[Resolved] Indian Railway, Barddhaman Station — very worst and non co-operational behaviour of The Deputy Station Manager of Barddhaman Station | |||
Honourable General Manager-Eastern Railway Chitpur Kolkata Madam I'm a teacher of a school in Bandel, Hooghly have to a journey from Barddhaman to Bandel daily by 37828 (M218-old No). It is very sorry to day that the very train runs late for almost every day having no causes. Most of the day it departs the Barddhaman station late, and if the train left the Barddhaman station in time, it stands in Saktigarh Station Outlet for 15 to 20 minutes. We the passengers draw the attention of the station authority ( the Deputy Station Manager) but his behavior is like an antisocial, always shuts his office door and use such slang languages that is not fare from his honour. yesterday[protected], the regular late of the train (15 minute) happened, we the passengers let the information to the DSM of Barddhaman, we also said to him about the Madhyamik Pariksha, but his attitude is as rough as earlier. He also threatened us to send in prison by RPF for the violation of rules. Madam, what should we have to do? do we select the way of "Rail Roko" to solve our problem? or rummage the sation to have the right judgment. please do the needful otherwise a large problem waiting for for Ur railway system, unfortunately, which will call for your officer (the DSM-Burdwan) Thanking you with regards G.
