SUB: Regarding self victimized by preplanned frauds of India infoline ltd. Under Tata AIG/AIA life insurance company.
R/sir,
Most respectfully, I want to say that I became a victimized person by preplanned frauds of India infoline ltd. Under Tata AIG/AIA life insurance company. Total history of events is as below for your kind consideration and justify this case of cheating.
Event/ step 1: on Sunday morning 10 June a call came on my bsnl landline phone of India infoline Ltd. A madam caller was congratulating me that I have won a prize in their lottery scheme among some lucky bsnl basic telephone old consumers. And she requested to take the surprised gift for couple in three or four times requested frequently to come along with our ID proof. She also said a code no. for entry at their camp located at c. k. road (12 km. of my residence)
Note* if the gift were expressed at the calling time for several times, we would have never gone there.
Step 02: At the camp, my first query was, “why are you distributing surprised gift”? And what is your interest? They replied – In a survey, a large amount of Indian people destroyed or captured through LIC and each, other’s insurance companies due to local Agents work procedures, failure of consumer’s payments and ignorance. So a national approach committee has decided to prevent the people’s valuable amount and we are one of them in this sector now. There was a special arrangement of consumers known as mothertounge language counselor so Mr.Rasikul , and Mr. Ashish singh was the counselor who cleared my all doubts in Hindi and Bhojpuri language.
Note *thus our doubts were cleared and gone away.
Step 03;
The first surprised gift was accidental life insurance coverage only of one laces rupee under National Insurance co Ltd. During counseling after a lot of queries about myself they advised me to take an attractive offered plan i.e. TATA AIG MAHA GURRANTEE with an all India tour holiday package .It was the second surprised conditional gift. They said about the TATA AIG plan that one laces rupees premium @ per annum you have to give in five upcoming years only after fifteen years term end this five years investment will be converted in twenty five laces . It increases in fifteen years @ of 05 times. And the insurance with life coverage will be alive not only for planned termed end year but also after maturity. It has also a gift to cover high risk medical claim which is mostly required in old age. A pension’s provision is also if you left a certain amount at the time of maturity of the plan if you want. They offered to take the policy in maximum amount but my three children were getting higher study in institutions in Hostels on my cost and also with bank loans. Due to poor economic situation I became to ready for lowest premium of their offered said policy .I asked for photo and bank cheque to them, “Can I submit the policy tomorrow “. They replied no, and said this special offer is only for today. I know well the name of TATA.
So I trusted and took the decision quickly. There were no doubts in that time with respect to the policy and as because TATA is a big trusted company.
In this way I agreed to take the above said plan in lowest amount 11000/= (with mobile photo ID scanned Xerox ).in that I paid eleven thousand rupees by cash through nearest ATM . Mr.Rasikul , employee code no.V122381 mobile no. [protected] and Mr. Ashish singh employee code no. C97109 mobile no.[protected] (As per money receipt no. of R0324278 amount 11000/= branch code BM1157 date 10/06/2012. of India InfolineLtd.)
Note*: Except LIC or TATA , it was impossible to take and agree any other plan at that mentioned said camp place .
STEP : 04
Mr. Ashish singh emailed policy receipt after some day in my email and an another of my colleague Mr. prabhakar sahoo ( a person as same victimized as myself was also counseled by an orriya language known counselor )
STEP :05:
After approx. two weeks I got the policy book .then after some few days a Tata Aig /Aia customer care’s madam asked query for receiving documents after congratulation. I asked for some details about the plan. She told that the plan is for 15 years premium term plan.
I called at mob no.[protected] to Mr. Ashish singh “why she told the premium is fifteen years term”. He replied to me that there is an additional option in this policy to pay for more than five premiums in plan if you want. But it is not essential. It has been written in all this type of policy as decorum.
I live in a rural place Salboni . It is far away 25km from district town Midnapur (WB) .My English is poor .My wife also knows Hindi only. I am writing this complain with the help of a translator. After this talk there was no reason for doubts about the said and received policy.
In spite of my poor English in best of my knowledge and it was not necessary to query at that time of period to understand about policy through any other person. It is not my over confidence as I know TATA as well as because my father was an employee of a TATA managed sister concern.


