Indian Oil Corporation — the dealer is engaged in black marketing resulted in to delay in delivery to common people

I am holding an Indane gas connection vide consumer number 29625. My gas agency is MM ENTERPRICES. Both the telephone numbers i.e. 23531044 and 23534562 are always engaged. For the last four months abnormal delay in giving the gas cylinder. I heared that they are engaged in black marketting of gas cylindar in hotel, in marriage hall etc. It is humble request to you sir please take action so that the consumer can get the cylindar within 3 days of booking. They are taking 10-12 days and booking by phone is also horrible tadsk and taking two to three days in booking due to number was always busy.

please take necessary action at ur end so that common man should not face the problem.

Indian Oil Corporation — Diff in Billing date and supply date

Dear Sir

My consumer No 42077 and I booked for a cylinder on 19/10/2010 and the Dealer (M/s Vigneswar Enterprises) has billed it on 3/11/2010 Bill No :1466. When I called for my cylinder by 4/11/2010 they told already sent and it will come today and this happen again and again. Due to this guy we had the food in hotels for many including Deepavali. Finally we received the cylinder on 11/11/2010 but in the bill it was mentioned as 3/11/2010. What happened in between days whether it was Original cylinder supplied from IOC or he got in some local guys? or he sold in local market and exchange it from other. This is the service that you are dealer will offer and will you will allow this.

As per your paper advt you have given that there was no time frame for booking the next cylinder especially those 23 days and this guy is instructing that it will be supplied only after 30 days, then if its so why you have given the advt.

I am a Indian Oil consumer of LPG wirh the consumer no. 52927. Your dealer name Sundaram gas agencies is highly irregular in its delivery of cylinder. Cylinder booked for one month not been deliver by making excuse of not getting supply from main depo. Also some of the booking done later got the cylinder while i have kept on waiting.Pl. do the needful

i am very sad to loge this complaint,in this recent past the fuel prices have risen tremendously,but its really sad that some fuel distributors are cheating its loyal customers,i was regularly refueling my bike at a refueling station near my home,its a Indian oil petrol pump,but after few days i noticed that the amount of fuel is low as compared to others,that station is giving false meter reading,i[censored] refuel for Rs 40 its shows a mileage of only 20 km,first i thought my bike has some problem,but i heard the same complaint from some my friends also.
i think that the refueling station is cheating its customers,i will be very great full if my complaint is taken seriously,and necessary steps are taken to avoid this type of cheating to the public,not only me all the fellow citizens who depend on that petrol pump will be very helpful.

my self VIKAS CHANDRA I M a old consumer of India Gas Agencies RAJ KIRAN AGRA ROAD ALIGARH, IN last 2 years they always 40 days delay my domestic gas cyleder. where i will do complaint?? WHO help me?? on 25th Feb i read a Danik Jagarn news paper then i read some Gas Officer's contect Nos for any type complaint. but when i dial that no's any one no recevied my call.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are complaining you against our Indain Oil Gas provider agancy M/s.Gemini Enterprises on following regrets, since long time :-

1. We are facing lots of Problem for Delivery of Cylinders for minimum 10-15 Days after booking & second time they are confirming that the next booking will be affected from the date of delivery of First Cylinder i.e. this will take over a month for Second delivery.
2. Could not response over phone for any type of query.
3. Misbhaviour of Delivery boys as well as agency staffs.
4. Providing Bharat Gas cylinders incase of Indian Oil Cylinders.
5. Low weight of LPG at the time of delivery & when we will visit to agency for the same with their cylinders the staffs of agency are responding that they will provide the less gas in Cylinders & if you want you can take or we are not responsible for these type of problems, with absuing words.

We hope that you will take strict action on my above points & we will get our cylinders on time with no problems.

DEALER OF IOC NOT REACHED BY PHONE.

I am a consumer of ioc gas at Chennai. my dealer Makripa Gas at Mogappair is not at all reachable by phone and the service rendered is of very poor quality with no coureteous reply.In ordinate delay in supply also. I have booked my refill on 13.7.2011 and the booking no. is 218859 through automatic booking call to IOC and I have received a SMS message on 23.7.2011 stating that my consumer no. was booked and it will be delivered shortly against the cash memo no.4938. But till today I have not received my gas from the agencies. I have tried to contact my gag agency somany times by phone. But no response.

Please look into this matter and do the needful. my consumer no. is 18250.

