Indian Oil Corporation — Theft of Cap form filling station by staff of Petrol pump

Theft of Cap of petrol filling nozzole point from my car i-10 by petrol pump fiiling station staff during filling of Petrol is done at SRI NATH INDIAN OIL CENTRE, Near Vaibhav Multiplex, Amrapali road, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur from where I use to fill petrol in my car.
Have shown the Bill also of last filling done at this service station and have a discussion with Petrol pump owner Mr. Pawan Gupta(name as told by him) for the case but they were not showing any positive attitude and were simply denying with baseless excuses like layman that this might have been done somewhere else but when I showed the last filling bill of Rs. 1000/- then also they were trying to hide the case.
Very strict action needs to be taken against such filling station because now a days people are opening the cover for filling from inside the car and are giving payment from inside the car only after filling and in that case if any filler in not putting the cap by mistake or even by intention of theft then the customer will come to know only when in next filling the new filler informs the same which was exactly the case here.
Expecting strict action from Indian oil management for the case and revert expected about the action taken.

Indian Oil Corporation — Non receipt of LPG cylinder

Dear Sir,

I have booked gas on 12.01.2012 through on line gas booking No. [protected]. On verifying the status, received a massage to delivered the cylinder on 13.01.2012 but i have not received the same. Again booked gas on 24.01.2012 but not receive the same till date and time. I approached the gas agency Shubh Laxmi Gas Services, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi on 30.01.2012 and asking to provide the reason for not sending the cylinder and the agency assured me to send the cylinder as soon as possible. Today i.e. 31.01.2012, i again remind the agency, but i receive the same. I and my family using hotel for lunch, dinner from the 29.01.2012. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

Indian Oil Corporation — non delivery of gas cylinder at residence

My consumer no is 28277 & my complaint is non delivery of gas cylinder at my registered address instead i have been asked to collect it from a distant place.

I had asked local petrol pump about decleration of winner announcement of car in a tank offer ended on 31st January 2012.I recd answer that no body/consumer ever recieved any prizes all this prizes are already fixed by top auothority & for their family member. Is it true ? please ask indian oil company about the preocess of selection winner & how it will be announced.

My consumer No 10193, booking reference number 304568, dated on 01 sep 2012 is not yet delivered, and no response from dealer. Facing difficuility. request initiate early action. Also inform the online site from where i can trace my delivery/waiting status.

i booked a gas cylinder on 20th sep2012 with the booking confirmation no. 2969 from safe and swift gas agency dewas, however the same has still not been received even after 40 days despite repeated reminders and requests. Please take the action immediately.

sir my consumer no is 408 at location village- Katka post - Katka police station- Singhwara distt-Darbhanga state- BIHAR. THE DEALER OF THAT LOCALITY NOT GIVEN ME MAIN PAPER OF GAS CONNECTION YET.AS THE CONNECTION IS 5 YEARS OLD. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL ACTION.

I am a Indian Oil consumer of LPG with the consumer no.00253. Your dealer name Abhijit Enterprise- the gas agencies is highly irregular in its delivery of cylinder. Cylinder booked for more than 40 days not been delivered by making false excuses . This is the 5th time, it is occurred - after that I am passing such comments. Please do the needful .

Indian Oil Corporation — Non delivery of refills

I Gopal Chandra Sahoo, a customer of Indane gas vide consumer number 30277 through a dealer namely BWCS Ltd., Bhubaneswar. I have booked a refill on 4/2/2013 through SMS, but the same has not delivered to me till 20/2/2013. Unfortunately, in IOCL transparency portal it is recorded as delivered on 14/2/2013. However, it is physically not delivered to me resulting misuse of subsidized LPG by dealer. I have reported the same to IOCL through their feedback system on 18/2/2013, but they replied as "investigation is going on and you will be replied in due time" which is harassing to me. Therefore, I request in your forum to take the necessary steps in this mater to delivery of refill at the earliest.

Indian Oil Corporation — Mixing of Kerosene with Diesel

Hi, we are regular customer in Sankari Lorry Urimaiyalargal Sangam IOC pump located in Sankari (Pachampalayam), in recent times we could smell & find kerosene mixed with Diesel (particularly in the pump which they use to fill for cars), when i asked for quality test they are not ready to take it.

I also faced the same issue... i filled full tank from the same pump and got some starting trouble. When i went to Salem Ford Service centre. They emptied the Diesel tank and showed the Kerosene sludge. I too filled in the second pump. They specifically use this pump for public cars.