STEP: 06:
On the first week of August I heard to some of my friends that on phone some fake /cheaters calls for gift and they do cheat. It was blasting news for me. On 07/08/2012 I went to the nearest TATA AIG/AIA office at Inda, kharagpur and consulted the branch Manager MR. KOUSHIK about the said and received insurance policy. He told me there is no provision to stop to pay the premium of this policy within five years.
I was shocked I know that I was cheated by some frauds.
As per the advice of TATA AIA manager Mr. KOUSHIK. Mobile no. [protected] . I surrendered the policy at that time .he sent the complain to their complain cell. My complain no. is 05495051 policy no.
C[protected] plan no. 110N089V01 .He assured me to help to receive back my amount. He also advised to some query and told that some written letter will come to my address then you can get your deposited amount and an enquiry will be taken with frauds also.
I have also given a complain to TATA AIG/AIA complain net site where was the provision of to reply the answer after one day.
From the period of surrender of the policy till today only one query on my mobile has come where a madam mob. No [protected] asked for details of event and gave an assurance to refund back my amount. No letter has been found till today although in these circumstances it has been said that the letter has been sent.
I have consulted several times to Mr. koushik (Branch manager) by my mobile for query, They gave a TOLL FREE no. [protected]. After query a madam said to me about rejection of complains. Then I consulted to Mr. KOUSHIK and again he said about cancelation.
Again I called to the TOLLFREE no. one sir said after few times it is invalid now but after some day you will get answer it is in progress then i called back and a madam told me in the answer your status is Decline And she told that she had also sent a reply letter on 14/08/2012. But I have not got any kind of letter till today. She also asks to me,” what is your email Id? Before that she had told me that your complain was declined. I have not got any type of positive help regarding this type of a forgery case.
Note* It was hurting when she asked for my e-mail address which is already given in my surrender form.
It has become a harassment and torcher for me that I am victimized in shame and sorrow and feels helpless in above mentioned case.
For getting your kind help and proper justice I am informing and also requesting you to consider the offence of this case.

india infoline ltd-insurance — non deposition of the salary even after the one month of service

hi,
I am the employee of the iil-insurance and my employee code is
c-42518 rajkot branch ,working as a team leader and handling 15 personals under my supervision.

i have joined the iil since 29th of august,2007 and till today on 8th of october company has not provided me the salary even not the offer letter and even apointment letter.

avp says it will come by cheque but HR says that the employee who has the "c" latter in their employee code they can not get the salary by cheque.

branch manager says that my documetns are not reached so salary is not released but i already have got the employee code.

avp got the answer from his imediate hierarchy that i was not appeared in the CAP-the exam for product knowledge after training so they have not release the salary.

did you find any thing which is problem solving in nature.

Indian Infoline — NON CREDIT OF RS 11000/- TO DEMAT ACCOUNT SINCE MAY 2010

SIR,
I am SIBAPRASADA MAHARANA an INDIA INFOLINE CONSUMER FOR LAST 1 YEAR. I had deposited Rs 11,000/- on 26/05/2010 which has not been credited to my De mat account till now. I have lodged a complaint with INDIA INFOLINE and even have called more than 100 times regarding this matter; but they have not done any needful. I have also sent them the bank statement several times but to no use. Also I have not received any Demat Acount Number neither any concerned documents. I feel cheated and hence am writing to your forum. You are requested to intervene and help me in getting back my cash so that I can willfully start trading.
Attached is the BANK STATEMENT which clearly indicates that INDIA INFOLINE has encashed my cheque amounting Rs 11000/- .

Indian Infoline — INSURANCE

sir, my name is Harpal singh Bhatia I got a call from Indian infoline company they requested me to please come and take some policy for three years from ICICI Prudential ,I took that policy bu now I am unable to Withdraw my money,I had paid 48,000RS for that policy but now they are saying that I can withdraw only 50% of the total sum.

    Dear Sir/ Madam

    This is for information that I had requested one, Mr. Mr. Mritunjoy Das(RM, India Infoline Ltd.) of your Kolkata office to reduce the brokerage charges, however he informed that the brokerage charges could not be reduced due to low volume of trading. From my side I understood that the chapter is closed.

    Surprisingly, I noticed that a sum of Rs. 5515/- has been charged to my trading account on 28.03.12. On enquiring about the same from Mr. Das, I came to know that the amount is charged for value added service.

    You will observe in my trading statement that I am not a high volume trader as such requesting such services is totally out of question moreover I have not used the mentioned service till date as I was unaware about the same.

