th Aug 2009 11.30am. While I took precaution to keep the cylinder in open air on the roof, but look at their response to emergencies. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN AND THE MERCY OF GOD.

Indane Gas Cylinder — Booked but not delivered

I am a customer of Indane gas,consumer no. H-2357 and our distributor's code is 36080019 at Haldia Township,District Purba Medinipur,West Bengal.As per notice displayed at the distributor's office,it is stated that gas would be delivered within 12 hrs of booking but my position is as under.

Gas booked vide Refill order no. 613 on 3/9/2009.

Gas not yet recieved.It is unfortunate that Indane gas authorities as well as the distributor (he keeps the phone down so that the customers cannot contact them.) are not serious to deliver cooking gas in time.

The distributor introduced a system for booking gas only after 21 days of delivery and if after that if the gas is not delivered even within 17 days how we can pull on?
Please look into the matter for early delivery.

indane gas ( om gas agency) — gas cylinder leakage

Dear Sir,
My consumer no is 248207.My gas distributer is om gas agency , 17-A, usha colony, malviya nagar, jaipur.there has been a defective gas cylinder supplied to our house in which there is a gas leakage.
i have complaint the agency people , but no response from there side.We are worried that an unforseen incident is just waiting to happen and there is no one to help

Indain gas — Too Much delay

i am consumer of Indain Gas my address is "J 106 Jaipuria sunrise green Indirapuram Ghaziabad , U.P, my gas provider is Indain and my agency is Yadu Gas agency sahibabad, i have booked gas on 18 sept 2009 , till now i dont rcvd Gas cilender, what to do, agency ppl says they dont have gas, when they are supplying in Black. is their any one in this curupt sysstem who realy listen these type of complaints.

Respected sir,
I, Manoj Tandon, want to transfer my gas connection to Haridwar which was taken earlier in Delhi. I have submitted my transfer voucher to m/s Hardwar Gas Agency on[protected].
The distributor is not entertaining my request & till now it has not been transfered.

It is my humble request that please take care of my problem & take necessary action. I will always be obliged you.

I have a complain of my nearest gas agency name as MODERN GAS AGENCY, ADDRESS :-- SHYAM NAGAR, KANPUR, UTTAR PRADESH PIN-208013
I booked my gas but they didn't give me delivery even after a week.

since 1st Nov-2009(6 days) over phone deseperately continously (atleast 50 times)for booking the gas. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them ([protected], [protected], [protected]) and not acccessible consequently

Indane Gas Cylinder — Poor response/non attendance of telephones/customer unfriendly

Dear Sir,
My cust. no. is 2836 with Rukmini Gas Service in Nirala Nagar Lucknow. Vide cash memo 3679 dated 13/11/2009 I got the delivery of the cylinder after payment. Later I noticed that room was full of gas smell/odour. I rang 20 times on 2788050 and the ring was going on but the socalled manager named Om Prakash Mishra never attended the phone. Then I rang another phone of this service 2789334 but this too was not responded. Then I feared the chance of fire as the gas was leaking from the bottom of the outlet where the connection is fitted. So I had to walk about 500 metres to the office of Rukmini Gas Agency. There Om Prakash Mishra was gossiping with others and without attending the phones. When I became angry and quarrelled verbally then only he phoned on [protected] then Pappu from Indane came and changed the cylinder and he told me too trhat Om Prakash Mishra is always rude with staff and customers and never attend the phones. With thid complaint I wish to say you that either the agency owned by Vinod Mittal be pulled and om prakash mishra be fired from the office or some other suitable measures adopted at your level so that staff put on duty are customer friendly, listen to their grievances and attend each and every phone calls. If even then they do not mend their ways, then they be black listed.

Indane Gas Cylinder — Not Picking up the Phone

Hi,
I have been trying my gas distributor Dwarka gas Agency located in Dwarka, New Delhi vide my consumer no. DG 10154 for the last 4-5 days and they dont bother picking up the phone. Its happening every month. Staff doesn't bother to pick up the phone.

leakage in cylider basically i have booked my cylinder ten days back and they delivered it 5 days back unfortunatily the cylinder has some leakage at the time of delivery smell is not coming but after few hours it started smeeling at that time i called to gas agency as per them they told me cylinder will change next 3 to 4 days but till now no action has been taken again i have called today for this they saying i will take 3 to 4 days the problem is toatal number of days when i complain 7 days and leakage is going on so requesting to you pls short out my problem.( DG NO - DG12288 )
