my toyata innova vehicle no KL 1 AH 5599 has covered more than 1.5 lakhs kms so i need some spares but the dealer nippon toyota is telling that if you service in our garage then only you get spares. that is not necessary to service only in dealership that is up on customer choice any dealer cant force a customer to servrce only at dealership....