    On threatening of your people that they will sell my holdings in order to realize the amount, finding no other option, I paid the amount which is again a breach of trust and blackmailing for a matter, I am not liable in any manner.

    It is very disappointing to experience such episode and it seems your Kolkata office is badly mismanaged.

    Requesting you to kindly intervene into the matter to resolve the issue so that my hard earned money is not drained away due laxity of your people at Kolkata office. Moreover as informed by your Kolkata office vide letter no. IIFL/BSE/100512-B/92 dated 24.05.2012 I am enclosing herewith the ‘Account Closure Request Form’.

    My only intention to write you is that being Chairman of such renowned Company, you should be aware about your peoples wrong doing and the way they drag down the image of IIFL.

    IndiaInfoLine — Mismanagement

    I dont know who to contact at IndiaInfoline for not receiving dividends. All their phone numbers dont seem to be working (may be the senior management has decided to stop paying the bills) and the numbers that work, no one pick it up (may be all the employees are fired and the management now wants to eat everything). Please can someone tell how to pull my money out of their nose?

      Myself Amin. S. Makda from Amreli ( Suarashtra), I have an issue with India Infoline Ltd. The problem is that Dp client is death and he is my father, the DP id is amin2949 with IIFL, In this account there is a joint account with nominee of my name. The problem is that i visit India Infoline office here more than 50 times, and there is no responsible person and not giving solving my issue. please if possible try to help me. Below is the some emails i send to IIFL office mumbai, still they sending me auto generated emails. please read my emails you will know the reasons of my issue.

      The mumbai Branch is contacting to Amreli branch, and from local branch they giving wrong information to Mumbai branch, and they sending me auto generated emails. I don't know what to do in this matter. I need help from consumer forum, i am attaching the file in which there is details of conversion with them i done through emails.. please read my emails so you can know the whole matter of this problem. Please assist me what to do further. in this case.

Makda, having joint account with my mother name Salmaben Shabbirbhai Makda, with the nominee of my name Amin Shabbibhai Makda. In this now my father is no more. After his death i contacted IIFL office of Amreli branch for the death procedure for the DP account. My father death happen in August 2010, after six month i approach to the office of IIFL Amreli, for clearing my account, and then the authorize person not giving me the correct guidance and procedure for death case, so he misguide me for 6 months, I already submitted the needful documents for the procedure, its already more than 1 year still the procedure is pending, and i am not getting response from the IIFL Amreli branch, whenever i go to them they giving me the time, and date. it will happen soon. I am really feed up with this matter. In this one year I went to them more than 50 times. They don't know the procedure also what to do. Even i submitted the Cheque of Rs. 400 for my debit and transfer share fees, I need this problem to be solved soon. Otherwise i will go with legal procedure with giving the Court Notice to IIFL. If this death case problem is not solved soon. You can contact me for more details, i will explain you in details what problem i faced, there is not responsible person in the Amreli Branch of IIFL, if you need I can give you the name of the person, with whom i interact more than 50 times.       Hello,

      Thanks for giving me the reason, and ya the reason you given me now its not fair. you will be correct. But what to do now. I told your executive who is seating here in Amreli about this issue. And this guys telling me the wrong procedure from last one year. I submitted all the document as per the Mr. Suresh Lakum told me here in Amreli.
      Even i told him that check everything is this correct or not. And also i suggested him that if i need to open the new account for this or not.. He told me that no need to do that. Give me the client master for the account in which i need to transfer the share. I m really feed-up with the executive seating in the branch here in amreli. And now i will not go in to that branch anymore. Now you have to help me for this issue. I went almost 50 times in the branch and they are not giving me correct answer. Even not using good language. If Your executive or any senior person will come then only i talk with him. I will not talk to Mr. Suresh Lakum anymore. Call me on my phone i want to say many more to you, what problem i face from your Amreli Branch. I need this issue to be solved in 2 days. I think i need to go in Consumer Forum and i also going to register in CNBC Awaaz prehadar for complaining for IIFL. I am also Human being not a machine that i go every time to your Branch and they not solving this issue, and giving me dates dates and dates with wrong information.         Don't you know that i have my account from 2009

        from that only 1 time it is reversed. No proper calculations you people know....

        why you reversed for only 1 year why not for all years.

