Dear all, I shri ashis mitra earlier complain through this site. lot of fake transaction done by india infoline in my account and transacted lot of transaction in my account without provide the password for that reason I lost several lacs.india infoline also use one of my account for that fake transaction with axis bank. for that I had sent lot of e-mail to P.M.O. FINANCE MINISTER , Finance secratary, S.E.B.I.CHAIRMAN, R.B.I GOVERNOR. but till today no action had taken according to best of my knowledge. But i will not give up thats why I am going to delhi (third week of february)with some of investors who also lost their money due to india infoline fraudulant work to meet the press and try to get the justice. Because
all o[censored]s know that press is the one pillar of our democracy. we will send the message to all indian and all ministers to get the justice and imposs the punishment to india infoline. FOR THAT REASON I AM APPEALING TO ALL THE INVESTORS WHOS HAD ALLREADY SUFFERD to go to delhi along with us. hereis my phoneno; [protected], e-mail [protected]@yahoo.co.in.and we will also try to meet some of the ministers in delhi regards ASHIS MITRA

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that we have been cheated by your sales executives(Mr.Himanshu and Mr.Ajad) and we are suffering from last four months and still our problem has not been solved we have called at your call centres but to my surprise nothing has been done uptill this date so this is my kind request that please intervene in this matter and take some action against my complaint otherwise i will have no other option other than court of consumer forum.

    I had an accont with IIFL clint 13215579 and user
    name-CAL10003 opened on month of Aug'10 which was running fine but suddenly in the month of Sep-Oct'10 found that trade is happening without my concern.even my relationship manager Miss Priyanka was also not responding.There should be limit of everything IIFL played with my money,when i called Mr.Utpal Dutta mobile
    no.[protected] for payout he said ok we are looking into it and disconnected the
    call got no revertal,thereafter I sent a a/c closer from duly signed to Mumbai address od IIFL inthe month of Nov'10 also sent mails to Mr.Sounav(Branch Head) of IIFL Kolkata got no revertal, again i esclated the matter to [protected]@indiainfoline.com many times but got the same revertal that "we have escalated your issue

    Dear sir, This is RANJAN KUMAR SAHOO Clint id RKSAHOO8. MY COMPLAIN IS ABOUT OUR RELATIONSHIP MEMBER IIFL ie [protected]@indiainfoline.com from BBSR, dealed with me some wrong & fuilty assurance and opened my account in IIFL. He told about vas plan @11030 is good plan in whic h brokrage is .02 bothsideincluding service tax for intra day & .20 for delivery. Also told about rms intraday 10 times & holding 5 times. but after opening account he is not responding my phone otherwise saying i can do nothing for u, what u think do that. now i want a secure convincement from iifl, then will go to consumer court. yours faithfully RKSAHOO8/ANGUL /ODISHA/759117

      the worst stock broking house in India. I was earlier with Reliance Money and Icici direct, they both were much better than this broking house who is filled with incompetent persons who will try to emotionally blackmail you and push you for options trading where the brokerage charges are much higher than delivery based trading. Worst part is even their top management was trying to defend these incompetent people and say that there is a difference between a relationship manager and AVP but who will tell these guys that customers deal with relationship manager on daily basis and not these AVPs.

      My suggestion is never go for this broking house whose primary motive is to cheat customers with wrong commitments and incompetent managers

          Dear Gentlemen,

          I have been your customer for last 4 months, and has moved to your Company from an existing renowned name in the market.

          I had avoided to write to you in past also when it was required, assuming it will be resolved in due course, but today i thought it will be better to bring it to your knowledge. I have a holding of about INR 200,000 in 4 scrips and yesterday i bought 400 SBI (net), and today morning the relation ship manager called me told that i have exceeeded the 4 times limit and has to sell excess shares, which i have instructed him to sell SBI only ( telephonic records can be traced to check that). Today when i opened my login and saw they have sold all my old holdings and SBI 342 shares also and bring down my holding to cash holding.

          I am trying to call them and understand why it has been done and why i have to suffer that losses, they are giving unacceptable answers.

          Would you please inform, whats the point of having a trading account, wwhen i can trade only the cash value of my holdings................. ? My previous broker alowed me to trade till 4 - 6 times of my depoist / holdings vaalue.

          Seeking your immediate response, and resolution and reversal of these unnecessary charges arising due to selling and buying of shares.

          I have been prmoised that my query will be attended and resolved in 2 days, but unfortunately 10 days have passed since then. I haave called you about 3 - 4 times yesterday, you did not pick my call. I have called you today morning, again you disconnected the call ( i have trail of all calls i am making).

          Any way its NO surprise for me, as that is the behaviour all Infoline guys i have met, have shown - whether it was you / Ms. Smita / Ms. Vinita - Ms. Alka refused to meet me - even when i was in your office on two occassions for more than 3 hours on each occassion ( i have record of dates and time i have spent in your office).

