[Resolved] India Railway — DELAY OF TRAIN | |
MY NAME TABREZ SAYED ON[protected] MY TICKET WAS BOOKED FROM SURAT TO MUMBAI CENTRAL IN 0904A NZM RAJ BCT SPL TRAIN WAS TO ARRIVED AT 00.40 hrs BUT IT COME ON 05.00 hrs WAS LATE FOR 5 HOURS. AT SURAT STATION I TOLD TO STATION MASTER PLEASE ARRANGE MY TICKET TO SOME ANOTHER TRAIN & CANCEL MY RAJDHANI TICKET MY WHOLE FAMILY WITH CHILDREN ARE SITTING ON THE PLATFORM BUT HE TALK RUDELY ITS NOT MY DUTY U DONT COME AGAIN & AGAIN TO ASK WHEN THE TRAIN WILL COME THEY DONT COPRATE WITH US & BEHAVE LIKE THAT. WE ALL WERE SITTING WHOLE NIGHT AT SURAT PLATFORM WITH MY FAMILY & CHILDREN IT WAS A BAD SITUATION IN MY LIFE EVER SEEN.I ASK TO INDAIN RAILWAY THAT THIS TYPE OF STAF[censored] HAD KEPT THEY CANT PROVIDE ANY HELP TO THE PASSANGER & TALK LIKE THAT SHAME TO INDIA RAILWAY & INDIAN GOVERNMENT. I have just latest experience with indian rail, it's today's incident my family is coming from bilaspur in wainganga exp.(2252) and they supposed to reached here at 1:30PM, so I took 1 day off from my work, but this train got late like anything, now when I am writing this till then it's 9 hours late already, and I am sure delay will be more...So my question is that can we have do something against this...I mean some law should be there ...like if train delay like this and people waiting and they took leave, booked cab then obviously they are loosing money as well as mantel torched ... or we can't do that just sit and wait wait wait...