        How many times i should remind you people. I am tired. Finally i had written to news paper hope they will publish this complaint in their paper and get me out from your fraud activities details.
        Why earning money like this ? is brokerage going less then earning money like this ?

        so once i make the payment and the scheme is activated you will reverse the charges and for the period april to till date every month also it got charges. so kindly reverse that also so i will not contact Mr. Nirmal Jain and will not raise any complaint.

          A marketing employee of india infoline gold loan branch (udaram chowk,sriganganagar) came at my shop and told me about their plan of gold loan scheme.He told be about a plan that company will take only 1.6% interest on the given amount , and i took that plan.after few month i went to their office and asked him for release my loan.Then he said to us that , sir if you want to deposit cash in your account,you can do it and your interest rate also will be same at 1.60 %,and you can release your loan any time with no penalty. and we agreed for it.after 1 month on 25-8-12 when i went to release my loan account.he gave me a receipt with interest rate of 2.1% and i shocked.I said to him that what is this.You did not tell me about this penalty and he said that sorry sir, it is company's rule and i forgot about it and i said that then what is my fault, I was came here for release my account but you told me about this plan and I took it, why did you misguide me.And he said that sorry sir I forgot to tell you about it and now you have to fill this penalty, that's all.We are employee, we cant do anything.And I filled the penalty of rupees 1800 something.
          THERE IS NO MATTER OF MONEY THAT HAS TAKEN FROM ME .IS IT ALL ABOUT THE WRONG SERVICE AND MISGUIDANCE.BUT I FEEL VERY HELPLESS ABOUT THAT AND I THINK THAT I AM ALSO A CUSTOMER OF IIFL COMMODITIES AND THERE CAN BE ALSO A RISK OF THAT.

            I Mr. Nirav Vadodariya joined your company in November 2009 as Branch manager my performance was excellent. So other 7 branches were handed over to me. For the (commodity, currency business and also designation has been changed to Business development manager).
            2. As per the company policy (Acts and regulation) i was getting 2% incentive.
            3. Suddenly from june 2011 company has not paid the incentive.
            4. At relevant time company overall Q to Q growth approximent (-20%) while the growth of branches which where endorse to me was approximate Q to Q + 68 % upside but the company was not provide my incentive to their recpective tenure.No only that with Mela fide intension . Company has also decrease my post

                I opened a commodity account in Indiainfoline.. I invested Rs.10000/- they deducted some amount for account opening charges.. i believed that these people know the business and they will manage it properly.. any buying or selling has to be with my knowledge.. i opened the account through a person who has resigned the job,, i tried contacting him sometime before to check the status and balance in my account he did not pick the phone i called the office directly and i was informed that he has resigned the job,, when i asked them about the status of my account they now inform me that my balance is 1000/- and they have lost 8000/- in trading.. they have booked loss of 8000/- without my knowlege.. I am not going to leave them at this stage.. I will be filing a consumer case soon..

                  I have online trading account with with IIL. On 26.06.2012 Mr Akhilesh of Indiainfoline ,Pitampura Branch fraudlantly purchased share of Rs.8400 by cheating and misguiding me through F &O even though I don't know about F & O.
                  4. When I checked my account on 29.06.2012 I noticed that total value of Rs. 8400 has been debited from my account on 26.06.2012.Also there is no stock of purchaged shares on 26.06.2012 available in my D.P account. Indiainfoline has made a buiseness of cheating the customers and fraudlantly debiting the account through F & O.I am going to Lodge F.I.R for cheating.

                    2.IIFL did unauthorized trades of cores in my account.
                    3.IIFL did manipulations in the cheques.

