i have purchse toyota fortuner from radiant toyota ludhiana on 10th march2010.i gone for test drive on 6th march demo veichles breaks is so good because its breaking kit rooters and disc pad and assembly has been changed. but they deliver me old break car.they have cheet me and now nobody is not listening to me.please help me now what i can do

      I had booked Toyota Furtuner White color at Dobro Toyota Hyderabad on 1st February 2010, eversince I was asking the dealer to confirm my Booking Status like waitlist number and my current position with the dealer.The dealer always gives an approximate date only and nothing else.Further the dealer says the waitlist position can only given by Toyota Company.Agrieved by dealer reply and contacted several times Toyota Customer service.The Customer service personal says the dealer only give you the waitlist position and not the company and they promise the dealer will call me and give the information.Till now there is no communication from the dealer.
      You book a vehicle of any company you will get waitlist number and position, Why an internationally reputed company like Toyota cann't provide booking position and gives ample scope andoppurnity for the dealer to manupulate delivery.I am interested in knowing is there any regulating authority in India.

        I want to buy a toyota Innova. I paid the amount of 50000 rupees as booking amount to Galaxy Toyota on 17 march 2010. They assured me to deliver the car on monday i.e 22 march 2010. I live in Moradabad and i have to travel for about 160 kms to Delhi to buy the car. Everything was finalised and i was about to take the money with me to delhi tomorrow and now they are saying that the care has already been sold to someone else. They are making me fool and wasting my time. I am in need of a car and i did not buy any other car. They also say that price of registration and the vehile are being increased in some days. please suggest as to what should i do now. I would request to please take a action against the dealer and arrange me a car of my desired colour and model of what they assured me.

        Same thing infact happened to me. Even I paid Rs 50000 as booking amount & the very next day from the day toyota's executive collected from me the Draft of whole amount, he denied to provide me the car as it was already sold.

        After that they provide me the car after apprx 10 days with 16000 Rs increased amount.

        Now when they have received the RC of my car they have asked me to pay 1000 Rs more as it was paid short by me as per them.

        Cant believe that even such a renowned name can make people fool like this. This all happening at Galaxy Shalimar Bagh.

          Dear Sir,unfortunately Im a owner of innova diesel. I had purchased it on 18/08/2007 first 40,000 kms was very nice to drive the car after that it started giving me trouble.There was an abnormal sound from the Engine and the car used to stop at any place without any reason despite of regular complaints to the dealer M/S Topsel Toyota Kolkata nothing was done.
          It was very bad expereance . When the car reached 70000 kms it became impossible to drive the car despite my several requests dealer did not help.My car is still under warranty period but the company says that your fuel pump has gone out of order because you have used spurious fuel.Company charged me 31000/- as the replacement charges for the pump in the warranty period.
          My question to the company is was it right on there part to do so. You Japenese come to India to cheat us.My opinion its a bad co.A co.with no business ethics.

              I have bought Toyota Corolla Altis on 26/11/09 from UTTAM TOYOTA in Patparganj, Delhi and gifted my car to my sister on her marriage.
              But after few days the AIRBAG LIGHT started glowing. I have sent my car to Galaxy Toyota in moti nagar & okhla but they could'nt rectify the problem despite several attempts.
              Then I sent my car to Uttam Toyota service centre in Noida but they also could not rectify the AIRBAG problem.
              I have also called Toyota Customer relations in Bangalore. They say that they are in touch with the service centres.
              But still my car is running with AIRBAG LIGHT ON.
              My car is just 4000 km on milage and just 4 months old. I do not know what should I do to get my problem solved.

              Toyota Carolla — Airbags not functioning

              Dear Sir,
              I own a Toyota Carolla having automatic transmisssion which is the top end model of this car.
              Yesterday i met with an accident at Vashi highway while returning to Mumbai. The impact was so hard that my front of the car is totally damaged. The cross memeber of the car is also damaged severely.
              Even after this kind of an impact the airbags of my car failed to inflate. Because of this i banged my self into the steering and am most probably nursing a broken rib. My reports are due yet.
              I havent yet registered a complaint with Toyota regarding the same but would like to know if there is any provision under the law so that as to register a complaint against the company for selling me a defective product costing about Rs twelve lakhs. Its only a miracle that it didnt turn out to be fatal.
              I agree, Toyota Dealers in Delhi/NCR are pathetic service provider.

