Indian Railways — Inefficiency in housekeeping in 3 tier ac class

I traveled with my daughter by the confirmed berth with the following details:

found surprisingly no house-keeping staff in boggy till arrived at the destination. only a blanket and a pillow been kept on the upper-berth which looked very used but no bed-sheets. There was none house-keeper to ask for bed-sheet or any house-keeping needs till arrival at destination. The same case with most of the co passenger. My complaint is inefficiency in service to passengers and suitable compensated and mental agony of being cheated.
