[Resolved]  Indian Post — Non delivery of parcel

I HAVE SENT AN IMPORTANT PARCEL BY REGISTERED POST WITH AD ON 19/09/2009 FROM HIMAYATHNAGAR POST OFFICE, HYDERABAD. UNFORTUNATELY THE PARCEL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TILL TODAY MORNING. THE REGISTERED POST NO IS: RLADA7512. THOUGH I MADE A COMPLAINT IN THE OFFICIAL WEB SITE OF INDIAN POST (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/Ccc/PCData.aspx) ON DATED 05/10/2009, ALTHOUGH I HAVEN'T GOT ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM THEIR END.

Yes my dear sir, I fully agree with irresponsible attitude of indian post and Customs department. These departments are dictators in terms of public dealing.
To your surpreise, My self and my wife are senior citizens. Both of our children are not staying with us i india. Due that lonlyness my wife is suffering from depression and arithrites.
I brought her to liverpool/sydney/australia that she will be happy with our son an his family. Before leaving india on 15th March 2011, I booked some medicines on 14th from Ahmedgarh-148021, Punjab, to our self to 13/13 frbes street liverpool/sydney/australia by indian post air parcel no. ACP[protected]IN and ACP[protected]IN. Till todate these parcels have not reached. Now my wife is more worried that what she will do without medicine.
When i tried to lodge a complined on [protected]@indiapost.gov.in, the maid returned un delivered. Here doctors charge 300 dollars as consultation fee, which we or our children cannot effort. Now we are in fix, either return to india or wait and watch on the mercy of these two deparments involved in this delivery system of parcel. CAN ANY BODY HELP THE GENIUN HELPLESS senior cityzen of INDIA. Here in Australia, they say that senior citizenz are our property and children are our future and youth is our presence. But in India...