                      On 19.1.2007 I received a call from India Infoline to meet them for a new scheme. Accordingly I went to their office where I was explained about a new ICICI Prudential Invest Sheild Cash back Policy. The Officials of IIFL/ICICI explained about the Policy by writing the premium payable/maturity value etc., in a plain paper. The staff explained that if I take a policy of Rs. 1.50 lakhs for 15 years, I need to pay the premium at Rs. 20000 per annum for the first five years and from the 6th to 10th year the premium payable by me would be only @ 50%, 40%, 30%, 20% & 10%. I was further informed by them that from the 11 to 14th year I need not pay any premium, instead, ICICI will pay me Rs. 2000, 4000, 6000 & 8000 respectively and at the end of 15th year the Company would repay the maturity amount as Rs. 3.00 lakhs plus maturity bonus of Rs. 3.10 lakhs (total Rs. 6.10 lakhs) As the schem was acceptable to me I availed the policy by paying the first year premium of Rs. 20000 on the same day. When I insisted brochure on this scheme it was not provided to me but I collected the hand written copy of the scheme explained to me by the staff. When I went to ICICI office to pay the 6th year premium (I was suppolsed to pay only 50% as explained to me by their staff), I was shocked to know that I should pay the premium at Rs. 20000/- for all the 15 years. The sum assured in the policy is Rs. 1.50 lakhs but the premium payable by me for 15 years is Rs. 3.00 lakhs. I addressed a letter to ICICI Customer Service, Mumbai explaining the above and enclosing the hand written sheet given to me by their officials, the Company has replied that I have not surrendered the policy within 15 days from the date of receipt means that I have accepted the conditions. But nothing is mentioned as how their staff given false information while opening the policy. Only while paying the 6th year premium, I came to know that I have been cheated. From the letters of other customers, I understand that the Company staff are intentionally cheating the customers. It is not expected from a reputed Company.

                        Iam highly frustrated with Indiainfoline service ... IIFL does transaction from my demat account without consulting me & they dont even seek approval for the transactions ... IIFL service is certainly a mental torture ... here by i would advice not to open any kind of account with them....convey this message to rest other/investors as much as possible to avoid going through such fraud service

                        They are least bothered of losses incurred to customer with there unethical practices & pathetic response as they do not respond back on mail pertaining to such transaction issues @ last one has to bare with losses for the sake of holding with fraudster securities company.

                          I have raised more than 6 times request to issue DP transfer booklet but it is never issues stating that signature mismatch and once it was issued then we tried to transfer shares then it was told the DP Transfer booklet is changed and you have to request for it again.

                          And the same process started of rejection from you, this is not fair. I really do not understand is this the way you treat people.

                          I am not sure why there is problem in issueing it, I think you people are worried get customers would transfer the shares and close the account or what?

                                I got a call from india infoline to sell policy of Relaince. The policy name is Reliance Money multiplier. The caller name is Ajay Bakshi. He told me that I will get three benefits : 1 lac mediclaim for 4 membors of family, 20% commission and the policy bond paper. I got welcome kit from reliance and then after I haven`t got anything.

                                I am doing follow up since last 5 months but I haven`t got any good response. They are giving me time after time and I have called so many times. The numbers I contacted are [protected], [protected]. I also called on 2 different numbers one landline with code 022 and one mobile number but I don`t have it written anywhere.

                                My policy number is 19289720. Please provide my commission and mediclaim policy for 4 members.

                                It`s already too much waiting on the 3 things you promised when selling the policy so resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                I already forwarded the complaint to Indiainfoline grivance cell before 1 month and then after they asked me to forward complaint to reliance but they replied that reliance can not provide any benefit and you have to claim it from indiainfoline.

                                  I want to complaint against IndiaInfoline Insurance Brokers Ltd. because the agent who advised the details of this policy had given wrong information to my father Mr. Digvijay Prasad Singh.

                                  The Agent called my father on 03/09/2011 and told that through a lucky draw your BSNL mobile number [protected] has been selected in the list of 20 numbers from all the BSNL numbers of Vaishali district.

                                  The agent explained the lucky draw benefits as below:
                                  1. A 4 days and 3 nights holiday package offer will be provided for any 1 selected cities provided in the coupon voucher for holiday and the coupon will be valid till 15th December 2011 and can be extended if you will purchase a Tata AIG Maha Life Gold Life Insurance Plan.
                                  2. Insurance with coverage of Rs. 1 Lack for 1 year without any premium.
                                  3. The premium for Tata AIG Maha Life Gold Life Insurance Plan would be Rs 10000 per year and it would a special plan with special additional benefits for you and other 19 people also whose mobile number has been selected in the lucky draw, and the benefits would be as follows.
                                  a. It is a life long plan for you and your spouse.
                                  b. You and your spouse will be covered in this plan with death benefit of Rs. 2 lacks.
                                  c. Premium will need to be paid only for 3 years.

In the mean time it was informed by the customer service representative that the plan can be like with the details which I had provided as mentioned above as your mobile number has been selected in the lucky draw and it would a special plan with special additional benefits for you also.

                                  I informed the same to the agent of IndiaInfoline and was replied that as your mobile number has been selected in the lucky draw so it would a special plan with special additional benefits for you also and the same details will be given to you with bond paper also.

