My complaint is regarding 3 TDR's and amount received is not as per rules. As per rules refund sall be 100% instead of amounts paid by railways. Pl. look in to the matter and make full refund witout any further delay.
Your reply does not gives any satisfactory answer. please lookinto the matter and take nercessary action for full refund. a copy of my initial mail is pasted below for your ready reference.

I have filed following 3 TDR's on 2nd Feb 11 against tickets booked for train no. 12987 from Sealdha to Agra Fort for journey on 1st Feb 11 . It become necessary to cancel the train tickets and book passengers by flight as train was running apprx.14 hrs late.
To my surprise 2 TDR’s are approved but amount refunded is not as per rules. 3rd TDR which was for a Tatkal ticket still pending. As per IR rules full refund on all the tickets shall be allowed as train was running more than 3 hrs. late