              Uttam Toyota, Ghaziabad is the worst among all, they do not consider or listen to customer complaint and no one in Toyota Bharat to resolve these queries. It seems Toyota Bharat is in India to just make fool of Indians.

                i have purchased fortuner on 28th feb 2010 from uttam toyota delhi . i felt the brakes of the vehicle r not working properly. even after 1st service the problem persist .

                i bought toyota fortuner from amritsar. on feb.26 paid full amount but dealer said i will get vehicle with couple days.after 3 days when i went to dealer ship to get the vehicle they forse me to buy 70, 000 rs. assecries.they force me almost two to three hours when i was not agree they charge 32000 rs extra . they said price goes up. on 26 feb they took full amount draft witch i have recipt.feel free to call me for any other information you need at [protected] or [protected]
                I purchase the Toyata Fortuner car in 27th Aug.2010. On 3rd Oct. I was on the way from Ahmedabad to Mumbai with my family. Suddenly I feel that there is some problem in tyre. It took hardly 1 or 2 minute to control the car and take side of the road. When totally stop the car i saw that rear tyre got burst. When I came to Mumbai and send the car to delear for the replace the tyre they keep that tyre for 4 days with them and finally they reject to replace. My complain is that if with new car it heppened then how we can trust on Toyta. I was lucky that nothing happened to me and my family due to this ancident but it can happened to anybody when people is purchase th new car and run only 1500KM. and tyre get burst then what is the safety? Also while fitting the tyre screw get dammuge.It is totally manufacturing defect and it is under warrenty . Pls. look after this matter or I have to go to consumer court and register the complaint.                 I purchased my dream car fortuner lastyear on may 5, i took this car because iam huge fan of toyota.All was going well it just finished 16000 kms, was travelling from warangal to hyderabad to give my car for servicing .on the outskirts of hyderbad the vehicle suddenly started making lot of noise and not pulling through inspite of accelarating, it was embarassing to see my vehicle stop thatway.I called the toyota toll free, they immediately responded and towing vehicle came and towed itto radhakrishna toyota.Here the
                service engineer checked the vehicle and says the clutch system is burnt, and its not included in the warranty because of wear and tear.Absolutely ridiculous, wear and tear at 16000 kms, hardly within 6 months of buying the car . ihave been driving cars from last 24 years.never ever had this problem, why now?Please look into the matter, ihave a great respect for this brand and lot of people inthis part of telangana got this vehicle after my reference.Itold the toyota people am not going to pay anything and my complaint is genuine .I can go to the media or consumer courts i[censored] fail to address.

                  With great agony and pain, I am writing this e mail to you. The Toyota have always been the harbingers of quality products and exemplary services to the consumers. Yet unfortunately, I have recently gone through the bitter experience from one of your dealers in Mohali, Chandigarh, i.e, Globe Toyota, B-51, Phase –IV, Industrial Area, Mohali, Chandigarh, Punjab, India.

                  I have booked a Toyota INNOVA (2.5 G – Diesel) Globe Toyota, Mohali, Chandigarh, India, and paid the booking amount of Rs. 50,000/- by cheque (deposited in Shimla, HP, India), as directed by them, on 17th February, 2010. I was promised by the above dealer that the Vehicle would be delivered to me on 18th February, positively.

                  I may mention here that the Castle Toyata in Jallandhar, Punjab, India was inclined to deliver the vehicle the very next day on payment of a smaller booking amount of just Rs. 10,000/-. However, since the Globe Toyota was nearer to Shimla, HP, I preferred them.

                  Having not received any intimation from the Globe Toyota, I contacted them on 26.2.2010 and I was given the contact number of the sales representative, Mr. Mayank, After repeatedly contacting Mr. Mayank, I was informed that the vehicle which was promised to be delivered to me on 18.2.2010 had been sold to someone else and that I would be informed further only after getting the status of future delivery.

