[Resolved]  Indian Oil Corporation — oil in a tank offer

i had asked local petrol pump about decleration of winner announcement of car in a tank offer ended on 30 april 2009.I recd answer that no body/consumer ever recieved any prizes all this prizes are already fixed by top auothority & for their family member. Is it true ? please ask indian oil company about the preocess of selection winner & how it will be announced.

i am from barhapur, distt- bijnor, uttar pradesh pin (246724).

their is no home delivery in the gas agency.
i booked my gas before 15days and i went 2 times their. the distributer didn't give me gas cylinder and gives priorty to those who pay 500 rupees to them.

Indian Oil Corporation — Delivery of gas cylinder

this is gurjit singh s/o S.Narinder Pal Singh City Batala Punjab, we have a gas connection with Indian oil corp. with their local dealer M/s Harwant joyti Enterprises code no[protected] and our consumer no is 1125. i booked refile with this company and they provide me booking no 1728 ans expected dt of delivery 12/01/10. but till date they unable to deliver the same despite of regular phone to the company and my personal visit to their premisses, they assured every time to deliver the cylinder same day.

As there is a condition taht we can book the cylinder after only 21 days, but when they are not able to supply the gas on right time it means our second cylinder will finish before next booking, where we will go and ask for refile.

I am gas connection holder of indian oil corporation ltd at panchkula with agency secular gas services sco-93 sector-11 panchkula code[protected].I got only one gas cylender.My family has shifted with me at panchkula from karnal six months back.So i felt a need of second cylender i went to gas agaency on 10.01.2010 that time i was suggeted that my gas booking is online so the agency is unable to give me another gas cylender till the booking got complete.I got deleivered my booked gas cylender on 19.01.2010 so thought that now my booking is complete and i went again to gas agency on 21.01.10 after two days for getting my second cylender.Mr ajay was sitting on the dealing seat.He checked my book and other docs suddenly he looked into the computer and through my docs and said that your booking is not completed.I shocked with his route behaviour and told that sir my booking is over i i also got my cylecder on 19.01.2010 .He misbehaved with me and said that my computer is showing your booking has not completed.I asked him for a white paper for giving my wrriten complaint and he also denied me for giving a white paper for giving written complaint.after a long discussion i got white paper from other official and wrote my complaint and droped the same inti complaint boxyou are requested to pls look into the matter urgently bcoz i am vry much mentaly harrased by these people.

dear sir
i have booked two speed post thru no-spef[protected] and spef[protected] on 9th feb -2010 from barauni oil refinery to jahangirabad
there is no tracking status on internet and till now 15th feb my articles have not delivered
speed post make a claim of 3 day delivery all over india otherwise money back but after 7 days my article has not reached
either my article should reached at desired place otherwise give back my article without refunding the money but in future i will never use speed post for any delivery
i did not want moneyback please help me to send my article i will use courier for sending my article

On behalf of the General Seretary, Jagjeet Nagar Jan Kalyan Sewa Sangh, Jageet Nagar, Dehi-110 053 (Mobile No.[protected]), I am to draw your kind attention about the poor online performance for booking of on line gas service. Almost the consumers of the area have badly suffered from your poor online service, there are two examples:-

1- Name: Sh. Ramesh Chand Sharma.

3- Date of Booking 4.2.2010.
4- Result:- No one has supplied him the Gas Cylinder.

3- Date of Booking:- 9.2.2010 (But collected from the agency
Personally on 16.02.2010).
4- Name of the Agency:- M/s Payal Gas Agency.

Except this there are several consumers who are badly suffering from your online poor performance. It is pertinent to mention here that after confirmation from the agency, they have clarified that there is no on line booking in favor of the above consumers.


Please look into the matter the matter and issue necessary direction and take prompt measure to give relief the consumer.

Indian Oil Corporation — NON DELIVERY OF REFILL GAS CYLINDER

I have booked a refill LPG cylinder with SHREEJI ENTERPRISES,KOLKATA vide online booking No 3. On personally visiting the agency next day I was given booking No 5452 dated 21/22 Feb 2010. My consumer No 738.On enquiry again yesterday, I was told I have to wait for another 7/8 days. Please look into the matter and arrange to supply refill cylinder at the earliest. Thanks.

Indian Oil Corporation — Ridiculous Franchisee Service

I have my Indane LPG connection registered with 'Bindu Gas Service', Airforce Road, N.I.T, Faridabad. There is no end to the disgusting service by this agency in the form of non-picking of the phone for no less than days altogether, non providing of the filled cylinder for long time, non delivering in the committed time etc. It appears, they have lot many consumers to give the cylinders in black and so try to avoid the authorised consumers. I want immediate and strict action against this agency.

Indian Oil Corporation — Regarding non availability of cylinder

I am living in Amritsar; we have above said Gas connection & our Gas Agency is Bajwa Gas Agency situated at Tarn Taran Road, Amritsar
Issue is that when we book for a cylinder. Agency Manager S. Kultar Singh is not booking the Gas cylinder & he said, Mr. Bakhshish Singh have to come for sign the paper with complete paper of the connection, I said that time my father is not available right now and being the old customer the connection to can be booked but They didn’t deliver the cylinder in time, I tried booking the cylinder from the above distributor again they are telling same reason.
Fourth time I tried booking the cylinder Now he said that we are transferring the connection to Seth Gas Agency, Sultanwind Road, Amritsar when I asked about the problem he had no any reason to transferring the connection no.17632.
I have come to know from the reliable source that The Gas Cylinders are being misused in black by Agency Manger through deliver person. When we try to reach them for booking cylinder they come up with weird answers. Worst part is when I tried to update the same to Indane Customer Service Cell, they disconnected our call many time.
Last month, I had booked a cylinder with M/S Bajwa Gas Agency, Tarn Taran Road, Amritsar. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue personally. If not I will go to the consumer court for this problem.

