this is to inform you that I have received my books bundle. for getting offer i am logging into the website which you have given when i logged nothing has come in that site how to fill the unique no. etc. please tell me what to do. because i got the books package on 27th July. After that I am not gettign anything to do. I am worried about that. please tell me what to do.

For claiming a free gift such a bonafied grouped company like you it is really very harrasabble. I am so much unsatisfied with your customer care that i never suggest anyone to respond against your sms. To claiming a free gift if any member needs 7-8 time recalling then how one can trust you like a reputed company why not stamped you as a CHEAT company? Please i request you again stop harassing the members & despatched the free gift first prior to sending the ordered item if you really trust your valued customer.

Regarding a parcel with 4 books received, first of all the unique no. was not mentioned on the invoice and for that I had to ring twice and every time I had to hold for 15 mins. and even when I got the no., it would not register asking me to change as I was wrong.
Again on phoning back, I was told to wait till this morning but I still find the same problem, not able to claim my free gift of inv. no. 0RA[protected] dated 23rd Jul-09.
First of all you are only delivering againgst cash then why not send the gift with the parcel, unless there is another catch.
Kindly register and reply asap.

as per request of india today books club, i have placed an order for a watch alongwith 3 nos books at a
price of rs.499.00 on cod basis.they have forwarded the materials through corier and while opened the
packet unfortunately instead of books they have sent 3 nos of cds and the watch was not there.
after read the invoice it is noticed that they have asked me to send the details of the invoice to claim
for the free gift, it is very unfair, because during the time of order no such things being communicated to us.
a firm lile a such a repute will do such type of gambling, who the customer will have a faith in near future.

My God ! You have taken the words from my mouth. Exaxtly the same thing is happening to me. Although it is only me who is to blame. Why did I not recall that I have burnt my fingers in the same manner once before. They are pretty prompt at sending you the ordered item but the freegift is a different thing altogether. Then these people give you the classic roundabout.

I received a packet containing the book and a crushed metal container which had a Reebock watch fortunately not damaged. There was no invoice or instructions how to claim the other gift-a round trip air ticket. When I accessed the website, there was no such provision, and there was no other information or instruction except complaints from customers. Pl clarify and advise how to claim my free air ticke tpromised by you at the time of ordering.

soundscapes — non reciept of reebok watch

we have order four cds of soundscapes and we were to recieve a wach as gift.we have received the soundscapes cd vide your dipatch no 4096 but the watch has not been recieved.
