this is regarding the inconvenience suffered due to negligent staff and catering services on-board the Rajdhani express to Bangalore for Nizamudin station Delhi.

the duration of this journey is about 35hours and it has been very inconvenient to travel for such a long time with absolutely terrible services. the food is not served on time. it is cold and probably stale. there is different food served in different classes. and in-spite of opting for non vegetarian meal it was refused to be served.
enough drinking water was not provided and we were told that only one bottle of water would be given for each person. water was given after a long argument with the ppl in-charge. not only drinking water but even for other requirements like washing and toilet use there was no water.
the floor was dirty and the toilet was in a terribly dirty state. it was stinking and was not cleaned properly.
this was a matter of concern to not only us but to all other passengers as well, and in spite of repeated requests and negotiations there was absolutely no effort by the service boys to make anything better. this also led to many unpleasant arguments through the journey.
rajdhani is supposed to be the best amongst all the available train services, and if after paying 2000rs for a ticket this is the way passengers are treated, then i wonder what happens otherwise.
not only travel but even the inquiry services are so bad that after trying to reach the inquiry number for an entire day there is no one to take the call. Was this information helpful? |
