Indane Gas — Cylinder not supplied | |||
Hi, I am a customer of Indane with customer no 01649 and have been registered with "S and P Enterprises, Shop No-8 Aravali Shopping Centre Alaknanda Kalkaji". I booked my gas cylinder on 31 Dec. 2011 then on 9 Jan 2012 but still I didn't get cylinder. Today(15 Jan 2012), I have tried to book it online and I have seen that it had been already delivered on 31 Dec 2011. I have attached the screen shot of the same for reference. I am using Indane from many years. It is so disappointing for a customer to get this type of service from a reputed Brand like Indane. I request to take an appropriate action ASAP. My Didtributors mame UNIQUE GAS SERVICE.. Barrackpur, Kolkata 700122.Cust No 18701. I have booked for refile cylinder on 28/09/10 under booking no 2357.But till they are not deliver. Also i personally visit Thayer counter on 13/10/10 and requesting for delivery they note down my cust no and told me they supply on 14/10/10 positively.
It is sorry to inform you that till today (15/10/10) i have not received refile cylinder nor any information .Pl take necessary action for early delivery.

As usual there phones will not be attended. Just for name sake they print six numbers in receipts etc., Everytime we have to go personelly and book our cylinders. After booking 90% of the time they will note down in a book. No acknowledgment will be given to us atleast waiting list number.

When I approached their office on 3.11.2010 @ 4PM they have informed that the Gas already delivered to you on 30.10.2010. I was shocked. When I expressed my status. They have told me give a letter to look into the matter.
Its unfair, When I say I have not received the GAS they should take action immeidately. But they didn't because its very normal business of MISUSE.
This is the second time I am facing like this. The staff and agency is very cool assuming that no body can do any thing for them.
HOPE ATLEAST ONE GOOD SENSIBLE OFFICER WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION ON THE AGENCY.

sir i have booked a cylinder on my copy no 12092 on[protected] but yet i have not received refill cylinder. i contact at the office of Indane gass at Malerkotla but they said that we will supply after 22days of the booking date. Indane Gas — Gas supply not received in-time
I am not receiving Indane gas supply in-time from M/S Panchkula Gas Company, Sector-17, Panchkula. There are problems in booking gas on telephone and then supply is received very late -B.K.Arora SIR,

Indane Gas — Gas not delivered,booked more than two months back
I have an indane gas connection by the name of Dilip Kr Agrawal,address is Bara bazar,Katihar,and my consumer no. is YSG7833.The distributor is M/S Sudha Gas Service,10-11,Girdhar Bazar,Shiv Mandir Chowk,Katihar.I had booked for a gas cylinder on the 15th September,2010 my order no. being 3357 but till date i.e.23rd November,2010 i have not received any gas cylinder,and when enquired for they say that your complain has been taken,and now they have given us a new order number.And generally they sell all the previous order of consumer in black,so please do something about it.
dear sir, my consumer no;27529,name;sanjai kumar,though cylinder booked on 19-11-10, booking no;5910, was not delivered till now.when enquired was told that my bill has been already generated on 24-11-10,and the cylinder supplied to somebody else..

I have not been supplied gas Cylinder yet. On enquiry over phone (after much efforts), I am told that cylinder was delivered on 15-11-10 whereas I and my family was on travel by train to Shiradi on that day. I have not made any other arrangement for taking delivery, as I was not sure of time of delivery of Gas Cylinder.
If it has been delivered to a stranger for price, it is misappropriation.
Complaint is lodged with Vir Gas Agency. Still, Gas Cylinder is not delivered to me yet. Will IOC look into and redress the grievance.
