[Resolved]  Infinium Toyota Pvt Ltd. — not getting delivery for the Car.

Reference: Regarding the promise appraisal for the set out new car-TOYOTA FORTUNER which turned out to be a faliure.

Dear Mr. Sir,

Subject: Grievance for not receiving the car on committed time (c/o Infinium Toyota) though the order placement is before those who have acknowledged the delivery for the Car.

Good evening,

This letter is in reference to bring your attention towards the most promising company Toyota for the erroneous commitment for the new launched car in care of not delivering the same on the respective scheduled date .Though its not the matter of few days here and there for the delivery but it comes in the consideration of false inducement for not considering the priority as a valued customer.

We feel that since we are not having a strong influence in Infinium Toyota(Ahmedabad) ,our booking is not considered valuable.(We have already paid the advance token worth Rs.1Lac before hand).I would also like to share what happened as an unworthy experience in Infinium Toyota .

1st experience:I had given the advance to book the car dated 23th august 09 to one of the company’s executive in abad. To my astonishment ,when i asked the acknowledgement receipt for the former on the day after,i got to know the person was playing around with me in a manner that he debited the check a week later in the company thats on 2nd September 09 with an unprofessional conduct describing that he forgot to debit it in the company giving a misappropriate reason of him leaving my cheque in his denim’s pocket .Such misconduct and a shameful behaviour agonized me as this indeed resulted to a postponed booking for the car.(Kindly view attatchment of the receipt in the mail.)

2nd Experience: My booking number of the car is 096 but the one whose number is 130 has already received the car .I holded on my patience as they promised me the car in a weeks time but still till date i haven’t received one .This makes me feel that inspite of a proper procedure followed by me as a valued customer from my hand ,i am not getting the result only because of an unprofessional behaviour from Infinium Toyota who sells car first to those who have influence of owner of Infinium Toyota .I think that now i should crave for a strong influence of either a politician to an extent for getting involved .Kindly don’t force me to do the same.

I feel sorry to say that Infinium Toyota has not lead me to a satisfying result and i am sure there would be people like me sequenced in not getting the response.I kindly advice you to look into the matter and get back to me regarding the delivery of the car.Also guide me whether to rely on Toyota a recognised company in Automobile Industry in the world or take the same for Granted.

TOYOTA — Car not delivered in time by toyota company

I have booked a Corolla Atlis - Silver color on 13th June 2009 in vadodara, gujarat india and have made the full payment to the dealer. As per the delear toyota company is out of stock with just that color and H5 series of that model. I have filled a complain in toyota but as on today i still dont have the status of the my car delivery. I guess the customer service is really bad at this point as the customer as well as the dealer is not having any visibility of where the car is been stuck after a full payment is been made. I would like to talk to Sales manager in india...