                                  But when I visited to my village last month and reviewed the bold papers and got to know that all the information was given incorrect by the agent.

                                  And if I am not wrong the same would have been happened with the other 19 peoples also whose mobile number was selected in the lucky draw if any of them had elected this plan, please investigate it also.

                                  I wanted a written explanation from IndiaInfoline. For the same few days earlier my father visited to Hajipur branch office of Indiainfoline and got to know that all the staff member have been changed and nobody have knowledge of this lucky draw and they are not providing any details regarding the same.

                                  I informed the same to the agent of HYPERLINK "http://www.indiainfoline.com/"IndiaInfoline and was replied that as your mobile number has been selected in the lucky draw so it would a special plan with special additional benefits for you also and the same details will be given to you with bond paper also.



                                  But when I visited to my village last month and reviewed the bold papers and got to know that all the information was given incorrect by the agent.



                                  And if I am not wrong the same would have been happened with the other 19 peoples also whose mobile number was selected in the lucky draw if any of them had elected this plan, please investigate it also.



                                  I wanted a written explanation from HYPERLINK "http://www.indiainfoline.com/"IndiaInfoline. For the same few days earlier my father visited to Hajipur branch office of Indiainfoline and got to know that all the staff member have been changed and nobody have knowledge of this lucky draw and they are not providing any details regarding the same.



                                  So I want to request to you that please provide me the explanation on this issue and provide the exact benefit to the insured person Mr. Digvijay Prasad Singh which was committed by the HYPERLINK "http://www.indiainfoline.com/"IndiaInfoline agent.

                                    I opened my commodity account in April 11 in India infoline (IIFL). I informed IIFL managers that we dont have any exposure of commodity market as well as didnt get time to do direct trading. However IIFLmanagers informed us that there is no problem since they will handle all these trading and will give us profits. Hence I transfer a lac after opening of account. After some small trade, IIFL one OTHER manager advised me to buy one Silver on 30th April and keep upto Ist week of May to get gains of 4-5 k as there was festival of Akshatrithy. However Silven went down drastically and IIFL manager didnt put STOP LOSS also. Since we never did this speculation business as we cleared when we open account therefore this is big negligence of IIFL since managers are not trained properly to take care Clients money however they make big talk. WE LOST A LAC in SILVER.
                                    After this episode, IIFL manager told me that take advance brokerage of Rs 1 L, in which brokerage amount will be very less and valid for 6 months hence your person will do trade for me in small difference to cover up my Silver losses and also recover brokerage from VAS. However over 6 months passed but your managers dont take interest, means my 1.1 L is also not used. THIS 1.1 L is also LOSS for me since brokerage is not used. I LOST over Rs 2 Lacs due to your manager big talk and negligence. I HAVE VOICE REGRDING ALSO OF OUR FEW MEETINGS. Therefore I am requesting to refund my brokerage amount atleast since it is not used and also whatever best you can do for LOST MONEY in SILVER.

                                      Hi All,
                                      PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU OPEN INDIAINFOLINE [protected]@ Himmayat Nagar branch,Hyderbad.

                                      In Dec 2011, my relationship manager, Ms Bharati, called me and advised me to open Currency derivatives account
                                      promising the following:
                                      1) No account opening charges
                                      2) Not much volatility in rates, hardly 25-30 paise range
                                      3) Brokerage will be just 5 paise, so since range is 25-30 paise it is easy to make money
                                      4) She gets indiainfoline buy calls, and success rate is pretty high
                                      5) As I have zero knowledge in futures, she will guide me and provide valuable advise.
                                      6) She is totally devoted to Currency derivatives, and hence will be fully dedicated to this.
                                      Based on this I went ahead and opened the currency account.

                                      On 28-Dec-2011, based on the Indiainfoline Research reports recommendations received by her she called me and advised to buy JPYINR Futures which I advised her to buy 1 or 2 lots considering that I am very conservative investor and also since I don't know much about futures I want to play safe by taking 1 or 2 lots to begin with. But she insisted that I buy atleast 3 lots as with 1 or 2 lots I won't make much profit and since there is not much volatility we can easily make profit. Hence I gave her go ahead to buy 3 lots and also told her that I am looking for JUST 5 Paise profit not more.

