[Resolved]  Indian Railways ! — payment made by bank but ticket not booked !!!

Iits high time you do something about this inefficient irctc website. I've always encountered problems with it. This is the third time payment was confirmed by bank but ticket was not booked by irctc. It does get on to our nerves. We do not have time to give complaints to the indian railways all the blessed time. I feel other sites which offer railway tickets are much better wen compared to this one. Its a shame actually. Please do something about this as soon as possible. My ticket details

you will get the refund in less then 15 days to your bank.
Dont worry more than 50Crore people use single site .
This is the only site used by number of people world wide.
None of the other site will perform this way anyway be happy for what you have.!!!
