PNR no [protected] complaint no 50074 dated 15.12.2010 travelled in train number 2955 from mumbai - jaipur in 2nd AC coach. Catering services run by IRTC is pathetic, Hawkers selling tea, cold drinks breakfast etc keep shouting in every 2 miniutes. Atleast 6 tea hawkers in a row keep calling and followed by breakfast, cold drinks, confectionary items keep calling shouting. Till 10 pm breakfast items and tea were sold. Such diturbance in AC coach do not let pessengers have comfortable journey. Untill i personally warned hawkers it was unstppable in night. There is no dicipline. Manager of catering refused to give complaint book therefore i registered complaint with coach TT/TC. Is there any way to reduce the frequency and let pessenger sleep comfortably. Has IRTC got right to hijack the comfort of pessenger. Are they unstoppable.It is the duty of TC/TT/ Attendent of the coach to stop such a noisy scene. But catering manager dont hear them, hawkers dont care for manager/ attendent/ TC.
