[Resolved]  Indian Railways — Theft in the Chennai central railway station

My parents who traveled from Chennai Central to Bangalore on 6th june 2009 in the Bangalore Express train no.2657 lost a pouch containing around 30 grams og gold jewellery.
My mother was carrying this blue colored pouch within her handbag. My parents were waiting for the train and remembers seeing the pouch in the handbag, after waiting for around 20 minutes when the train arrived and they got into the train, she found that a zip of the hand bag was partially open and the pouch was missing.
The pouch contained a gold necklace around 20-25 grams and a pair of ear studs around 6-8 grams.
The Indian railways must provide more protection to passengers and their luggage.