                                      On the same day, she bought 3 lots of EURINR for 70.24 based on Indiainfoline research report WITHOUT informing me before executing trade and once trade was executed she called me and informed me. Since she has already executed trade, again I advised her that I am looking only for just 5 paise profit. As per research report, they have clearly mentioned that STOP LOSS should be 70.1, unfortunately, she didn't use STOP LOSS and it closed at 70.08 lesser than Stop loss.

                                      On 29-Dec-2011, she bought 5 MORE LOTS of EURINR without taking my RISK APPETITE into consideration and also without informing me before buying at 69.53 and she informed me after TRADE was executed. Kindly note, price at which she bought is much lesser than my BUY PRICE and also much lesser than STOP LOSS recommended in the research report provide by INDIAINFOLINE on 28-Dec-2011. She kept assuring me that there won't be much volatility in the currency and that it will bounce back as we have averaged it at lesser price.

                                      And since, then it has been steadily falling to 69.35, meanwhile reports in FOREXMantra has been clearly recommending daily to SELL EURINR, but still she ignored those reports and didn't follow STOP LOSS as recommended in it. As per reports the target price they gave was much lesser than the price that we had bought. She didn't even bother to guide me , advise me the POTENTIAL RISK of sitting on 8 lots of EURINR.

                                      One day she called and said, that Margin calls are triggering and requested me to transfer Rs6000 with a promise that our buy price will be achieved in a day or two and after that I can transfer back Rs6000 back to my bank account.
                                      Since I didn't have any money in my account, I told her the same and also told her that either she can sell the lots in loss else other option is to liquidate my holdings in equity.

                                      Even when margin calls got triggered, she didn't bother to check with me and advise to PUT any STOP LOSS, all this while she has been assuring that my investments in EURINR will recover.

                                      Meanwhile, on 3-Jan-2012, she was able to sell 5 lots at 69.85 at average buy price with no profit no loss.

                                      On 4-Jan-2012, although EURINR opened at 70.15, but she didn't sell the remaining 3 lots and it kept falling steadily on that day and it closed at 69.28. She neither informed,advised me about the same.She had ample time to advise me to exit, but she didn't.

                                      On 5-Jan-2012, EURINR closed at 68.34 continuing its downtrend, even now also she didnt advise me to put any STOP LOSS.

                                      On 6-Jan-2012, EURINR fell even further, I requested her, pleaded her to check with indiainfoline research team, what their recommendatoin is for EURINR as it has been steadily falling. She said that we can't check with research team and she checked with her manager and he also said that due to some global scenario, it has fallen but will recover. All this while FOREXMantra has been clearly indicating TARGET price which is much lower than my average buy price and relationship manager has been completely ignoring STOPLOSS all throughout.
                                      On11-Jan-2012, since I wasn't getting any correct update from my relationship manager I was forced to sell my 3 lots of EURINR at a huge loss.
                                      Overall i have suffered loss around Rs 10,000 and also indiabulls shares that i had sold at 140 had risen to 165 there by giving me virtual loss of Rs2,500.

                                      Even after me having suffered 10,000 loss, even now Relationship manager is promising that she will help me recover my losses my investing in USDINR futures and this time she will follow STRICT STOPLOSS. I would like to know on what basis is she giving me such assurances/gurantee that she would help recover my Rs 10000 losses.
                                      I have escalated this to BRANCH MANAGER Mr Anath Reddy and Naresh Kumar, explained each and everything, but they don't feel that Bharati, my relationship manager has done anything WRONG, as per them if relationship manager informs customer before or after she has bought something, even without informing the customer its FINE, I find this totally unacceptable, as relationship manager doesn't have right to place any orders without my prior confirmation or without advising me.

                                      I find that my relationship manager has misued the TRUST I had in her and in indiainfoline and by not living up to her promise of guiding me , advising me, not taking STRICT LOSSES recommended in research reports, living in FOOLS paradise that one fine day the price will recover by using logic that, GOVERNMENTS dont allow their CURRENCY TO FALL MUCH. I dont think any government has any control on currency movements, its such wrong advise leads to losses to innocent customer.

                                      Please be well advised and read this before you dare to open an account at Indiainfoline at HimmayatNagar branch.
                                      Inspite of reading this you still wish to open an account with them....Wish you Good Luck and God Bless you....

                                      It is happening with almost all investors. Just open one demat a/c with any broking firm and the staff or the manager lure you to either future market or commodity market on the promise of good returns. These are running mini workshops of destruction. Off line broking should be banned in this country.
