Date 15/10/2013, manner less behaviour, rude behaviour, stubborn nature of. Cashier at khar station counter no. 2 n she does not ready to provide her name though she has taken my name.
Just for the sake of 5 rs change she made stand for half n hour at the counter n then too she didnt give me tickets n after all this she had asked to bring change,
I am not understanding such a big govt corporation why they are not ptovidobg change and after asking change from each and everyone where this change go, by doing this she made 4 to 5 people by ticket which they want to paying extra money it is simply a cheating with passenger n can't b tolerated.
One more thing I am writing this complaint keeping in mind that I will get feedback and solution, which I never get or never seen of getting any responses.
Whatever is ur outcome do let me
