Indian Railways — query for my ticket confirmation

i m sandeep kuntewar. i had booked the ticket of sevagram express for the journey on 14th may 2011 of 3AC.at present the general waiting list is WL2 for my ticket and i had booked my ticket 20 days back but status is same as it was on booking date.my ticket is a E-ticket so i want to ask that my ticket will be confirmed or not. please i request the IRCTC to give me proper guidelines for my query. my pnr no for the ticket is [protected].