Indian Oil Corporation — DELAY DELIVERY LAST 06 MONTHS

THIS MONTH I GAS BOOKED ON 19.04.2010 BUT I DID NOT RECEIVED THE GAS TILL DATE I.E. 30.04.2010. WHEREAS MY SAME AREA HE GAS BOOKED ON 21.04.2010 AND HE RECEIVED THE GAS ON 29.04.2010. OUR AREA IS NORTH TARAPUKUR SAKTIPUR AGARPARA AREA. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE.? LAST 06 MONTHS I SUFFERER THIS SITUATION AND WHEN I COMPLAIN MY DISTRIBUTOR AND I TALK WITH THEM THAT I COMPLAIN TO INDIAN OIL CORPORATION IMMEDIATELY AND THEY ARE DELIVERED THE GAS WITHIN 02 HOURS. MY CONSUMER NO. IS 19772 AND MY DISTRIBUTOR IS FUEL CENTRE, RATHTALA, BELGHARIA. PLEASE COOPERATION IN THIS MATTER AT AN EARLY DATE

Sir, i have a IOC one bottle gas connection .when i apply for refill bottle registration in our veraval city distributor after 21 days period alltime it say that you register for refill bottle after 30 days time period because they say your family member are only four. kindly suggest me about refill bottle policy.

Indian Oil Corporation — Spillage of petrol and misbehaviour

I have a complaint against the Indian Oil Petrol Pump on Bellary Road, Hebbal, Bangalore. Today, after specifically asking if the machine has an auto shut off I asked the attendent to fill the tank. The attendent left the pump in the car and I was told it has auto shut off. But it did not, and the petrol spilled creating a safety hazard. Not only did I have to pay for the spilled petrol but also when I spoke to the manager about it the whole staff got together and abused us. Being a lady it was very embarrasing to hear so many men shouting and using abusive language. The manager said he doesn't care if we go there again or not and I literally had to run away from there to escape the crowd.
This is a warning to all the ladies visiting that gas station to be careful. Spilled petrol can cause accidents, even a tiny spark from scooters or cars can ignite it.

No doubt that incident has caused you more irritation. Auto-lock has not performed its usual operation. Oil spillage, even a mad person won't do it intentionally. This kind of spillage happens sometimes in a petrol pump when they are selling thousands of liters of petrol everyday. Petrol pump workers are more aware of safety aspects than public.Show some mercy towards petrol pump people. When a customer starts shouting, more and more customers would join for no reason and literally creating a scene. I guess, your expectation is that all workers should line up before you to listen what you say keeping other customers waiting. Please allow petrol pump workers to do their work. In a petrol pump all the customers are equal. It is good to hear one complaint than 10 complaints. That's the way city based pumps should work. It is impossible to satisfy all the 4-5 thousand people visiting everyday.

Indian Oil Corporation — DP CONNECTION NOT GETTING FROM LAST 6 MONTHS

My consumer no. is S-17650 and my local Gas Agency is M/s Sehrwat Gas Services (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my local area.
I had applied for DP Connection in the m/o Jan-10 vide my letter dt. 30-01-10.
As per letter my last date for availing of DP Connection is 60 days from dt. 11-02-10.
I had visisted so many times to M/s Sehrawat Ga Services but no positive reply received, every time they said please come after 15 days becuase of NO NEW GAS CLYINDER they have for DP.
I am resident of K-II/541, Sangam Vihar, Near Devli Village, New Delhi -110062 (My cell No. is [protected] and [protected])
I am trying from last 5 months for mine 2nd gas clyinder but not getting. Even, other people are getting new connection with immediat.

Every time I have found that gas cylinder short in 1-3kg in each cylinder.

Kindly look into the matter and instruct to the distributor [M/s Sehrwat Gas Services (Indane Gas)] to provide 2nd clyinder against DP.

Indian Oil Corporation — Malpractices in Petrol Bunk

The petrol pump opposite to Kakade Fort shopping mall on the university road, Ganeshkhind, pune is resorting to malpractices like filling less fuel by resorting to tactics like filling from the previous reading without making the meter zero, obstructing the vision of the meter and putting the customer into unnecessary discussion etc. If the customer notices and asks them about the same, four to five boys come together and argue and some times manhandle the customers. Due to this behaviour of theirs, one can see the custmers to the petrol bunk are very low and the bunk wear an almost empty look.

It appears that the is bunk there only to cheat people.
Every pump in India displays the name of the concerned sales officer with mobile No. You can call him over the phone and tell your complaint. Complaint register is available round the clock at any petrol pump. Get it from the manager/supervisor and write your complaint with all your contact details including mobile No. You will be contacted soon by the company sales officer or dealer. Don't forget that you are writing the complaint in a right way, what I mean is do not add cosmetics (write only what has happened ).
