With due respect I Goutam Chabri now residing at Vill+PO – Kushberia, PS – Uluberia, Dist – Howrah is a regular customer of Indian Oil LPG of Bani Gas Agency, Birshibpur, Uluberia, Howrah bearing consumer No. 1679.

Since long I am not receiving the supply of gas in a reasonable time. Sometimes the date of booking is being differed by the agency and supply becoming in ordinate delay. They also not supply me the number of gas booking. In the month of guly 2010 I have booked the gas on 21-07-10 over phone as usual but when I requested to the gas they flatly denied the date of book as 29-07-10 in place of 21-07-10.

Sir, I being a police officer can hardly peruse the matter. My family members suffer a lot for this.

In the above circumstances I seek you kind intervention so that I can get the gas regularly.

Main Balbir Vihar Mein rehta hon. Mera gas connection nahi hain. Jiske kaaran mujhe local market (Jagdamba market) se cylinder lena padta hain. kal shaam yaani 3 August 2010 ko main Gupta Bartan Bhandar (Sho no. 6 or 7, opposite mother dairy, Jagdamba market, Sultanpuri) se cylinder lene gaya to usne mujhe Rs. 525/- ka bataya. Maine usse kaha ki mein to pichhle mahine 470/- ka lekar gaya tha, To usne kaha ki theek hai miljayega. Maine apne padosi ke ladke ko ghar se paise laane ke liye kaha. Thodi der baad wo Rs. 500/- lekar aaya. Rs. 500/- lete hi usne kaha ko Rs. 25/- aur do. Maine usko ko bahut samjhaya magar wo ladne ke liye tyaar ho gaya. Isse pahle bhi isse maine cylinder liya tha to isne electric taraazu par dikha diya ki total wieght 30 kg hain par jab maine doosari taraazu par tola to total weight 24 kg. nikal.Kahne par usne doosra cylinder diya. Usne taraazu ko aise set kiya huan hain ki logo ko us time pata hi nahi chalta. Isliye aapse mera nivedan hai ki is kaala bajaari (Rs. 345/- ka cylinder Rs. 525/- mein yaani 50% extra) par uchit karyavaahi karien.

Every time we are facing the issue of not delievering cylinders from Gem Gas Service (Kharar) & calling daily almost 10 times to send we got answer that today you will get, bur more then 15days over not able to get cylinder. Consumer No. G10720. Tone given for booking is "Ye number asthai rup se moujud nahin hai" just to make fools to caller.

Indian Oil Corporation — non-delivery of cylinder

I am a consumer of M/S Anirudha Gas Sewa, Rd. No. 1, Rajendranagar Patna bearing consumer No. LT 4389 (single cylinder).. I had booked for refili on10.08.10 vide no. 3170. but till today gas agency not supply filled refill when i query for this they told that gas truck not reached/ supply of gas interrupted/stopped by gas company. not today they always told anything in everymonth to consumer and sold cylinder to hotel owner etc in higher price. Please take necessary action againt gas agency and arrange to delivry my cylinder.

I am ur regular consumer for the last 25 years. Since 2005 we have shifted in our new location under ur dealer "HIMANSHU Gas Service" Rapti Nagar Phase I, Gorakhpur, UP Ph.[protected], 2501391, 2504871. This is the worst dealer in whole Gorakhpur. we are suffering a lot due to late delivery of gas at home. Last month I have booked my gas on[protected] with an assurance that I will get my cylinder within 20 days. But after a repeated chasing I did not get my gas cylinder till date. The manager used to sell the gas directly from his godown without any booking numbers on higher rates to the hotels and we the regular consumers are suffering a lot. It is very regret to inform you that I vinod kumar sharma who have Gas connection no. 24639A and DISTRIBUTER CODE is 63013042 ANAND ENTERPRISES AT Bhim Nager Gurgaon . This GAS AGENCY IS DISTRIBUTING OLD AND EXPIRED GAS CYLINDER . LAST MONTH THE VENDOR GIVE ME EXPIRED CYLINDER AND HARRASS BY SAYING " LENA HAI TO LO NAHI RAHNE DO". THIS IS VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM THAT EXPIRED CYLINDERS ARE USED AND CAN BLAST AND THEN CALL FIRE BRIGADE.

I am consumer of indian oil LPG cylinder. My consumer no. is P1691. I have booked a gas on dated 29.08.2010 for home delivary but not receive my LPG cylinder yet now.

Even the same is happening here in bihar and some people are filing a case against them. you also file a case against the company.. or join these ppl

Its happening in bihar too. And i personally know ppl who are filing a case against the company. Why dont you do the same or join these ppl

I am a consumer of Two Gas Cylinder of Indian Oil Corporation Of India through your authorized agency M/s.Bharat Bhusan Gas Services, 1139 Arthala, Mohan Nagar Sahibabad,Ghaziabad, U.P.[protected], 3107635


I have booked for gas cylinder on[protected], but I did not receive my Gas cylinder till today. I made an enquiry to the Agency for which I did not receive a proper reply. So I made an enquiry through Phone to agancey but they not attending my phone till yesterday moring.


The same problem has happened to me earlier. This leads me delay in booking my next cylinder, causing lot of inconvenience.

First the agency booked my gas after 28days from the date of suppliy of privious gas clyindar inplace of 21 days.my both gas cylindar now empity and i am bound to purchase the food from hotel from last four days. So what is use of my 2nd cylinder.

I request you to take proper action ensuring no such inconvenience in future.

Indian Oil Corporation — Petrol Quantity

I had gone to an Indian Oil petrol pump on Residency road, Sadar, Nagpur to fill petrol in my bike. I asked the attendant to fill petrol of Rs.100/- in my bike. He stopped the count at Rs.99.63/- & took Rs.100/- from me. When I told him to fill the remaining quantity he gave an excuse that the machine is not working & cannot be set to a particular figure. I insisted him to either fill me Rs.100/- petrol or give me the remaining amount back. He started abusing me. So I want to bring it in your notice that almost all petrol pumps in Nagpur city are using the same tactic & the valuable money o[censored]s consumers is being theft. I request you to take immediate action against such people.

It is pretty sure that your Rs.100/- was not set. Without setting the desired qty/amount, the delivery is not acceptable. 99.99 or 100.01, both are not acceptable. If the meter is set for Rs.100/-, the delivery should automatically stop at 100. Always have a habit of observing opening reading (0000) and closing reading. You can call the concerned company sales officer whose number is displayed at any/every petrol pump and tell your problem.

I booked for refill gas on 15/10/2010 at madhavi gas agency,shaikpet nala,hyd-500008.the tin no;[protected].my cust no-92919.his delivered the filled cylinder on 28/10/2010 but bill dt 22/10/2010 no 15038.every month this distributor take time between billing&delivry days gap one week is there repeatedly he doing.y he take this much time and secondly every time mln 12days to distribute filled cylinder.this for ur notice kindly avoid this delay.enquire & take action against this distributer for irregular supply to custemers.we r waiting for ur reply
