Below is my complaint but till date no action nor any reaction from ITBC (ACTUALLY THEY SHOULD RENAME THEIR COMPANY AS "ITCC - INDIA TODAY CHOR CLUB")

Following is my complaint:

My order no. 0GA[protected] dated 27-01-09, I ordered a Reebok Fitness Kit. I received the kit with wrong shoe size (I order no. 9 but received no.6) hence on instructions from Customer help[protected], I return the full parcel.

On 14-02-09 new order no. is given to me - 0GA[protected], but till date I have not received my order. Whenever I call helpline no., simple answer is given "order is fully / successfully processed and will receive the same in 1 week"

This has been going for last 3 weeks. The customer service reps are not even transferring the call to senior personnel reason given all are busy. Today 17-03-09 am told to wait for 15 days more.

Mr. Mayank, Ms. Shabnam Khan, Arvind, Dominic Savio, Priya, Ishleen all these employees give different reasons / excuses but not even one has helped. I feel am helpless as I am based in Mumbai and this company is in Delhi.

ITBC is fleecing innocent buyers. WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE COME ACROSS TILL DATE. HOW CAN ITBC BE SO CARELESS IN CATERING TO CONSUMERS NEEDS.

India Today Book Club — Not received the free gift

I have received a pack of 16 Cd's. My order number is OGA[protected], Invoice No:ORA[protected]. I have tried many times to register for free gift through the website www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm. But always i got a message that "SORRY THE SITE DOWN FOR MAINTANANCE TRY AFTER 3 DAYS". But even now i am not able to connect through the site. I am afraid.
I m the member of india today book club and i ordered for the reebok fitness kit on 13of feb 2009 and from the 22nd of feb i m regularly in touch with the cutomer executive through ph and through mail but till date i havn't received any satisfactory answer related to the despatch on my order everytime i call it was told to me that my order will reach me with in 7-8 days and from 22nd of feb those 7-8 days are not coming some time it was told to me that my order has been despatched and i will get that with in 2 or 3 days but it all fake i have made the payment in advance thats what i think i did the mistake caz many people are getting there order by cash on delivery, i want to convey that no body is listenning to the complaints despite 100 of calls and many mails every time they have different answers the way they made me suffer shows the company's services i think they did fraud with me, thats why i want to spread awareness about the company so that other do not suffer the same, , and people who do not know what to do in such situations i want to aware that we can approach to the consumer court for such things

India Today — Free gift not recieved

My Subscription No ITE277504, I have subscribed this magzine for five years and was supposed to get Addidas Shoes as free gift, which I have still not recieved, date of recipt of payment is 04/11/08 it was supposed to get gift with in 8-10 weeks.

i have purchased swatch watch from you(India today book club) on 14/02/09 witch is still not delivered to me.

i don't understand the status

i had talk so many time to your customer care executive in last 17 days, but nobody can help me.

everybody says you receive the same within week, within week, within week, within week how long this week???????

today i have again checked the dispatched status but i receive the same answer.

kindly instruct me what should i do in this state.

by reaching to you i hope something should be done on the matter.

Dear sir,

With response to the above order, this is to confirm that after paying Rs.1000/- to the courier man I have received my order but surprised to see that It was without free gifts. I received a mail with the offer of having bulk of CDs with free gift of think so -- sunglasses and a watch. but there was no gift neither inside the box or nor have been given by the courier boy.

Requested to please check my order and arrange to send me the gifts otherwise I will return back the CDs box which we haven's used yet, and send me my money back.