          I hope you wont mind now if i am forced to escalate it to higher authorities in Infoline, and lodge a formal complaint.

          I am seeking a reasonable response from your staff for my query which is posted in the text of the trailing mails since last 1 month. Apart from writing 5 - 6 mails I have visited your office twice in Lower Parel and met customer care representatives and spent 3 and 4.5 hours on each occasion, meeting junior guys, as Ms. Alka has not met me even when i have spent so much time in your office waiting for her. The junior guys have passed the problem to regional office, and referred me to Mr. Kadam. Mr. Kadam has promised me 2 weeks back that the problem will be resolved in 2 days and he will maake sure some relation ship manager from Ville Parle office meets me and resolves the issue, but no action has been taken and he has stopped even taking my calls, as he is not able to keep his promise.

          I know you are busy, but would request if you can put some body on this issue and we can settle it. I have stopped trading through your company for last 1 month, since this issue has been pending from your Company side.

              I am ashis mitra open two account with indiainfoline ,but they provide me the password after6months by that time they traded in my account for that only i incurred a loss of ten lacks that is actual not notional . they also done lot of fake transaction with the help of axis bank. then i reported this to n.s.e. ,b.s,e. r.b.i.andalso sebi chairman . but my felling is n.s.e. b.s.e. and also s.e.b.i are not protecting small investor they are only for the share broker reason i do not konw
              you the investor will judge what is the reason. I also inform this to finance minister
              finance secratary till today idid not get any positive reply . so my request to all investor let us join hands with me ,let us raise the voice jointly . we have to fight against this cheat share broker otherwise again we will watch another share marketscam last time our beloved priminister was finance minister.                   I am a client (ID- 249KUMAR) of India Infoline Ltd. (Barrackpore Branch) from May 2008. Everything was going smooth. But from October 2010 the situation worsened and finally on 30.12.2010 I was so harshly and rudely treated by the biased branch manager Mr. Ashoke Das that I felt humiliated and so badly mentally shocked that it is indescriptible. Over and above, this non cooperation of Ms. Snigdha Chakraborty (in charge of my account) finally led to transfer of my share account from Ms. Chakraborty to Mr. Rahul Chakraborty who under heavy stress can not attend even 50% of my phone calls. Informing this to Branch Manager Mr. Das, I requested him on 31.12.2010 to restore my previous status. But he flatly said,"You have to conduct your trade there. No way."
                  However let me state another incident. I bought 70(seventy) R.N.R.L. shares out of which 68(sixty eight) shares were converted to 17(seventeen) R.Power shares. About the rest 2(two) shares I approached Mr. A. Das (B.M.) countless number of times. At first he assured me of looking after the matter and all of a sudden he refused to do anything for me in this regard on plea of his official involvement. The story will be too long. So a responsible senior citizen (66 years) request your kind and judicious attention to do the needful in order to do away with this evil practices, so that, the gold (I.I.F.L.) is not tarnished black.

                      INDIA INFOLINE Ltd. called me to open an Demat account and give me a offer that if you give Rs. 750 as one time charge then you are not required to pay any other charges except brokerage charges in life time.
                      when I open this account they now started charging me an amount every month on the name of AMC. When I raise this issue, their executive says someone has given you a wrong information and may be someone lied you to just open an account. you will charged AMC and we are responsible for that. When I asked to close this account and asked to return my money they says its not possible.
                      now when almost three months are about to over they says as per Rs. 750 plan we can only refund your money if you pay us the brokerage of Rs. 750 but you have to give AMC charges which is not included in this plan. Then I asked them why dint they give me this information before. they are just ignoring me and do not answer properly.

                      every time i mail them for my problem they just copy and paste one line "Please note that we have coordinated with your Relationship Manager Mr.Praveen.Jindal Contact no.[protected] and he will get back to you regarding the same."

                      First this guy never call me and whenever i called him he says i cant help you can close the account or give the charges.

                      I raised few more issues like value of infrastructure bond which should be Rs. 20,000 but there tool shows its only Rs 18220 when i asked this question that relationship manager says I dont know about this issue and when i mail them i got an reply talk to your relationship manager. they just ignoring and ignoring they do not have any shame and happily ignore my issues.

                              My self Raj, i Need Guidance to complaining about IIFl (Indian info line commodities).
                              IIFl executive did trading with out my notice about daily trading activity, resulting they finally show an 9000Rs loss. and AS they told when i lost 2500Rs in daily trade bcoz of their negligence and improper guidance and information, one day i asked their HR manager, he said that we will recover loss by keeping you in edging process. and after that thy once again show me a loss of 6500Rs.

