Indian Railway — REFUND OF FAILED TRANSACTION

Sir,

I have booked tickets in railways and most of the tickets i booked were failed in transaction.
Due to this i lose money from my account and the lost money have not been refunded till now.
I have 1 failed transaction and it was booked today.

Dear Sirs

I am irctc member (nrao1956). I tried to book e-ticket for Hyderabad to Daund by Train No.7032 for three members on 9th October and 10th October 2010 and tried to pay through my debit card of canara bank savings bank account. The sign 'processing, please wait' appeared for long time both the times and finally the transaction was 'timed out' both the times, however my savings bank account was debited twice for Rs.468/- each. I request the authorities to kindly look into and rectify the same and refund the amount to my canara bank savings bank account.

I tried online booking a ticket from Coimbatore to Bangalore through IRCTC on 10th march. I tried 2 times but the transaction was not processed at all due to server issues. Unfortunately, the amount has been debited once into my account.I have the account statement that shows the amount debited and I have the booked ticket list which doesn't show these transactions. I don't could reach people on customer care on IRCTC. whats the fastest way to get the refund back?is there any escalation procedure by which can get my refund back.my state bank account transaction id [protected]IG96413365.please do needful.my mobile no is [protected],email id is mahi.[protected]@gmail.com
