dear sir,
last night i changed my cylinder i found that new one was leaking i made a complaint early morning at 6, till the time they have not sent anybody to replace the cylinder. i have made 3-4 phone calls and their answer is we are sending. if emergency situation will be handled in this manner then who will be responsible for this delay?

INDANE LPG GAS Cylinder — NOT RECEIVED CYLINDER

WE GET LAST CYLINDER AS ON 26 JUNE 2008.
WE BOOKED 1ST INDANE CYLINDER ON 14TH JULY 2008.
MY SECOND CYLINDER WAS EMPTY ON 18TH AUGUST 2008.
FROM 7TH AUGUST I WAS REGULARLY VISITED TO PRANJAL BY PERSONALLY OR BY TELEPHONE THEY ALWAYS ASK FOR TOMORROW OR WITHIN TWO DAYS, MEANWHILE YOU ARRANGE BY YOUR NEIGHBOR, BUT TILL TODAY I DON'T GET ANY CYLINDER..
I SEND COMPLAIN BY REGD. AD. POST TO AREA MANAGER, IOC LTD, NAVDIP HOUSE, AHMEDABAD - 380014.
NOW MY NEIGHBOR WAS DEMANDING ME HIS CYLINDER AND ASKING ANOTHER NEIGHBOR ALSO THAT NOT HELP ME NEXT TIME...
OUR DISTRIBUTOR NOT READY TO BOOK ANOTHER CYLINDER.
HE WAS ASKING 25DAYS AFTER GETTING THIS CYLINDER ONLY WE BOOK ANOTHER WHICH YOU GET AFTER 15 DAYS OF BOOKING ( 40DAYS ! ! ! !).
NOW WHEN I WILL GET 1ST CYLINDER AND WHEN 2ND?
1ST CYLINDER I HAVE TO GIVE TO MY NEIGHBOR...
THIS CYLINDER WAS PASSED ALREADY A WEEK...
DUE TO WE HAVE 2 CYLINDER WE CAN'T GET KEROSENE...
HOW TO MAKE FOOD AFTER COMPLETION THIS CYLINDER? ? ? .. WHAT TO ASK MY NEIGHBOR? ? ? ? ...

Indane gas /LPG Gas — not received gas cylinder

D/sir,
My holding Gas connection no.V 2975 in Ashwarya Gas Agency, Umda Road, Bhilai. Last I have got cylinder on 31st August'2008 and booked after 21 days. But till date I have not received gas cylinder from the Agency. Several times I have talked over telphone but no porper response has been received. Every time they are telling cylinde will be supplied within two days. I have told them give me proper time otherwise I will compain. They told me that any where I may complain.

I request you to please arrange to provide gas cylinder as I am holding single cylinder.

Your early action will be highly appreciated.

My holding Gas connection no.kk-31 in Sh. Chandak, vaidh Magaharam Gas Agency, Bikaner. Last I booked before 33 days. But till date I have not received gas cylinder from the Agency. another problem is that they not provide home delivery they stop their cart on one place than we go and take delivery.

Indane Gas LPG — Gas cylinder delivery problem

I am customer of M/s.Yashoda gas agency, padmarao nagar, secunderabad,hyderabad, andhra pradesh. My customer NO.32289.
I booked gas on 14.10.2009 : at 11:43am and complaint no. 4487.they told gas will be reached in 7 days but till the date not reached... this is the not first time , every time i am facing this problem.. once i booked the complaint they not delivered the cylinder. i call to to agency people they told already delevered, but i have not receaved.....
so , please take necessary action .

    sir,
    iwould like to bring to your notice that the agent of my area has charged me 4100 for new connection, wheras the information provided me in an offering letter is 1250 per cylinder and 150 per regulater amounting to rs 1400.

    And also he was saying that he could not provide me a connection without stove so he has included the cost of the stove (2500 approximately) ammounting to rs 4100.

    So i would like to know what is the actual amount i need to pay. And whether i can go for it without stove and whether i can have double cylinder connection rightaway.

      Dear Sir,

      with reference to my consumer no. 20303 dt 17.11.2008 which is transfered from M/s Sondhi Gas service, Saket, New Delhi whose telephone no. is 29551868, 29555238.I have received NOC Document from M/s Sondhi Gas Service and submit it to M/s Prakash Gas Service, Railway Road, Amethi(UP), whose telephone no. is[protected], 295413 and receipt no.is 1828 dt 21.11.2008. But till date I have not received any status both the agencies.Both the agencies are harrassing me and not giving any respectable response. In this process over six to eight month has been passing and my problem is becoming very serious day to day, since my wife is a patient of asthma and my children is very small they can not handl this problem individually. so look into the matter and do the needfull as early as possible.

