Try cakes from India Cakes. I love the one with fruit Cake. My friend loves the one with cheese caramel. And my beloved love to black forest and these three cakes I ordered from India Cakes and I am happy because they are happy with my surprise. They make fabulous chocolates and bread too. Mmmm…:)

I ordered 3-4 Feet Arrangement of Red and Yellow Roses and 1Kg Pineapple Cake on my intimate friend’s anniversary. It was really very amazing surprised for him the arrangement of flowers & Cake was really fresh suddenly he called me and said thanks for such beautiful gifts. Want to say thanks to India Cakes they delivery my gifts on time…

I ordered the cakes online at 25th Dec 12. The service was excellent and the pricing is astounding. One of the few cakes shops that both have a website and take orders online via Credit cards, debit cards. They did not have the cakes which was I ordered so they informed me via email and replaced it with another Cake in the same category. The support was very good and I will absolutely use this service again!

Admirable job by India Cakes, I ordered 12 Mix Flowers Bunch-1/2 Kg Chocolate Cake-Champagne Bottle I ordered I was clearly mention there I want release before 12 pm. And I received call from customer support and they told me sir you will get your delivery near about 11.50 pm. It’s happened they deliver on time 10 minutes before they are really punctual and they made my party extraordinary, thanks to India Cakes.

I agree with padmavati this website is totally fraud I placed my order
On 11 feb to be delivered on 14 feb valentines day . My order has still not been delivered neither I m getting a response from then regarding the delay of my order. I even paid extra money to get the order delivered on time. This is a total fraud company they shoul be blacklisted from the online shopping websites. My money has gone waste. They are cheating the general public. They will first give u false commitments so that u place the order and pay them then they will say that they do not deliver in the outskirts once u place the order and your money is then gone. Total fraud company

I have placed an order 4933 on 10 february 2013 for the delivery on 14 february 2013. As I paid online from my debit card and payment was confirmed by indiacake but there was no delivery and on 15 february the order status shows active . i have sent a e-mail on 15 february 2013 for refund my money as per company 100% refund company policy for non delivery . But there isn't any response from company . I want to file an complaint against indiacake.com as they didn't keep their commitment.

I am in Delhi and a friend of my from Chennai had a birthday. I placed an order of a cake here just a day before the date. They took my order and payment was done. But the cake never got delivered. I waited for the day to over and I called their customer care service number given on their website. I got the automated machine and as I had a complaint about my order, I pressed complaint button. They put me on hold for more than 5 mins and then the call got disconnected for more than couple of times. So I called again and went into new order section. Here they received a call within a second. I tried to explain my situation. But after hearing that I am an unsatisfied customer, they disconnected the call. I am trying to call them every since. But the line busy all the time now. I have lost my money and I dont have single word from them.
This is the reason, Indians do not believe in online shopping. These kinds of websites should be shut down immediately.

I had made an order in www.indiacakes.com worth Rs.1900 with Order Number: INDCCS#23502 and asked to deliver before 11pm tonight.
Now When I am trying to access the website to know the status of order, it seems to be down. Complete fraud website. Playing with money and emotions.
Moreover the phone number seems to be busy continuously ..

We have ordered a 1KG Pineapple cake from India Cakes (www.delhicakeshop.com) for a friend yesterday but the kind of services given by them is disgusting. Though the cake was delivered on time but the cake quality was pathetic. It had the smell of the box and was bitter in taste. I had mailed them stating the concerns :
I have placed an order (order # 12323) yesterday for a 1 KG pineapple cake to Delhi-Uttam Nagar. The cake was delivered before time and was kept in fridge right away but when it was opened @ 10 PM at night, the cake was having the smell of the box and it was bitter in taste.
Since I have paid so much i.e Rs. 900 for a 1KG cake as I have got good reviews about your site, I had expected the cake to be in a good condition.
We tried calling you up by 10 PM yesterday itself but the number : [protected] was switched off and [protected] was busy all the time.
Kindly take the necessary action ASAP and get the cake redelivered to the recipient's address, else reimburse the whole amount back.
WE ARE DEFINITELY NOT SATISFIED FROM THE KIND OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY YOU.

As per your admission, cake was delivered in morning which is well within normal free delivery schedule as there is no time guarantee and orders are delivered as per convenience of vendor.
Since cakes are Prepared by Fresh Cream, Same should be consumed immediately or should be kept under Refrigeration.since cake was not consumed immediately and was not kept in fridge, whole day it was kept in open, same was spoiled because of mishandling, under such condition, your complaint can not be entertained,

I seriously cannot understand how can they even assume that the cake was mishandled and was not kept in the fridge and "whole day it was kept in open, same was spoiled because of mishandling"
. This is ridiculous.Were they even there to see that it wasn't kept under refrigeration? They gave all stupid reasons for bad delivery of their order, no where in this whole world people consume the cake as soon as its delivered. It was meant to be cut @ 12:00 AM yesterday night due to a birthday occassion.

PLEASE DONOT ORDER ANY CAKES FROM DELHICAKESHOP/INDIACAKES and kindly spread the word.

But I was very much disappointed with the service in Kolhapur. The worst part is that they have not delivered what we ordered for. I would rather book for a normal cake, if I would have been informed or known the facts of Indiacakes promoting a logo or picture of a political outfit for a kids 1st birthday. Even no order confirmation e-mail, whereas their website says they’ll send a confirmation e-mail for the order, except the additional payment mail for Eggless preparation, After asking repeated call and asking foreggless cake.

I was so disappointed with the service and very much embraced to face my friend and even call him, as it looks like I have been promoting some political party on his son’s birthday.

I live in Dubai and I have been calling customer care almost 3-4 call per day with weird response and keeping me on hold for hours and even and send repeated reminder ask for the explanation on the same!
