[Resolved]  Indian Railways + Municipality — Defective railway and passenger bridges in borivali and no notice

There is NO notice outside the Borivali east railway bridge announcing that, people without platform ticket cannot walk on it . How are people from outside suppose to know this ? And then why should people pay so much fine when appropriate rules are not followed ? Morever the railway bridge near the second class carraiges, as well as the passenger bridge across borivali station are in such bad condition, I know a friend who slipped and twisted her ankle on it . Why should we pay such a hefty fine for a mistake which does not seem to even keep these bridges in good conditions ? . The fine we were made to pay was 250 rs + rs3 for platform ticket per person . where is all this money going if not for improving the bridge ? Please do the needful and make sure there are Notices telling the rules, in legible print and font outside the bridges .
