Indane Gas — less capacity of gas in cylinder
dear sirmy indane gas consumer number is 23389 and my complaint is that i am receiving cylinder with less capacity of gas. Inspite of repeated complaints no action has been taken yet. I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

Indane Gas Cylinder — no phone pick
Lack of response from Prajyoti gas keshawpurI am holding an Indane gas connection vide consumer number 11579. My gas agency is prajyoti gas. Both the telephone numbers i.e. 28334771 and 28331656 are always engaged. For the last 6 months months I have going to the gas agency all the way for booking the gas cylinder. Please provide some solution...

my cust no. 18869. Gas is leaking from the cylinder supplied to us once we put in the regulator for consumption. we have been trying to reach the supplier (vijay ratan agency, karkarduma) yesterday morning (5 april) some one did respond on the telephone and a complaint was given at 10am. Inspite of repeated request for a complaint number none was given. We waited till 4.45pm and again called the agency. Their only response is "our staff will come and attend" Again our request for a complaint number was unanswered. How do we sort out this problem.

I have register a complaint about Gas Cylinder leakage on 05-May-2011. No response from the supplier. I think this type of complaint should be taken as urgent issues as it is very dangerous to use a leak cylinder. In case of any accident who will be responsible for this.

absolutely poorest of poor attension. The emergency telephone numbers of land is kept all the time engaged and the mobile is switched off..This is more simple and irresponsibility to the highest order .

My customer no. is 16441 and agency name is Trimurti Gas Service, J Block shop no. 31 & 59 DDA market viksapuri. I lodged my complaint and got complaint ref no. 2132142 dt. 7.4.14 for gas cylinder leakage but till the date no one visited my house and replaced the cylinder even after visiting two visit at agency.

Indane Gas Cylinder — delivery person has taken our empty cylinder and has not given full cylinder