        Dear sir,
        I transferred my LPG connection from Ambika gas Agency Ramgarh sekhawati dist. Sikar Rajasthan to M/s Bissau Indane gas Bissau Dist jhunjhunu Rajasthan on 30/4/2009. The Ambika gas agency is given to us transfer of gas conformation letter by hand to onward submission to M/s Bissau indane gas distributor & we have submitted the same to them alongwith my gas transfer vaucher but the employee to M/s bissau indane gas is not accepted the letter and told us that conformation of gas is to be done by us only through post & you have to wait for 15 days. We will get the connection of LPG only after receipt of conformation through post only from ambika agency.
        I talked with the owner of the agency but no positive reply came
        Sir, i Request you to register my complaint and take necessary action against the agency at the earliest.
        your action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

        I have booked for cylinder three weeks before. Still now they are not supplied the cylinder. Now they told us u wait one week. Booking also they are allowing after 21 days of getting new cylinder.Kindly inform us what is the rule? complaint regarding Ambasamudram Bhupaneshwari gas service.

          Sub: Regarding the Gas Leakage Complaint.
          Respected Sir/Madam
          We are the customer of (Indane)TILLAI agency, Puducherry. A Gas has been delivered for us on 16/4/09 from that agency. On that date we got a leakage problem so we have complained on tat date by telephone. But they have respond after 2 days. But they came and changed the rubber washer but still we are having the same problem with the same cylinder. We have trying the phone line for nearly 2 days but no response. It’s an emergency issue. They are not providing good customer service. So Kindly I request u to take necessary action and do the favor for us.

            Gas leakage complaint

            Sir,
            my cust no. 10053. Gas is leaking from the cylinder supplied to us once we put in the regulator for consumption. we have been trying to reach the supplier (ren agency, Mysore) but no one would pick up the phone on the 30th April and the 1st May 2009. This morning (2nd May) some one did respond on the telephone and a complaint was given at 10am. Inspite of repeated request for a complaint number none was given. We waited till...

            Sir,

            We are a customer of Indane gas agencies pattammal since[protected], for the recent past we are in the situation of facing the booking of cylinders and delivery very difficult. We are double cylinder holder but the we were provided one cylinder for a month the distributor used to say that the booking interval between one cylinder and the other is 20 days from the delivery of the last cylinder and the billing date will be 10 days from booking date and the delivery will be within 7 days from the date of billing. Though we are a joint family of 8 members we are facing a difficult in getting restored by the agencies.

            I have already made a complaint with the distributor but they never rectified our queries. Instead of that we are illtreated by the delivery man and the booking agents.

            So please kindly consider our complaint and make our member count in the family and provide at least a cylinder in 20 days interval and I also request that we made the complaint upon our inconvenient only and not to force you to take action against any of the said person. So please rectify of queries as early as possible

              The Indane Gas agency Nabarun Gas Agency, Burnpur Road, Asansol Code No. 39140399 is harassing my mother who is staying alone in Asansol. They have kept the revival application for one month and after getting a approved one from Durgapur Zonal Office still they are not confirming to supply the gas stating unwarranted reasons. The rules shall be strictly adopted to this agency who are mis using the authority by harassing common people.

                oil in a tank offer

                i had asked local petrol pump about decleration of winner announcement of car in a tank offer ended on 30 april 2009.I recd answer that no body/consumer ever recieved any prizes all this prizes are already fixed by top auothority & for their family member. Is it true ? please ask indian oil company about the preocess of selection winner & how it will be announced.

                Dear Sir,

                I am customer of Indane LPG from 2004. I took the first connection at Cuddalore, Tamil nadu. Then as i was been transfered to Raipur, CG, I applied and the connection was been transferred to Raipur. Without any difficulty i got the connection. After six months i converted it into double cylinder connection. My Consumer no is NO4350. From 8/8/2006 till 17/12/2008 i was in Raipur. My job is tranferrable. And again i am been transfeerred to Patna. I surrenderd the regulator in the agency( Nikta Agency, Near water tank, sector I, Shankar nagar, Raipur - 7) and did all the formalitites at raipur and got the security deposit. While preparing the TV, the concerned person typed my name wrong. I asked them to change it. but they informed me it is only the consumer no. matters.
                I came to Patna on the 3 of january 2009 and went to the near by Indane gas agency(Ankhand Jyoti, alpana Market). At that time idon't have address proof so they send me back. After getting my accomadation and the lease document I went to the Agency. He said My name is mentioned wrong and rejected to give the connection.Eventhough I was ready to produce Affidavit for the same. all the documents are correct except my name is spelled wrong. Moreover he is advicing me to go for a new connection(single) along with Gas stove etc. whcih will costs me around Rs 3500. Why i will go for it, since i am having a double cylinder connection in hand? If anybody help me to solve this problem. I am been harresed for four months.

