I was recived gas cylinder last month on 1/04/11. but my gas cylinder was finished on date 12/04/11. while my gas cylinder weight over the actual empty gas cylinder. while before my gas cylinder was running one month.

please care my problem and take any action against indian gas service

Indane Gas — Very poor delivery the LPG

I have booked my Indane LPG cylinder from Tilakraj Indane agency, Chinchwad for last 15 days. When I follow up, the agency said that they give slips to their deliver agent Mr. Sriram for last 6 days and you contact the person. when we are trying to contact Sriram for last 3 days, he asuured us just like jokes, like we are purchasing like free. We face similar problem for last 3 times. Very poor and desatisfied from this Indane agency. I request to IOCL please have a look.

My LPG customer Number is 37248. Indane Gas Distributor is Shree Ragavendra Gas Agency, No.404, C.T.H Raod, Avadi, Chennai-600054, Tamilnadu.. I booed for refil cylinder thro' on line on 2.9.11 vide bookin reference 281033 and the cash memo advice number is 1534 Promptly I have received the delivery message thro' SMS on 26.9.2011. But till date no LPG refilled cylinder is delivered physically. New system has no provision to check the status or feedback. Despite personal enquiry with the gas agnecy, no improvement has happended to deliver the cylinder. What is the solution for such abnormal delay or non-delivery of refilled LPG cylinder ?. The authority concerned may please look into the problem posed by the the customer in getting the cylinder.

What is happening in the Indane Gas distributor situated at M/s.Shree Ragavendra Gas agency, 404.C.T.H Road, Avadi, Chennai- 600054. Getting a cylinder on time is an uphill task or great achievement. That is not yet happened to me. Is the agency an independent body ? . Can we say no authority is available to check the cylinder delivery of the agency?.

Re-filled supplied cylinders mostly found valve leakage or damaged cylinder which is very dangerous as well as nation loss. Kindly be improved.

Dear Indane LPG Gas,

On 17th Dec 2011 while replacing the newly gas cylinder I noticed the gas linkage between cylinder and regulator and the matter was reported to the given emergency care mobile number . The mechanic advised me that not to use the cylinder and report this matter to the my gas agency in the morning. On 18th December I made a complain about the same to the Rashmi gas agency, Mankapur< Nagpur.
Same day mechanic visited my home and replaced some kind of spare part from the cylinder and told that now cylinder is ready for use, The mechanic charged RS 70/- for the repair of this fault and given a receipt ( attached receipt ).
I just wanted to know from the Indane Gas that this is the customer fault or the company fault to deliver the defective cylinder ? It is the prime duty of Indane gas to deliver the defect less cylinder and in case any defect, has to be repaired without any charge. It means you are putting your consumer in very typical situation and charging money for the emergency help. In fact this your duty to provide defect less gas cylinder. I hope that you will stop this over charge from consumer because we are paying for the defect less cylinder not the defective cylinder .

I have booked gas cylinder on 05.12.201 vide booking No.285675 and Cash Memo No. 7407. My consumer No.UNG-16841 but till date I did not get my gas cylinder. Moreover I make a complain on 05.01.2012 vide complain No.256765 through toll free No.[protected].

Please advise the competent authroty to pay attention for immediate supply of gas cylinder at my residence Sananda Complex, Chandannagar, PIN-712136.

Indane LPG Gas — Against to bribe

I’m visiting to Sukhdave Vihar Gas agency since last 5 Month for a new with the original proof of required document as per IOCL website, but each time Sukhdave Vihar Gas agency asking another document and they are not ready to follow IOCL web site instruction. Now they are clearly asking to pay Rs.2000/- as bribe.

Request to you please take a necessary action on it, Below are the list of documents which I have shown to Sukhdave Vihar Gas agency for a New connection.

Myself live in Dibrugarh, Assa since Sept.-11 and got my LPG connection from RANDHAN GAS AGENCY, Dibrugarh, my consumer number is 10657. I have been booked for re-filling my cylinder on[protected]. At the booking time they told it will get at least 10 to 15 days to delivered the same but still awaited to do the same. I have several time talk with them on telephone every time they told it will delivered by tomorrow. I am realy so upset with their customer sevice. Please do the needfull action regarding the same.

I have indane gas connection lorik gas service ramghat road harduaganj aligarh, i have booked for indane gas cylinder on 13/02/2012 cylinder has not been delivered in other parts of dist. LPG Gas — LATE DELIVERY

I regret to inform you that your distributor M/s Modern Cookeries, D-160, Kamla Nagar, Delhi-110007 is selling gas cylinder in black, in view of this, customer are suffering regularly. I am One customer, My Name is Ashok Kr Aggarwal, connection No 24631. we are not getting supply properly from the last three month's. We have warned many times to the staff.but they are telling openly we are giving share to the higher authorities, So any body can not touch us. Pl. take suitable & necessary action against concerned distributor, Otherwise, I will be compelled to file complaint to the Petroleum Minister& other concerned authorities.

LPG — Not checking

Gas suppliers are just coming and just put the cylinder without checking...when we say "check the cylinder"..they say i checked already...after sometime when we put new gas cylinder ..then the gas leaking smell comes...

so again we call the agency and technician comes and charges 300Rs for some lame reasons...

what the HELL IS THIS..!!!!

My LPG Gas Connection 3226 with SAGAR INDANE SERVICE, Station road, Maheshmunda, Giridih (JHARKHAND) is suspended, & is not supplying or accept Booking.