                  I again repeatedly tried to contact Mr. Mayank on 28.2.2010, but he did not pick up the phone. Today, i.e., 3.3.2010, he obliged me by picking up his phone and informed that he is yet to get the status.

                  So my humble submissions are –

                  (1) When I had deposited the booking amount of Rs. 50000/- on 17.2.2010 and immediately faxed the entire information, why I was not delivered the vehicle on 18.2.2010 by Globe Toyota, as promised.

                  (3) The sales representative too fails to respond properly. He generally does not pick up his phone and in case he happens to pick it up, he has no information at all. In a fiercely competitive world, this type of attitude would be fatal to the long term interests of the company.
                  (4) Due to non-delivery of vehicle, I would have now to pay the revised price, which is very unjust for me. I had booked my vehicle on the promise of delivery on 18.2.2010 by Globe Toyota. I was given to understand that at the time booking, one INNOVA was available with the Globe Toyota, Mohali, Chandigarh. And in case they didn’t have the one, why did they lie to me. On both the counts their behavior was totally irresponsible.
                  I, therefore, request you to look into the matter in right earnest and to ask Globe Toyata to deliver the vehicle to me immediately on pre-budget price.

                    Dear Sir,

                    My father purchased a Toyota Corolla Altis in November 2008.
                    1) The car was running fine untill we found out the dashboard emits a vibration sound when the car is at the 2000 to 3000 rpm range. below and above that range there is no sound. What could be the problem?

                    2) The fuel economy indicator in the car is never constant. On the expressway it shows an average of 99 km/l and within a few seconds it changes to 34 -35 km/l at the same speed. What could be the problem and how do we find out the average.

                    3) Our car also comes equipped with the distance to empty meter ( the distance which can be travelled within the available fuel) . Is it very accurate or is there any buffer margin? If yes then how much more can the car travel as compared to the indicator readings.

                    Have you reported this to any Toyota authorised dealership. Mention the dealership name, may be some concerened person will respond.
                    I agree, Toyota Dealers in Delhi/NCR are pathetic service provider.

                    Uttam Toyota, Ghaziabad is the worst among all, they do not consider or listen to customer complaint and no one in Toyota Bharat to resolve these queries. It seems Toyota Bharat is in India to just make fool of Indians.

                      my toyata innova vehicle no KL 1 AH 5599 has covered more than 1.5 lakhs kms so i need some spares but the dealer nippon toyota is telling that if you service in our garage then only you get spares. that is not necessary to service only in dealership that is up on customer choice any dealer cant force a customer to servrce only at dealership.

                                  I had given my car for body repair of Back bumper & back door left hand side on 29.11.09 & for service complain for some noise in steering & from that day I have still not received my car after repairing its not been done because o[censored]nknown reason. Today after some fight with them in the morning I went in the evening there & found that the painting was done but not properly & the steering noise was still there. There are paint drops on my car where it was painted. Then what kind of Toyota service is provided. Then I have to leave the car again for it to get it done. How many days should we have to leave the car for work to be done. They first took the payments, so that they dont lose it. I want some strict action so that no one else would have to suffer the same way. I have to travel in taxis & autos & face lot of problems.

                                    i have complaint number of times for problem that sometimes my car automatically gets breakdown even i can say it lost all his powers for few seconds after 10-15 minutes it becomes O.K.and i have complaining this in galaxy toyota from last 4 or 5 periodic services but they are unable to solve the problem even they cant diagnose what the problem is and the reply of the service advisor is :-Sir, the problem is not coming in front of ours so we cant help it out at last on my last periodic service the service advisor told me yes we have diagnose the problem and we will sort out the problem you wont faced the same problem again in future but yesterday on date 02/12/09 we have faced the same problem again we went to new delhi railway station to recieve our relative coming from outstation and the time after recieving them we entered in the car to go back home with our relative and try to start the car , again the same problem occured that time my family members and my relatives pushed the car to start the engine that time the situation was so embarrasing for us that i can't say

                                    i must say toyota innova is a completely hopeless car .

