DEAR SIR WE ARE DAILY PASSENGERS OF 1 ST CLASS FROM PUNE MUMBAI TRAINS.WHILE GOING BACK TO PUNE AT LATE NIGHT NO INTERCITY TRAINS AFTER DECCAN QUEEN AT 5.10 PM.AFTERWARDS MST PASS HOLDERS HAVE TO OPT FOR SAHYADRI,CHENNAI OR MAHALAXMI WHICH ARE SLEEPAR COACH.SPECIALLY WHILE TRAVELLING BY CHENNAI EXP FROM DADAR AT 8.30 PM TTE AND GRP HAVE VERY CRUDE BEHAVIOUR WITH PUNE PASS HOLDERS.FIRST THEY WILL NOT COME UP TO KALYAN AS MORE THAN 30% PASSENGERS ARE FROM KALYAN AND ALL ARE MST PASS HOLDERS.NO TC/GRP WILL DARE TO ASK THEM.BUT AS TRAI LEAVES KALYAN TC WILL OVER ACTIVATE AND THREAT PUNE PASS HOLDERS AS THEIR PASSES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN SLEEPER.PUNE PEOPLE ARE SITTING ON THOSE SEAT WHICH ARE RESERVED FROM PUNE TO AHEAD.STILL THEY WILL THREAT TO FINE FOR RS 370/- WHERE REGULAR UPGRADATION OF ORDINARY TICKET OF RS 60 IS RS 70 AS OVER ALL FARE TO PUNE IS RS 130.BUT MST FIRST CLASS HOLDERS WITH RS 1880/- VALUED PASS ARE TREATED AS WITHOUT TICKET.BUT THESE TCS ARE KIND ENOUGHT BY PAYING RS 50 PER PASSENGER WITHOUT RECEIPT.SOME OF TCS LIKE GANGURDE WHO ARE FREQUENTLY MEETING IN TRAIN HAS MANY BAD HABIT TO SPEAKE ARROGANTLY,CARRING NO NAME LABLE,NOT IN PROPER UNIFORM,ETC.ALSO GRPS ARE OVER ACTIVE TOWARDS THEIR DUTY BY CHECKING TICKETS OF PASSENGERS INSTEAD OF LAW AND ORDER DUTY AND VERY KIND TO COLLECT RS 30 PER PERSON IN CASE OF PASS HOLDERS.ONE GRP NAMED SHINDE IS VERY EXPERT IN CHECKING TICKETS AND PASSES AND OTHER UNLAWFULL ACTIVITIES.AT THE SAME TIME HIS REMAINING COLLIGUES WILL SLEEP CALMLY FROM KALYAN ON SEATS OF PASSENGERS BOARDING FROM PUNE.WE REQUEST THAT RAIL ADMIN SHOULD LOOK IN TO MATTER AND ALLOW AT LEAST TO OCCUPAI VACCANT SEAT BY PAYING APPROPRIATE UPGRADATION FACILITY WHICH IS HONOURABLE TO PASSENGERS AND SAME TIME WILL INCREASE REVENUE OF RAIL DEPT.
