[Resolved]  Indian Rail — required compensation for poor service

I faced following problems while travelling from Delhi to Mumbai on 14-NOV-12
01. Electricity switches were not working
02. No Food / Water served (was not even informed while booking the ticket)
03. No Water in Washrooms / Basins

Dear sir,
Myself Deepk khetan.On 9th aug I was travelling with my three friends in 3rd A.c my PNR no was [protected] in train no:-15484 which was aheading from delhi to alipurduar and we boarded in delhi for patna.I pathetically complaining that condition of train were very measerable and worst.There were no cleaness, curtains were untidy and stinking, badly leakage in ceiling of train and same bad conditions were of toilets.Due to leakage our clothes, foods and expensive items got wet and wasted. The whole night we didn't sleep and get disturbed mentally as well as physically.Now my question is, who is responsible for our loss