                                    GALAXY TOYOTA MOTI NAGAR — TOYOTA INNOVA

                                    IT IS HORRIBLE DEALING WITH GALAXY TOYOTA MOTI NAGAR , UNEXPERIENCED STAFF, THEY CALL TEN TIMES TO UNDERSTAND THE SMALL FAULT , .ASK ON WAITING FOR HOURS, INTERESTED IN SAILING THERE OWN COMPONENT TRY TO INFLATE BILLS FOR NO REASONS, WILL NEVER CHANGE NEW COMPONENT EVEN IF REQUIRED. SHOW ROOM MUST BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY , THEY SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED EVEN TO SALE CAR, LIKE TOYOTA, BETTER THEY OPEN VEG MAKT. WITH THIS KIND OF ORGANISATION , SHAME SHAME SHAME VERGHEES
                                    our vehicle no GJ 16 AP 4735 we done service in Narmada Toyota at km 25000. we have paid 14000Rs. we are not satisfied with the service. no one is giving re pones to us.
                                    i have recently purchased new innova Gx . i just completed my first free service at Tichy .i reached home nicely. we had another trip of 100 km, it was fine.after 3 days from that day when my dad tries to start, nothing happening.none of the panel light is comming. i am still to call the service people.

                                    I WAS ALSO FACING THE SAME PROBLEM AND DID A LOT OF RESEARCH FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS.
                                    I OWN 2009 D4 INNOVA, 43000 KM DONE.
                                    GOT THE PROBLEM MANY TIMES LIKE WHILE ON RIDE I STOP AT THE SIGNAL AND NEXT TIME THE CAR WONT ATART,
                                    THE SELF LOCKS IN BETWEEN, THEN HAVE TO GET IT JUMP START .
                                    I MET SUCH THING FEW TIMES AND ALWAYS REPORTED THIS TO TOYOTA, AND THE SIMPLE REPLY WAS TO CHANGE THE BATTERY BUT I NEVER DID THAT .
                                    AFTER AROUND 6 MONTHS STUDY I FIGURED OUT THAT THERE COULD BE A PROBLEM WITH THE SELF AS I FACED SOMEWHAT SIMILAR WITH MY SAFARI,
                                    I DID THE SAME THING HERE ALSO WENT TO THE TOYOTA AND ASKED THEM TO FIRST OVERHAUL THE SELF AND IF IT STILL NOT WORK THEN WE WILL THINK OF CHANGING THE BATTERY.
                                    THE ANAND TOYOTA GUY TECH SURENDER DID HIS JOB, CLEANED ALL THE CARBON AND AFTER THE REINSTALL FIRST HE CHECKED THE BATTERY, IT WAS LOW ON CHARGE BUT STILL HE DECIDED TO CRANK THE ENGINE .

                                    THE ENGINE CRANK WAS SO SWEET I CANT EXPRESS .
                                    THEN WAS THE TIME TO CHECK THE BATTERY HEALTH AND ALTERNATOR .
                                    ELECTRONIC METER WAS USED TO CHECK THE FUNCTIONING WHICH ALSO GAVE OUT A PRINTER RECEIPT AFTER THE DIAGNOSE .
                                    IT STATED THAT EVERYTHING IS OK, EVEN THE BATTERY.
                                    I HAVE CRANKED THE ENGINE APPROX 20 TIMES AND STILL ITS SWEET.
                                    I AM POSTING YOU THE PIC OF THE METER
                                    BUT LATER AGAIN I FACED THE SAME PROBLEM AND I WAS ON THE WAY TO DELHI AND FACED THE SAME PROBLEM.
                                    I AGAIN DID A LOT OF RESEARCH AND FOUND THAT WHEN THE BATTERY IS CHARGED AND GETS HOT THEN IT LOOSES THE CHARGE, WHEN PARKED OVERNIGHT NEXT MORNING AGAIN ITS FINE,
                                    SO NOW IT WAS THE TIME TO GET THE BATTERY CHANGED, AS IT WAS 3 YEARS OLD.
                                    NOW GOT THE BATTERY CHANGED TO EXIDE 700L AND IT SOUNDS AS A NEW INNOVA IS BEEN CRANKED,
                                    LETS SEE HOW IT WORKS.