                  Sub: Complain against delaying in getting the second cylinder.

                  Sir,
                  It is unfortunate that I am not able to get a second cylinder after 6 months of my application deposited at Kleen Gas, Kharvel Nagar, Bhubaneswar. Your agency is saying that cylinder is not available with them always. I met them several times (around 10 times) at their office. Also they are not giving any tentative date of availability of cylinder. It is very difficult to manage with a single cylinder as a minimum of 10 days is required to get a refilled cylinder from the date of booking.

                  I have applied for a second cylinder at Kleen Gas, Bhubaneswar (Booking No. 240, Date of booking – 1/11/2008).My Consumer No. is KLG 15704 at Kleen Gas. I purchased the first cylinder from Noble Indane, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar on 01/12/2005, T.T.V No.- 87213

                  So be kind to facilitate in getting the single cylinder as soon as possible.

                    Our LPG Gas cylndr connection no. is 2785 and the name of the Distributor is M/S. Saieesh Enterprises situated at Anandbhag Safilguda; Secunderabad 500047
                    When I approached him to book the cylinder he says it is in the dead list The connection is in the name of my Mother who recently died in jan 2008 He asked me why we did not book the cylinder for the last one year. Then I told him that we had to lock the house for an year because of the demise of my mother.

                    Then he is asking for the death certificate of my father also. my father died in 1965 and his death certificate is not at all available now.

                    He is not suppling the cylinder. So we are unable to ocupy the house without cooking gas connection.

                    Please advise me what to do

                      Dear sir,
                      This has refernce to indane gas agency in Dehradun (clement town area- LISHEN GAS AGENCY).
                      Respite repeated reminders for the last 7 days for delivery of gas cylinders to our home, the official at the gas agency(the booking person) behaved very rudely to us on the phone when we called her today.

                      Our indane gas no. is KG19711 and the gas was booked on 10.04.09 and the delivery time was assured to be within 15 days. The official has been promising us that the gas will be delivered on the same day when we call them for reminders.

                      It's been a week.

                      I'm 61 years old and for a woman half of my age to show rudeness to me on my rights is not justified.

                      You are requested to take immediate action against such behaviour on the part of the official at the gas agency. It is acceptable to us that the official concerned say that we will get our gas supply in one month but it is not acceptable to us that the official show rudeness to a consumer and to say that they will not supply gas to us.

                      My neighbour used my land line to book refill last month{IVR} but this month I cannot book with my landline. The IVR system providing more malpractices to distributors. Sri Gurukrupa Indane distributor JP Nagar 6th phase, even workers and staff are rowdies and one of the most corrupt, even after complaing to Sr. Area manager no action is taken. The distributor is taking more asdvantage no one to control, EVEN SR> MANAGER, INDANE IS SCARED OF the agent.THE IVR IS WORST SYSTEM FOR BOOKING REFILL AND MORE CONVENIENT FOR DISTRIBUTE TO DIVERT CYLINDERS TO THEIR OWN PROFIT.
                      my Indane gas agency has confirmed that theyhave issued supply chit totheir godown yet one week after this gas has not yet reached me at Defence Colony, Dehradun.

                        MYSELF DOCTOR AT BATHINDA. I APPLIED FOR CHANGE OF ADRESS FOR INDANE GAS AGENCY FROM CHANDIGARH TO BATHINDA. PARAMVEER GAS AGENCY DEALED US IN STUBBORN AND INSULTING MANNER AND MOREOVER HE DEMANDED FOR UNDUE FORMALITIES. DEALER SAID ABOUT NONAVAILABILITY OF GAS AND SAID US TO TALK AFTER 7 DAYS. I WANT STRICT ACTION AGAINST HIM AS ANOTHER DEALER DID OUR WORK THE SAME DAY WITH SAME DOCUMENTS ON HICH PARAMVEER GAS AGENCY DEALER REFUSED TO DO

                          Dear Sir,
                          My consumer ID is RT 221 which is registered by the name of my father Lt. Kalyan Pd. Jalan. My Indane LPG supplier is M/s RNB Udyog. I have applied for a refilled cylinder in the first week of March'09 but I am still waiting for the same to be fulfilled. The supplier when called upon for this always assures for delivery on the same day. This problem is has been persisting since a long time. After each application we have to wait for at least a week, for the delivery of the LPG cylinders.
                          Please see to it that my curent problem is solved and that the process of delayed delivery is discontinued.

