[Resolved]  IOCL — complaint against Indane GAS LPG service

I am Dr. Syed Mahmood Kazmi.my consumer N o. is CX3369996. my gas distributor agency is Venkatasai Gas Agencies (Indian Gas) House No. 1-98/512/D/E, Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur Hyderabad 500033.i have booked the gas two times in last 15 days. first it has been registered accordingly but later i received a massage on my mobile N o.[protected] that my booking stands cancelled. They even take the liberty to communicate the reason behind cancellation.The last one i have received on 13.12.2015 on my mobile No. the text of this massage is given below for your kind observation.
Text of the massage that i received:
"Dear Indane customer, your refill booking ref. No. 319004 stands cancelled, kindly book again or contact your distributor to know the reason of cancellation."
When i tried to contact them nobody received my phone. i, therefore request you to investigate the matter. i am physically challenged and wheal chair bound so that not in a position to move about.

I have booked for refill of gas cylinder on 04.05.15 but 11 days passed we have not received cylinder yet. look at this matter and waiting for your reply for the above said delay.

Hi Team, My family's Indane subsription is under my Father's name, But he had expired, i need to change it to my mother's name. But we missed the subsription voucher. How do I get a duplicate Indane Subsription voucher

refill delivery not properly

I am Indane consumer from yavatmal, in yavatmal there is nitin gas agencie he would not provide proper delivery of gas he would delay 30 to 40 days after booking

I consumer no 10750 IOC in Shaheed Satnam Gas agency Patti Mour Distt Tarn Taran . I Received gas cylinder dt 14.4.17 order no [protected] in agency godwon . Agency charges Rs. 800 against the cylinder ( copy attached) but agency display the notice board Rate Rs. 772 received cylinder in the godwon & Rs. 800 home delivery . Agency Rs. 18 additional charges. Pl suitable action against the agency

We have submit the request latter to our Distributor Cactus lily enterprises for Gas subsidy not transfer to my account on 19.01.2018.the distributer confirm us the problem short out cupel of days
but till date the problem is not short out . we have contact to distributer many time .but the distributer persons misbehave and not reply .
Request pls shortout and transfer the same our Account
