Dear forum,
Being a student in the US, I saved my hard-earned money and sent my parents a parcel from the US. It contained nuts (pistachio and walnut) and chocolates.
The box was sent by United States postal service.
After reaching India, the box was opened and all the nuts were taken away. The item description that was pasted on the top of the box was torn away and the box was mailed to my parents without any nuts.. not even a single one! The whole packet was just taken away unashamedly.
Such an unscrupulous behavior on the part of the Indian postal government is unpardonable.
Please let me know how I can pursue this case further.
I'd like the officers involved be punished and I be compensated.

as I petitioner is a widow of late Suresh Prasad Singh at present staying on mercy of my retired father’s home north Inda, ward 1,holding -10.Po Inda, Kharagpur, Paschim Medinipur. West Bengal.
As after my husband expiree ,he the owner of serly licensee shop and the claim was proceeding, in between the serly(kgp) gave illegal order to some person by name Sunil Prasad Singh and the intimation of letter was send by SERLY( kgp)-DEN(H.Q),ADRM(kgp) as registered post RL no-M472 dtd-28/03/11them and I have to file and objection and complain and stop the illegal corruptions and make my claim lawful as because law betting was in my favor decided.
But this letter was not delivered up till now, the result I have to go in shelter of honorable high court deputing my selves.
Even I visited post master of kgp post office but he denied giving any information saying you look in your local Inda post office for that, but when I enquired there they informed me no such post had been come from kgp post office by serly in your address.
So I request for justification/Action with compensation for lost & injury that created due to postal negalnce & suffering,as I have no income and needed to do survival from the shop income as soon as possible as after my husband expiree since 1/10/2005 I am in deserted position. On other hand I am facing contest in high court Kolkata. Thanking you your honour,

Article No EP[protected]IN booked at Amritsar for delivery at PIMPRI (Dr DY Patil Dental College Hospital & Research Institute) has not yet been delivered. This reflects abject apathy towards PROFESSIONALISM and disregard to what YOU all are SALARIED for. That is why people prefer private courier coys who are more PROFESSIONAL in the job.

My Parcel is dispatched from USA on 15th July via USPS priority mail to my Bangalore address.
It has been 13 days after dispatch. from past 8 days it is showing "Customs Clearance, July 20, 2011, 12:10 pm, INDIA".
I could understand what they are doing with the parcel in custom from past 8 days.

I read New Pension Scheme news at local news paper given by Indian Post (Ichalkaranji Head Office). Then I applied for New Pension Scheme at Head Post Office of Ichalkaranji. NSDL -CRA allotted me PRAN card with welcome kit in which I found in that Nomination details not updated. So as per guildlines in welcome kit, I immedately contacted to Head Master to correct nomination details two times with paying required charges Rs.23.00. Till date no nomations details updated. I contiously follow up regarding that matter but no fouverable action made by Head Office.

THE SPEED POST WAS DONE ON 27/06/2011 .TODAY IS 7/7/2011.BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PANCARD SENT.

I sent a package to Chicago, USA with clothes from Hyderabad, Patny center post office through speed post on 20/06/2011 and the tracking # EN[protected]IN.
Status still shows that the package with Origin Post for packaging at Mumbai dated 23/06/2011 and no information on further shipment details.
Can anybody help me how to track my shipment and get this delivered to my destination in Chicago, USA.
I don't understand how come speed post packages moving as a slow snail.

Along with this MO, another MO to Mrs. Lija Jayakumar,eMO :PNR No:[protected] is delivered to Kannimangalam - 680027 . Kerala.this MO has been delivered. I had asked our post master at Nangavalli, abt this matter, he said that ,it has delivered to him on 19/05/11, ie., next day of sending, while looking through net from indianpost.com.He also said that the aknowledgement may not reach , "since the thickness of the money order form is not as thick as they used earlier" .

COMPLAIN AGAINST THE NON PAYMENT OF MONEY ORDER

Dear Sir/Madam,

That, I have sent an amount of Rs 100/- to my sister to be used during Sabitri Puja, an important religious function and culture of Hindu family.

That, though I have deposited the amount much before the Puja, the same has not yet reached to the party for which we are very unhappy, lost the faith on the Department of postal service.

In the meanwhile i have lodged a complaint the Postal department and they responded me that the amont has been delivered to the payee. But till today it is not delivered to the payee.

The detail of the complaint to postal department, response and attached the MO receipt for your referance.


Waiting a strong enquiry and report for me and release the same amount the party.
