[Resolved]  Indian Railway — UNNECESSARY PENALTY AND HARRESSEMENT BY TTC

I BORDED IN TRAIN NO 9047 AT SURAT STATION ON 19TH JUNE 2009 TO TRAVEL TO BHAGALPUR WITH A VALID TICKET PNR NO:-[protected]. BUT THE TTC ON 20TH JUNE 2009 AT BHUSAVAL CHARGED AN UNNECESSARY PENALTY ON RS 3996/- INSPITE OF SHOWING A VALID TICKET AND I-D PROOF(DRIVING LICENSE NO:-GJO5/110378/07). MOREOVER HE ALSO HARRASED US THREATNING TO PUSH FROM THE TRAIN.

Dear sir,
The above detail ticket travelling with id proof of state government issued through revenue deparment and having Bank pass book with photo identy being ladies travelling there will not be any pass post or driving license third is she is not an employ then even though they know this id is actual ticket collectors are taking the advantage and collecting the fine of about 600 six hundred rupees in this regards what can we do I would like to give a complient against this issue please cooperate and advice me futher./
