[Resolved] Indian Railways, Asansol Division — use of abusive language and threatning from a railway staff while on duty. | |
Respected Sir, I kumar bhaskar beg to state that, I purchased 2 tickets from jasidih to new delhi and vice-versa of schedule journey dates, 04 april, 2009 and 09 april 2009 respectively(PNR No.[protected] and [protected] respectively) on 24 march 2009 at 10:28 A.M., from Baidhnathdham Railway reservation counter, Deoghar, Jharkhand(Asansol railway division, west bengal). Sir, the total amount of ticket was Rs.814/-only, I gave the booking clerk(Manoj singh) Rs.815/- and was expecting my one rupee refund, but when I asked him for my one rupee he threw away all my money towards me, snached my tickets and abused me saying "because of you fool and illiterate people we face problems, go and get four rupee in change."In return of his harsh abusive language when I said him that"Is this the way of talking and behaving".Then he outbursted infront of many travellers and started abusing me using filthy slangs and threatned me to crush my face and beat me to death.He threatned me to face consequences when his duties will be off on 1400 hrs, as my address was written on requsition slip he said me that he will find me anywhere and teach me lessons of behavior. Sir, this is not matter of mere 0ne rupee, but this reservation booking clerk(Namely, Manoj Singh) has made his habit of not refunding the rest amount in name of scarcity of change money, by this way he is making money by illegal means of amount nearly Rs. 500 to Rs 700 per day.This has happened to me and to many more customers many more times earlier also, but no one wants to take pain for mere 2-3 rupees.Thus, this booking clerk is making money by illegal means and above all he is harrasing customers, if asked for our own hard earned money. Sir, Hieght of every thing is that when I decided to complain against him he provided my mobile number from my requsition slip to few anti-social elements of the locality, who threatned me to face consequnces if I lodge any such complaints.Sir I have that numbers in my received calls menu, but I am scared to disclose them now. Sir, When I went to station master cabin to lodge my complain he was reluctant and favouring that booking clerk, he along with other members again harrased me and pressurised me not to lodge complain, as they were localites.Station master said me"Pani me rehkar magarmach se bair nahi karna chaiae", and finally denied me to lodge any written complain. Sir, after this incident I am in great distress.Plese lodge my complain agaist the ill behavior, use of abusive language and threatning by reservation booking clerk (Manoj Singh)and Station master of Baidhnath dham station, Deoghar, Jharkhand(Asansol division, W.B).Plese take appropriate steps, for this I will remain ever obliged to you.
