[Resolved]  Indian Passport Office — delay in passport

I submitted my passport in the new passport office which is nearby hyatt hotel r k puram delhion7 april 2008(the day on which office is opened).In news paper its written that, if we apply for passport in this office, we will get the passport within 45days.i check for status in website its showing thepolice varrification is clear it is in under prossesing.And i m trying to call the numbers given in the website, but nobody is picking up .Can you please look into this issue and reply me.

I applied for my pass port in january 2008.police verification completed in february.Still i've not received my pass port.If i give my file no. in enquiry, then it says either it is invalid or doesn't exist.My file no. is A001509.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied my new fresh passport on 28th January 2008 my file no: A005025/08 and my police verification was completed on 13th March 2008, but still now I have not received my passport which gives me hindrance for my official foreign trip.

If I checked in the website for the status it says " my police report is incomplete, await for instructions". When I enquired the respective Police station, they are saying it has been send already we are not responsible and we didn't get any information from the passport office.

Pls tell me when will I get my passport, regarding this I already lodged my grienvances to Chief Passport Officer/RTI act also.

Respected Sir,
My name is VISHAL KUMAR and I am from Panchkula district. It being 4 months I had applied for the passport in Chandigarh office. Application date is 17-4-08. But I did not receive passport till date. When I check the status of my application online then system shows a message that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of the passport has been delayed and will be dispatched in a week's time. Same message is shown by the system from one and a half month. I also called in passport office Chandigarh, first they didn't pick the call if they, then they have no answer why there is delay in process

I need passport very urgently so I request you to make arrangement to dispatch my passport within a week as I need it badly till this week. I shall be highly thankful to you for your supportive action and help

Sir i applied for passport on: 27.05.08, but not yet i received my passport, but one of my friend based on tirunelveli dist applied for passport on 02.07.08 and he got a passport on: 09.09.08, and also he is getting ready to go ubroad on: 29.09.08, im also tried to go same place with him, but now im getting fear that i will loose my job, because of delay in getting passport, kindly arrange to send my passport as soon as possible,
