TODAY I HAD TRIED TO BOOK TICKETS FOR GOING TO JAIPUR BY ASHRAM EXPRESS ON 7/11/2012..{TRANSECTION ID [protected]} and ALSO A RETRURN TICKET BY THE SAME TRAIN ON 11/11/2012..{TRANSECTION ID [protected]}

In both the cases the amount has been deducted from my account but the ticket is not confirmed....i want the refund back or booking of my ticket..as soon as possible.

HOPE THE ACTION WILL BE TAKEN SOON..