                          vijay rattan ent delhi — delay in delivery of gas cyclinder

                          our indane gas cyclinder supplier is m/s vijay rattan ent. delhi-92. i have two complaints against them.
                          first, thay hardly pick up the phone for bokking. it takes us 2-3 days to book a gas making it more diffcult to communicate.
                          secondly, specifically we have booked our gas on date-22/12/2009. we were told it will be delivered in 1-2 days. despite being said thsi we were not issued a cylinder until of[protected]. we were hence left with little choice but to go the vijay rattan by ourself and ask them to give us cylinder byhand only. it was so difficult for us, as only my mother n father, both aged, have to manage themself all this. there service is so slow and erritc. kindly do thw needfull as they are not doing there job properly.

                            Hi,

                            I applied for new gas connection on 22.11.2008 ( File no: 576 ) with all necessary documents.
                            But till now no communication i received from the Agency.
                            When I approached them for status their attitude towards customer(me) was very rude.
                            They replied to that there is no definite time to give a new connection, they may take their own time.
                            Agency is very irresponsible.

                            Yes, Indane Gas -Kalpana Gas Agency kukatpally are very rude they never respond properly over the phone and if we go directly contact them they behave very rude and you find solution to your problem you have to wait infinite time ... to things done.

                              My consumer No. is 318745
                              Indane Gas Agency Name is: HANISH GAS AGENCY, Near Borsad Cross Roads, Anand-388001(Gujarat)
                              The refill is booked after 21 days of the last delivery.
                              Booking is allowed only on telephone.
                              Getting the only one telephone connection there ( Ph.No.[protected] is very very difficult.
                              Even after booking the gas refill they takes more than 10 to 15 days to effect the delivery.
                              The delivery of refill is done after 2-3 reminders to them.
                              Sometimes they changes the booking dates also.
                              The consumers are not getting atleast one refill in a month.
                              When asked they says that they are supplying according to the instructions of 'Mamlatdar-Anand'.

                                INDANE Yadu Gas, Sahibabad, UP — Gas Leakage

                                Dear Sir,
                                My consuner no is 15940
                                I have complaint a gas leakage on 25.01.08 at 8am. Even after repeated telephone they didnot come to check it upto 2pm. The boy came and told that the cylinder is defective and it has to be replaced. But the people came to me arguing that it is a used cylinder so it can not be replaced. Still now the gas is leaking when the regulator is opening. I am really in distress condition kindly suggest me what to do.

                                  Very bad gas supply.Not delivering in time.Late delivery about 40 to 60 days.Whole consumer's of kunda is very annoyed with the service and behavior of the agency.
                                  Complaint against Ma Astbhuji Gas Agency Kunda
                                  They are not delivering time and we to go to the agency for many times and they are misbehaving and abusing us.
                                  I have submitted application in Tehsil Divas Kunda on 1/12/2009 application no.[protected]. Persons of agency are putting pressure to withdraw the application.
                                  Ma Ashtabhuji Indian Gas Service of Kunda has disturbed all the cunsumers. The consumer of the agency never get LPG Gas at time. They supply LPG cylinder at their own and are always late.They supply gas cylinder after 40 to 60 days. This Agency has no rules and regulations and the rules which are there in the agency are their own rules. They never follow rules of Indane Gas Company because of this all the consumers of Indane Gas Sevice of Kunda are annoyed and buy cylinder from black market. This gas agency should have high level checking and stop the business of black market so that consumers can be protected from black marketing. --------Hind Gramin Evam Samajik Vikas Sansthan, Kunda, Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh.

                                  Ma Ashtabhuji Indane Gas Service of Kunda is not delivering gas cylinder at time and the staff of the agency misbehaves with us. Due to these reasons, I Mohd Azmal [connection no.- MA-474] with two men (1)Kamlesh Chandra Gupta[connection no.- MA-1201] (2)Ahmad Husain [connection no.- MA-4895] gived a application of complain to the Tehsil Divas of Kunda at[protected] and due to this the gas agency misbehaves more with us and they use abusing words a lot with us. They say that "How dare you to give a application of complain to Tehsil Divas because of this we 3 consumers of Ma Ashtabhuji of Indane Gas Service of Kunda are very frighten. The Ma Ashtabhuji of Indane Gas Service of Kunda is giving us a lot of pressure to withdraw the application of complain.