                              They did not informed about loss and information of my trading activity, till a day my self call and asked about the trading information.
                              please let me know how can i reach consumer court to complain about they negligence activity and get justice .

                              please let me know how should i proceed, and what are documents i need to produce.

                                While opening the Demat A/c, 'lot of facilities and service will be provided- assured by the Marketing executive -- which are not provided after the opening of the said a/c e.g.:-
                                1) Address was uploaded wrong by the 'entry level' person ( Mohd.), for which the total opening process got delayed by more than 22 days, in place of 5 days as assured-- and I had to submit again fresh all related documents, address change documents actually sent thrice
                                2) Welcome Kit alongwith the Delivery Instruction slip,copy of the contract, etc. did not reach me, even after almost 3&1/2 months,-- for which no. of emails sent and spoken to the related person/s but did not materialised
                                3) Though they say that dedicated Vice President level person will be available for the customer -for redressal of complaint , but acually except the supervisory level person ( May be Territorry Manager), no one else are available for approachas there is no information of their contact email i.d or phone no. , and territorry manager can not handle issue as no. of customers allocated are much so they don't have time to devote any particular customer's complaint.
                                4) Server is slow and have some or other complaint - in respect of " real time" stock price , sock folder , and daily/ monthly chart reproduction on screen-- which is must for " ONLINE Trading"
                                Most of the Demat service provider are more or less similar they say many things before opening A/c but tafter the A/c been opened, -- No body takes any responsibility-- SEBI need to be vigilant and take some measure for the protection of the customers.

                                  As cited above subject i submitting my request for complain against India Infoline who committed to give gift (Home Theater) within one month & 350% of premium (@Rs 30000) gureented loyltee bonus after completing 5 years. but till now they did not fulfilled their commitment.
                                  I took the max life insurance policy in July 2010 through India Infoline. The booklet has recieved at my home address in August starting by my parents and on that time i was in Haryana . but i was not aware about the policy which has been sold with wrong comittment to me.
                                  I have already given the request many times in Max call centre which complaint no. 3623833, 3711033, 3879599. but Max did not took any action till now.
                                  Please do the needfull.

But i was got surprised when i had received the policy. the form which i was signed based on the terms and condition is totally differ. after my several chase up with them i have not received any rectification. Now a days i have receied calls directly from ICICI and they are told that your primium is already due and kindly pay the same. But the actual condition is totally different. my due date is on coming January 2010.

                                    My Self having an account with Indiainfoline (SF000013) , and over a period of 3 months i 'm following up with the relation ship manager provided by India infoline for getting the password and collecting the Shares which are in physicall form and as discussed with this executive need to convert in Demat form , after a f/up of more than 3 months He denied that I can't collect your docu. and we don't have time to send an executive to collect the same . He used very bad language and bad words .
                                    If such type of peoples are working with the organisation then what can a customer can expect in future ....

                                      Hi i am a customer of IndiaInfoline and my account trading Id is under JAHAN100 i had an account of Rs 60,000/- while opening an account in the month of July 2010, However by the month of September i am left with approx 6000/-, the Relationship Manager who was handling my account had made transaction without my permission and has incurred me loss and they even charged me transaction fee for the transaction which the relationship manager traded under my account . Could you please assist ...

BUT BEFORE TWO WEEK THIS SYSTEM OF LOG IN NOT WORKING ON THE MY PASSWORD I CHAGE THE PASSWORD AND APPLY FOR NEW PASSWORD. ALTHOUGH IN 5PAISA.COM LOG IN IS WORKING ON THE SAME PASSWORD WHAT HAPPEN PL.                                         Indiainfoline Ltd. — Debit interest charged wrongly

                                        I am having demat account with indiainfoline ltd. vikas puri branch..i am v much upsset from them..On 1st March I have given them a cheque of Rs. 30000/- and they have recd. payment from my syndicate bank on 3rd March..but they constantly call me that i have to pay 30000/-. I showed them my passbook from which money has been deducted by them.. but to my shock, they have deducted interest charges @ 2% p.m. around Rs. 528/- and i have showed my details and they are now not refunding this money to my account..they tell that its there mistak and they will refund it and for that they have written a mail to mumbai office but till now, nothiing has been done..its now more than 2 months that i m waiting for my money 528/- Rs. Everytime they say a new thing, that the Approval is required for this and the person who will approve is not well..Pl suggest wat to do..

                                        i was worked with indiainfoline marketing services ltd {venue marketting} as a area manager for some of maharastra area.

                                        before joining company had commited me that after some time they will transfer me in chhatisgarh area..

                                        but company had not fulfill all those commitments n hold my salary of two months.

                                        India Infoline Limited — wrong delay pay in charges

                                        I bought shares on 2 march15 and sold on 3 march 15 pay in was 4 and 5 march for the same so they should charge for one day but they have charged it for two days why? IIFL is a chor company .
