I’ve bought 2 tickets (non reserve)-1 return for me and one single for my sister (sheoraphuli to Barddhaman) for Barddhaman from sheoraphuli station at around 3.45p.m.the schedule train time was 3.55 p.m, and it was come at 4 pm...But when it was reached at bandel at around 4.40pm , I came to know that it was declared that this train went up to memari station not bharddhaman station from howrah station and also came to know that there is some electrical problem near debipur/palsit station.
I came back to shaeoraphuly from bandel at 6.30pm as it was too let to go Barddhaman for my purpose. Then I went to sheoraphuli ticket booking counter for refund. After lot of discussion they told me that they can’t refund anything.
No my question is that
1. Why it was not announced at sheoraphuli station?
