Dear Sir/Madam,
I am unable to track registered post sent on 8 th September, 2010 from Panjim to Guntur.
The registered post reciept number is RL A 2247.
I tired to trace it online but there is no option availble to track the registered post on the official website of India post. (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/)
Also there is no need to mention the lethargic attitude of the Post office staff for helping out to track the post.
Kindly help me in to try and locate the post as it contains my project certificate which is to be submitted before 24th September.

This is regarding sending personal stuff through registered post parcel (JAYANAGAR hpo <560041> RP E 4 COUNTER NO. 5, OP CODE: HOM) and when I received the parcel and found my shoes,laptop bag, pant worth 10000 are missing, Infact they have stolen. I don't know where to complain as I have already sign the received paper and opened the parcel. I have came to know about the missing stuff only when I opened the packet. I still have the receipt which they have provided at the time of sending the parcel. Some thing need to be done seriously about this issue as it became very common to everyone and I am really pissed off with this service, If we cannot trust the government firms then whom are we going to trust??

I GO TO POST OFFICE OF SARABHA NAGAR , LUDHIANA NEAR THE DURGA MANDIR FOR SPEED POST OF SOME IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS, I WAS IN HURRY TO GO TO MY OFFICE, I WILL THINKING THAT I WILL GET GOOD SERVICE .NOW I REGRET THAT THE MADAMS IN CHARGING THE OFFICE IS VERY RUDE WITH ME. HE MADE ME TO WAIT FOR 1 HR AND SHE WAS CHATTING ON MOBILE AND TAKING THE SPEED POST OF ANOTHER PERSONS COMING AFTER ME, THATS NOT THE RIGHT OF TREATING WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. I FELT BAD AND CAME BACK AND REALLY I FEEL VERY BAD THAT THIS INCIDENT SHOULD HAPPEN.I HOPE NECCESSARY ACTION IS TAKEN AGAINST THE CONCERNED PERSON.

Sec-10,plot no-15, sidcul,pantnagar,uttrakhand VIDE SLIP NO-No: RP B 23 on 24/07/2010 BUT IT WAS NOT DELIVERED YET ON ABOVE MENTIONED ADDRESS. I HAVE LODGE A COMPLAIN ON DATED-18/08/2010 VIDE COMPLAIN NO[protected] BUT NO ANY ACTION TAKEN BY INDIA POST. AND STILL PARCEL WAS NOT DELIVERD.

SO, I REQUEST TO YOU SIR, PLS. TAKE THE NESSESARY ACTION.

I've bagged an article from Domlur post office, Bangalore on 9th Sep 2010 for Mr Qazi Shafat Ahmed, C/O Mushtaq Ahmed Bhat Head Post Master, Head Post office Baramulla Kashmir-193101. But the article is not delivered till date. The document is stuck at Palam TMO. It is very important and valuable document. Kindly help in tracing the document and the delivery as soon as possible.

Sir,
I have sent an article by speed post No. SPEG[protected]IN from Ahmedabad to Delhi.
I am unable to track the articles and movement on website of INDIA POST as Information reveals no data available . This is the regular problems encountered by consumers.
One more incident: I had sent RAKHI by speed post one week before RAKSHABANDHAN from Ahmedabad to Ramgarh Cantt. , Jharkhand which is still not delivered , seems funny!
Advise India Post to do needful as their image is being tarnished.

I am residing in Indirapuram,Ghaziabad.I have complaint about the BAD delivery of letters from Indirapuram post office ,Ghaziabad,pin-201014.I have very bad experience with the handling/delivery of letters by postman of Vaibhav khand ,Indirapuram,Ghaziabad during last 2 years .I have to suffer as 100's of letter/annual report/dividend/bank statement etc. were misplaced/not delivered to me and my family members.I have also visited number of times to this post office and met Sh. Bharti ,postmaster of post office as well as SH.Sumer singh postman regarding missing letters,but no improvement was noticed and I found postal service very very poor and unreliable.POST MASTER OF THE POST OFFICE ALSO DID NOT TRIED TO LOOK INTO THE COMPLAINT and WHAT I found to my surprise that sitution became bad to worst after complaint.I am100% sure that the letters are being misplaced intentionally and annual reports are being sold to Raddiwala.
I request your goodself to forward this report to SATARKTA VIBHAG(Vigilance wing)of postal department to find out that what Mr. Sumer Singh is doing with these letters and company report.As postman is very clever ,we request you to maintain confidentiality of whole issue.
Number of Dividend warrants were misplaced ,but I am unable to communicate with the companies as their reply is not delivered to me.As matter is extremly serious and grave,we request your goodself to help me in this regard and restore the DAK distribution by transfering the postman.

EXPRESSING A STRONG COMPLAINT ABOUT THE POSTAL SERVICE
I'm unable to track my registered post which was sent from KOLLAM head post office to MUSCAT (Oman) on[protected], RR[protected] IN, it has not yet reached in Muscat even today[protected] also nobody knows where is this registered document, we have complaint about this to Kollam Head Post office and they registered a complaint (complaint no.[protected] dated[protected] also the tracking no is mentioned wrongly ( RR[protected] IN ) in the complaint form.
According to Oman Post, CN 08 form to be sent from India for further enquiry.
I don't know what to do further with the support of irresponsible postal service
I'm totally disappointed, please do the needful and help me

I had sent a packet to my Daughter in London Great Britain(UK) weighing 510grams on 21/08/2010 from the Secunderabad HO post office vide the following No: fgn-AIR-RL E RR[protected]IN.On tracking on the net the report shows put in the bag on 25/08/2010 at Chennai Airport but has not been delivered as yet.Could I request the authorities concerned to please intimate me the status and confirm the delivery.

unknown locaton.ths post
contains Debit card of SBI and I got these numbers
from State bank of India I.I.T kanpur 208016.
when I reach to receive my debt cards from SBI then
SBI person told me that your debit card has been
dispatched from bank
on 6th aug 2010 and contact to I.I.T Post office.
when I contact to I.I.T Post office,they hold me
that your debit cards has been delivered to you.
but I did not received my debit card.I request him
please give details of receiving and my signature
on receving
documents but they are not showing me the details
of delivery.

My name is kawal Rani.I had open an account in Post office(Rudrapur) in 1989.My account no.is 860268.After some time it was merged in Main post office of Rudrapur.when i went to find out my account over there they told me your account has been closed and merged in main post office.I went so many times in post office but from long time before to untill now they are telling we are trying to find out and SAYING GO AND COMPAINT O[censored]S WE CANT DO ANYTHING & UNABLE TO FIND YOUR ACCOUNT.I went also head post office in haldwani they are saying go to rudrapur your account is there.I given also so many application in Rudrapur Post office but untill now no response.Kindly tell me what should i do & where should i complaint for this.