I take this opportunity to inform you that I have LPG connection K-20637 with Kasana Indene Gas Agency, Alpha- II , Greater Noida.. The behavior of the personnel and staff of the gas service is highly objectionable. The customers are being harassed like anything. The gas is delivered after at least 15-20 days of booking that too after continuous pursuance. Sometimes it takes even longer. The next booking is done only after at least 21 days after the delivery. Practically one cylinder is delivered in the minimum of about 50 days. That too by making numerous phone calls to the agency. It is also important to note that 90% of the times the phone is not received at all either by the agency personnel or the owners. The working hours of the agency are 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM with lunch from 01:00 to 02:30 PM (to discourage the bookings and deliveries).

I made numerous phone calls every day since then and was promised delivery the next day all the times but till date I did not receive the delivery of gas cylinder. I have made all out efforts at the agency as well as owners’ level but failed as nobody is ready to listen. I have recived the Cylinder in May -11 thereafter in the month of July-11 .The gas is being sold in plenty by the hawkers of the agency @ Rs 700 per cylinder or more.

Kindly take suitable measures so that the above problems may be resolved at an early date and Private Job like me is not harassed.

Also please inform the following:
(1) After how many days of booking, the gas cylinder should be delivered?

(2) After delivery of the gas cylinder, what is the minimum period required for the next booking?

(3) What should be done or where to approach in case the agency does not follow / listen regarding (1 & 2) above?

(4) What should be done or where to approach in case of mental harassment regarding (1& 2) above?

I am a consumer of Two Gas Cylinder of Indian Oil Corporation Of India through your authorized agency M/s Ram Gas Service, Bahadur Garh, Haryana. i have been calling on dealer's no[protected] since last week but always reply was "NUMBER IS BUSY". Today i went to agency myself and when i entered in office i saw that phone's reciever was put on table permanently due to which customer can't able to book cylender on phone. When i told the booking clerk about that than she was failed to give the appropriate reason.

sir it is the regular practice of that dealer, please do something about it.

DEAR sir,
Indian oil petrol pump situated at ANJLI CINEMA, VASNA. the staff is cheating when fill the petrol. I reach the petrol pump and fill the petrol of Rs.200/- but the previous man who is fill Rs.50/- petrol. When i say fill Rs.200/- the man who fill petrol he started the meter Rs.50/- but when i saw he is cheating with me and i say put the meter zero he except his guilty. But when i reach the manager and saying to complain about staff the manager don't accept my talk and say you are wrong. sir please take action against this petrol pump and staff. the whole staff is also talking very bad language talk. Filling man's every day income is Rs.2500/- to 3000/- per person. Sir please take strong action against him and change the staff.

my consumer no.07762.Gas cylinder is not delivering according to your SMS.Every month doing the same malpractice the line-man and bound me to go the gas office and says that yo9ur order.no is missed whereas he delivered next four or five days ordering customers.Being a state govt.Emergency staf[censored]nder Deptt. of Health & Family Welafare.cooking gas is urgently needed to meet the day to day 24 hour service to make both ends meet of my family.Pl.stop the malpractice and send it in the stipulated time.

I have booked my gas and got thee message on 4the DEC theat refill booking 316772, cash memo 1254 generated and cylinder will be delivered shortly, but our agency (ROSE GAS AGENCY, CHENNAI ) not delivered so far. i approached many times and theere is no proper response from theem, why thee IOC is not verifying theese kind of malpractice

I sincerely regret to write this about a representative of company like Indian Oil.
My wife had registered a complain of stove/gas not working properly today evening at around 4 at "Nirmala Gas Agency" Agency of Indian Oil based out at Ranip at Ahmedabad.
After waiting for two hours we tried to contact twice on contact number of concern person who was supposed to visit my residence but he had not responded.
After around 4 complete hours (Meanwhile we had got our problem resolved by local privet agency) the person "Prakash Bishnoi" from 'Nirmala Gas Agency - Ranip Ahmedabad' along with some other person entered into my apartment without even seeking permission, saying coming for gas repairing. When we explain about it has already been repaired he started shouting on my wife. He had order us to provide the customer ID and gas record book. On denying for the same by me he again shouted on us saying than why you called us and you will have to provide us the number now.
Finally I had to throw him out of my apartment to get rid of him.
To satisfy my self, I dared to bring the incident in the notice of agency Nirmala Gas. I called up on [protected]. The person was not ready to listen to me and just trying to convince me that his person just can not misbehave. Even after explaining him on the same he was just seems to ignore me by saying “ok I’ll speak to him”. With my discussion with him for almost 10 minutes and I asked his name for almost 15 times he did not provided me his name either.
This is the most unprofessional people I have ever experience in my life so far, who is representing such a giant corporate of India.
I summarize my experience with Indian Oil in one word which is 'Pathetic'.

I wanted to know Genunity of Global Network (Mobile Tower installation company ) from Delhi, I had proposed Mobile Tower install on my vacant land in tamilnadu. I had paid 5500 for site survey.
